Went here for a specialty tool. It cost a few bucks extra, but I saved money, by not having to drive an extra 55 miles to a large city.

The most expensive hardware store I've been in. The three times I've been they only turn half the lights on, you can't see anything. Also good luck finding anyone to help you.

Go there just about every other day for material, parts ect. Great staff, very knowledgeable, friendly ! They have a Napa auto parts as well, Laurie knows pretty much everything auto related, always there to assist in any way, she's my go to for anything auto related !

When you walk in the front door, all the employees are just standing around at the paint desk gossiping. The store is well equipped and I go there a lot because the other hardware store is just as bad. The only guy that seems to know anything is a guy named butch. But he is usually standing around too.They have a guy named Dewey that is absolutely useless.

Its a good store, the staff is nice, but whats up with NO MASKS on any staff, and only half the customers..How about being aware of our state safety laws ensuring every ones safety ???. Just went to the other hardware store, Gilroy, in town, fully compliant with masks, as were most customers,, Congratulations to them,, will be shopping there instead, please be aware we are in a global pandemic with one of worst track records in the world for illness and compliance in this country. Its obvious why.

Giving 2 stars instead of one because the employees were at least nice. NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING A MASK!!! I'm a Frontline healthcare worker and seeing this as soon as I walked in the door was unsettling I won't be back until the the GLOBAL PANDEMIC is over. For shame everyone needs to do their part and not wearing a mask are keeping others in them longer because your selfish.

This is the first place I go if I need anything while I'm up north. They have an auto parts store inside and they have a better outdoor tool section than the usual Ace hardware.

Called for a battery, lady on the phone was rude and had NO idea what she was talking about. Transferred me to a guy who checked and said they had the battery (it was $60 more than anywhere else but this place was the closest and I know how to get there) but they close in an hour so hurry and get it. Drove 45 minutes, bring battery to register and Nope! Have to buy it through stupid NAPA, which closed 2 hours before. When I asked why they didn’t explain this little Detail over the phone when I called 45Minutes prior, they just couldn’t explain it. I WASTED TWO HOURS OF DRIVING!! Since I drove so far for a WASTED trip, I looked around to see if I could at least make the trip worthwhile and couldn’t believe the prices. Everything is marked up at least 25% more than even the small mom and pop hardware stores. What a racket!!!
