Helpful from the moment I walked in! Amanda was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products that I needed.I ended up getting another item after I had checked out with Amanda and was assisted by Susan who was very patient while I counted out some of my change.I was also greeted by every member that was on the floor. Five star customer care!Highly recommend rather you are wanting to shop leisurely or if you want an in and out experience they will make sure you receive it!

Bought chickens from this location early this year, so far they're super happy and healthy. The workers were also very knowledgeable and personable with explaining what chickens need and want. For a first time owner of chickens this store is a great location to get not only supplies, but healthy chickens and some good advice on how to help keep your birds happy and healthy.

I was a first time customer on Friday April 1st. Me and my children came to browse. Haley (I think that's her name! She was the manager that night) greeted us, made small talk and really made us feel comfortable! She is so friendly and does her job well. We will definitely be back.

Never had a pleasant experience here. Store seems messy all the time and impossible to find anything. The process of buying propane takes forever. Waited for 15 minutes to get someone to fill a tank up. Eventually just gave up and asked for a refund. I along with others were waiting and no service. Not worth wasting your time here. Many other propane fill stations in Lapeer.

Employees are generally nice, say hi, and ask if help is needed.I visited because a generator I was interested in was normally 499, but said it was 199 in this store. There were none on the floor so I asked if they had any in the back... They did (website showed in stock). As they were bringing it up I showed the employee the price online and she immediately got defensive (like she was half expecting this) and said that's incorrect (it's on your official website) and they "called the manufacturer" to check that price. I was embarrassed by the interaction and left.I thought there genuinely was a price mistake. I went on about my day.Here's where it gets conspicuous. I kept checking the website afterwards, refreshing it... And the price remained at 199, and in stock... until around closing time... Then they went out of stock.I can't prove anything, but it's pretty glaringly obvious that I was told the price was incorrect, but someone else bought it.Hope whichever employee that got it for a good deal is enjoying it.I will be doing absolutely minimal business here from now on.I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but my most recent interaction has left me uneasy, and I stand on principles.

I always get my pets food here as it is inexpensive for great quantity. They sell dog food, duck and chicken feed in either crumble or pellet form which ever is preferred. This store is great for anything farm, yard, hunting, tools, and clothing apparel. The employees are awesome and very helpful. I highly recommend TSC to anyone.

I can always count on TSC for my dog and banyard animals' needs. I personally prefer purchasing chicks at local hatcheries. However I have never had a bad experience with their chicks i have gotten there. They keep up on their birds and they are raised healthy while in store. I appreciate this. I also have to address how helpful and friendly the staff is when my dog and I go in! Very good store.

I have been shopping here for many years. I have had consistently good service and no problems whatsoever with service.Prices are higher than elsewhere, but frankly Tractor Supply sells items that Walmart is never going to carry.Our farmers are our food. We should all support places that support farmers because doing so is in our own best interests.

Tsc has effectively priced themselves out of of my business. Used to be a place to go for trailer parts and equipment supplies. Now, if they carry what I need, it's either only 1 when 2 are required, or it's more than double the price of other retail stores. I'm sorry, but this place has lost their focus.

Defective 100’ “kink free” hose…. Bought the house a little over a month ago, called and asked if there was anything they could do about it. They do not stand behind their products and said “they’ve no idea what I could have done to it”….. literally just had it connected to the storage housing. Never even unrolled the entire hose, at a loss for how this could have just fallen apart…..

While I usually come here for pet related needs (food, litter, vaccinations) my husband and I stopped in today looking for chains for his disc golf basket. Not only did they have exactly what he needed but it was cheaper than even Home Depot. I was even able to find some gardening supplies at a great price. I suggest you stop in next time you can't find an item and check it out.

Very horrible treatment of the chickens. Went in today and they were almost dead and no water. Very sick!I will not support this store.I would not recommend ANYONE to shop here.Imlay city and davison are not that far away. Great service and humane treatment of animals.

$600 to buy into the welding gas program which includes one #4 tank. After than its around $50 per refill. Are you guys insane? Either the lady on the phone has no idea what she's talking about or you guys are just nuts. Also, the lady on the phone could be a bit nicer. Either way, I went somewhere else than $300 for the same.
