This place is awesome! I have two wild N out Huskies. Youngsters. They play hard and get so dirty. And I do not bathe them frequently. These guys took great care of my babies and they are gorgeous! Super reasonably priced. Really relaxed atmosphere, and I love the open concept versus kenneling. So much husky hair they had to clean up🤪😳Can’t say enough about this groomer! We will be lifelong customers❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Although, I haven't got my dog groomed here yet. I have to say the owners are amazing! They let us have our first girl scout field trip here, and it was incredible! You can tell they know their stuff, and care about all the animals they care for! Thank you for the experience! Definitely recommend!

I tried cutting my puppy’s nails myself, but I cut it too short last time, and now she won’t let me touch them. Took her here for a nail trim, and it was great. Quick, easy, and the girls were super sweet! Thanks!

Our 5 year old lab/pit mix is very skiddish around strangers and has never been able to be professionally groomed because of it. I was beyond excited to find a self-serve grooming salon close to home our experience at the salon was great! The staff member that greeted us was incredibly welcoming and went over all of the equipment in the room before letting us know that she was available if we needed anything. Our pup has never looked or smelled as great as she doesafter her bath with the quality supplies offered. We will be back again and again, and hope that she will become comfortable enough for a full service groom one day. Today, I am thankful for The Village Groomer!!

Cara is a fantastic groomer. My lil dog has anxiety and is quite the clinger. She was terrified of my previous groomers, yet is the sweetest little dog. She loves Cara and her husband. So relieved. I also appreciate that Cara focuses on one dog at a time rather than the typical 3 hr assembly line and dogs waiting in cages. I used to dread subjecting my poor dog to that. Highly recommend. Great prices

Bruce was extremely helpful and very kind. We appreciate the great work that they did making our pup look handsome again!If you are comfortable washing and blow drying your dog they have a great self-service room. It is so nice not having to make the mess at home.

Highly recommend trying them out, you won't be disappointed. We took our pitador kieffa in today for full grooming and she's been super chill all day since going(she's a year and a couple months and a hyper hairy 🙃). The Burts Bees shampoo they use smells amazing and still smell it after 10 hours. The staff is amazing, super chill and very friendly. First time I've ever taken an animal in to be groomed anywhere and was very pleased with the price, the job done and staff and they also have a discount card after so many grooms you get 50% off.

My lab has anxiety about getting her nails done caused by PetSmart. The staff here was very friendly and my doggo was actually happy leaving the groomer instead of running to me from fear. Plus they were slightly cheaper than PetSmart! All around good place for me and my dog!

Kara is the most kind and gentle person, my dog (toenail grooming) and kitty (needed to have his long hair cut and had a bath too!) just love her! Later this month I’m planning to bring both of my dogs in for toenail grooming. The online scheduling is so convenient and easy! I wish there was a higher rating than 5 ⭐️. Kara’s service is just what we needed in Lawrence!
