It's nice to have a Hardware store in my hometown where I can go and actually get great service. They may not have big box store prices but the time and gas you save, plus the great service, I feel that I am going getting excellent value. They know what I am talking about when I describe what I'm doing, even if I don't know the name of what I need. Then, they take me to the location of the item. It's amazing to go to a store where they know you and you know them.

Friendly staff, excellent service. Best selection of Metric fasteners around for old motorcycle repair, stainless, JIS Phillips, SHCS, FHCS, flange head etc. Better value and higher grade then OEM hardware. Really appreciate having a local store I can bring a handful of old bolts in and take my time selecting new. Also these guys will save you a fortune over dealership for key cutting costs.

I have lived in Lawton most of my 55 years. I will tell you there is no place I would not go for anything. Yes, there are times they are closed after 2 on Sundays and I have to fix something. But I have been there during the week and they work with me and provide value in their experience. I have purchased large priced items and they have also been willing to work with me because they know I will be there buying even the small stuff. So, for those that live in Lawton full time realize their value, but this is meant to be for those that may not live in Lawton full time. Just be careful of the white cat as she is getting older and a little feisty. I love that cat !!

Great store and very helpful staff. The place is always neat and orderly and they always seem to have whatever I need for my latest home project. Prices tend to run higher than the mega hardware stores (which is to be expected) but the convenience of having them so close more than makes up for it.

Terrible since new ownership. Needed some lye to clear a clogged drain, they were twice the price of the Decatur Do It Best. Staff is often rude. If you must shop there ask for Dave Peters he is the best if you need help. Used to be my go to hardware store but under new ownership prices went sky high and hours they are open is reduced! Try the Decatur Do IT Best, they are MUCHHH BETTER!

With the new owners there are many new different quantities of materials for household maintenance. The need to go to big box stores is not as necessary especially since the rise in gas prices has come about.

I called a couple minutes before closing to let them know I was on my way to get a bolt for my snow blower. Got there right at closing time, got my bolt and was the only one in the store. They locked up right after I left. They have always helped out whenever I needed.

Love Adams Hardware, Employees always eager to help locate what your looking for. Not like a Super Store where you have to search for help. Lawton is a great town with Great Friendly people.
