2 is being nice... I had a laugh that lightened the experience. But 75% of the people that were at work the day I went was just plain rude, It wasn't late and not super early, but these were older people, whom I'm sure want respect. If you work in an industry influenced by people, you should probably be a people person. Don't complain about the young people when you aren't being a foot(good)print for them to follow. This will create an environment that makes people WANT your store over others... Make shopping IN STORE pleasant again 💌

Great place to shop. There is a variety of department 🏬 🏢 stores. Kroger's, New York Bagel 😋, n more. Plenty of people shopping 🛍. The weather outside today is beautiful 😍 🤩. People sitting outside in their vehicles to.The temperature 🌡 🙃 68%, so warm. It feels like spring. Googlers I'm stopping at a new Kroger's location. I have pics 📸 2. Really nice people working 💪 👷‍♂️ here n good service 2. 🌲 Evergreen plaza here we come. Stopping ✋️ by Kroger's again for groceries for a family 👪 member ❤️. This Kroger needs to be closed down, there produce is horrible, staff is not helpful and not friendly even the old man in the meat counter doesn't speak an is very mean. This Kroger use to be wonderful now it's so ghetto I will not go back to this one.

Kroger was actually a great experience everyone especially the staff was great! I was greeted by every associate that was in my path and when I needed help finding something I asked who I thought was an associate but was a vender he said he didn’t know but then later said “it’s over here”along with 2 other associates that work there then there was 3 woman associates that was having a conversation but immediately said “we have company” when me and my wife was walking pass they put us in their conversation and made us feel welcomed. This Krogers even had everything I needed too. I don’t see this very often with black folks and white folks so I have to give this location the highest stars as possible. Thank you Kroger’s I live in Oak Park next to a Krogers but I might have to start going to this particular Krogers for now on.

You can grab some of everything you need at Evergreen Plaza! The only take away I have is the parking seems crushed together. I usually have to drive around awhile to get parking. (I have mobility issues so parking is very important to me) And when you finally find a good spot, it always seems like a tight fit to get your car into the spot. But if you are okay with parking farther out, everything you need to buy in a day is here (except CVS because it closed at that location)

I used to like going here, but lately it seems to attract the homeless. They were cleared out once, but now seem to be coming back, due to a large wind-protected overhang between the two rows of stores.Also, stores like Dressbarn are being replaced by an Urgent Care Clinic and Plasma collection center.

This is an excellent shopping center!! I needed to go to the UPS Store, and saw quite a variety of shops!!I love, love the beauty supply store and the men's store, Ivan's.My fiance needs some suits so we dropped in. The owner was very patient and respectful towards us.There was Kroger grocery store, insurance, etc. It was quite a busy little shopping center!!We'll definitely be coming back for some serious shopping!!

Always have good experiences at that Kroger. Usually have what I need and it's very friendly. The pharmacy staff are always willing to help you out if you have questions. I heartily recommend this location!

This is one of the most unfriendly krogers in the area. There was only 1 cashier who was super nice. Haven't seen her in awhile. The workers also block isles congregating and gossiping about complaints of work expectations. Do you know how many times I said thank you when I received help. Do you know how many times I got a response? Especially the people working self scans. I spend percent more to go further to a produce market.

This Kroger's has stepped up it's game.The produce is fresh, the Deli and the dairy is well stocked as are the shelves. I found EVERYTHING I needed in a short amount of time, I did a self checkout and was on my way. I'm happy 😊

This parking area has been tough to navigate as I have seen many near misses. The anchor stores are a Kroger and CVS. They have an independent dollar store and NY bagel, Subway, Little Caesar’s, UPS store and a few other stores. It is a nice selection.

The customer service is the best! They have the best people working at this location. I love Sandra( she should be the lead cashier if she is not) and I look for her everytime I go( She is over the top the best). Tomika will also, be the reason I will return to this location. The arrangement of flowers she prepared for my boss were amazing! I returned to work to inform my co workers to please visit this location. Due to the customer service, caring and helping others is truly over the top. Keep up the amazing customer service. You are truly making a difference in people everyday lives if you know it or not!❤❤

I grew up in the area so I'm familiar with the Plaza ever since it was built in the mid to late 70s. It has changed quite a bit. The area has changed quite a bit over the last 40 years as far as ethnicity and economics. However the mall has seemed to hold its own and change with the times. Always clean. Decent parking. Good lighting. And good shopping

Kroger, again long lines, out of supply, boxes in the isles, shelves emptied and customer service desk staff RUDE every visit. Its the neighborhood store so you run there for just a quick pick up.

I went to the bakery to get a birthday cake I didn't see the type of cake I wanted. The lady asked what I needed and I told her what I wanted and she went to the cooler and came back with two plain cakes and iced and decorated the cake off of a basic description of my wife and she went to WORK! The cake looks like it was from a book and my wife loved it. The ladys name is Cherly or Cherry but she was so nice. Thank you

There is one cashier that is absolutely rude!!!! Complained about her to assistant store manager. Was told the store manager would call me back. Never heard anything. My husband and I shop there EVERYDAY and you would think they'd be more concerned with the way their customers are treated. So we went in there Monday and the same snotty cashier pretended our light wasn't flashing (like she's done many times before cause we complained about her.) Then when she finally comes over, she decides to be petty and check the register camera as though to imply we were stealing. Next time I'm going to put her name on here so everyone knows who the rude cashier is.

We patronize Kroger, CVS and Subway and we're grateful for the location. Not sure why the Subway location doesn't list when we search for Subway near me. Both Subway and Evergreen Plaza may want to look into this to grab all the revenue you can. Thank you.

Koger bottle return area has mosquitoes and I bit on my bald head lol. Also no cashiers working at the register look don't care for pricing and bagging my own grocery its not like that you are giving me a discount or something the prices are still the same. Just because you think that I have more money 💰 doesn't mean that I have to do more work Help!Bring Back Customer Service!You're not losing a dime.

Kroger's is one of my Fav markets to shop! Their produce is always so fresh. They also have a wide variety/selection of brands and food items for any taste palette I would definitely check out the Fresh Seafood counter!! Prices are worth the look

If you need to get all your shopping done in one spot this Kroger is awesome and The smell of fresh bagels and coffee at the other end of the plaza there's a dollar store there's a place to get fresh fish sandwiches or fresh shrimp cooked to order GameStop among many others, there's a nice big parking lot for each one of the businesses You just have to ease out when you're backing out or go slow when you're pulling in because some people do just back out without even looking, Drive safely please.

I've been going to this Kroger's, Dollar Village & UPS for over 10 years. My Sister & Best Friend Shop there as well. Unfortunately, Due to COVID19, Kroger's Customer Service Desk was Closed, I get my Rent Money Order from there. Other than that the Plaza & Kroger's is a Wonderful place to Shop. The Kroger Employees are 10-Star!!
