They have both self check-outs open, but no cashiers for those of us who actually need to use a cashier. I am a person who needs to walk and still likes to do my own shopping. However, by the time I do my shopping I am worn out. The last thing I need is to get to the checkout & find not one, open to check me out! That is what happened to me on this day.

If I could enter no stars I would. Every time we go shopping it's like we are inconvenience to the workers there. Rude, unwelcoming, most if not all the managers act like they are to good to interact with customers. There are a few good employees there. Culture is started with management and their attitudes are are rubbing off on their employees. Next, the restrooms are so nasty trash and liquids on the floor. Customer service department associates are rude and and unfriendly. They act like they don't want to care for the customers. Starting with the management it seems like a retraining of all store employees on what good customer service is. Hopefully this finds the right people so something can be done.

Nice ample store for your household needs! There is plenty of parking if driving a rig. But not overnight parking.

My wife went in there just now to get a breast pump on her lunch break and asked 6 different workers to unlock the case each one of them said sorry not my department when she asked if they could get someone for that department they all walked off. She had to leave with a manual pump after waiting a hour in that time she could have gone home and grabbed her pump but instead had to wait for lazy and rude employees. The plain stupidity of the employees and disrespect is amazing to me she called me in tears. I will be going above to corporate one way or another this is not acceptable in any shape or form you and your location should be ashamed and it looks like im not the only comment which means this is a management problem and must be fixed.

This is one of the nicer Wal-Mart’s around the Lansing region. The men’s room was clean and not falling apart. Definitely a more modern store.

Then men's clothing lines looking 100 percent better than the lady's .I would never pay all that money for the female's clothing line no way ! Dillard's or kohl's here I come .

The store has a lot to offer and choose from. They actually have a little bit of pretty much everything available in store or online. This leads me to my point; I was just looking for womens compression socks, which they had. However, none of which were my size. I am in need of small, and there were none. There were plenty of mediums with not many choices either, style or color. I would think a large supermarket chain would have all the basic sizes, sm, med, lg, and somewhat of a selection. Overall, it's not a bad lace to get some shopping done.

If you stop here mid week during the day it's a great atmosphere. The store is really nice and updated. Spacious with a nice layout. Lots of cashiers ready to help you check out. If you go on the weekend, wow you better have loads of patience because it's CRAZY in there.

My 1st time picking up a grocery order. The young lady who loaded my car was very friendly, professional and quick. It was a very easy process and I will definitely use this service again!

Like this store a lot! Who ever is managing it is doing a super job and takes his or hers team that makes this store very clean and organized, it says we care about our customers and take pride in our jobs!! Keep up the GREAT WORK👍

They have removed all free bags, now a grocery bag costs $1.00! I have stopped shopping here after finding out about their meat.

This was a very large Walmart. The shelves were well stocked and they had plenty of workers. I did not have to wait long for a self checkout machine.

Hate to be this guy but I'm a manager at Domino's on West Saginaw highway location. Our delivery cutoff is north canal rd. One of my customer service representatives made a mistake and thought it was inside our area, but it is not. I know it's frustrating and annoying to deal with but I could get in trouble if I had that delivered to you guys. Spoke with a employee named Andrew at your location and dropped the f bomb on me. I get it. It sucks but I can't do it. Super unprofessional from him.

I used the self scan and had 2 errors on my small order. They corrected one of them but I did not notice one of them and took my receipt to customer service. The women was very rude and blamed me for the error. She checked the SKU and it was then she refunded the charge reluctantly. Never going back to that store ever again. I think they know the scanners are malfunctioning and just don’t care.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. a half star would be too much for this place. they do not care about you nor do they want to help. they’re all just preppy stuck up customer care people who do nothing to help you out. it’s actually embarrassing and this store alone just made me never want to go to ANY walmart ever again. Meijer is the superior store and with much better customer experience.

It's walmart and it's customer experience has been rapidly degrading for years. They are probably doing it on purpose to move more to online and pick up services as this would minimize shrink. What can ya do?

I went there Halloween morning looking for the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown DVD which is a family tradition and wouldn't be available on regular TV. There was only one person working in that department. I asked about the DVD and he said it was somewhere in the 15 large boxesHe had to unpack and put out on shelves. Another sales person came over to help and after looking through several boxes they were able to find the DVD for me. They went above and beyond in my opinion and I think they deserve some recognition for that.

I was checking out recently and a stack of "Pixicade" kid's games was on top of one of the checkout terminals. I thought that maybe they were left by the previous customer who just checked out, and as soon as I picked them up to move them out of the way a heavier set employee with long dark curly hair and wearing glasses standing by the checkout terminals yelled at me "PUT THAT BACK! The scanner don't work and I don't want to have to fix another receipt with 30 items on it!". (I had one item I was purchasing btw). He came off as rude and quite frankly, a little threatening. I later caught this same employee on dashcam as I was leaving the parking lot harassing another customer who was on their way out the door as the store was closing for the night. Not sure who this employee is but they need to be disciplined by management. This person cannot be allowed to yell at innocent customers who are simply at the store to purchase goods and merchandise they honestly need! This employee poses a huge liability issue for the store and for customers. *Side note: This incident happened on the night of 11/24/2021 shortly before the store closed at 10:30pm. I am considering turning the dashcam footage over to law enforcement to determine if any criminal charges are warranted for the hostile behavior observed by this employee.UPDATE: Sad to see this person is still employed at this Walmart 2 months later after my original post above. I suppose Walmart is making the statement that they endorse the harassment of customers by their employees. This guy is not working a night club shift and he is not a bouncer, nor should he be acting like one. Be careful around this person. Arm yourself and be prepared to take action against this employee if he threatens you as I have experienced personally. Innocent law-abiding shoppers shouldn't be exposed to such intimidation and harassment by the employees that Walmart chooses to hire. We have a right to defend ourselves against this type of bullying and harassment.

I went to Walmart to buy smoked Turkey wings and a majority of the packages were riddled with mold!!! Let's just say I won't be buying food from Walmart!!! This was the Walmart in Charlotte, MI

I made a large order on Black Friday, and Walmart split the order up. Understandable, as some items were out of stock at other locations. The one item that was to be delivered the next, by my local Walmart store, never showed up. I got an email that someone named “Lydia” would be making the delivery. Apparently, she “attempted” but couldn’t find my address per a status update I got from Walmart. They said the item was “returned to the store.” Well, I reached out to ask if I could just pick them up and was told “no, they were stuck in transit and wait a few more days.” The person I spoke to was Mohamed.I did that, and still no delivery. Reached out to Walmart again, and the outsourced Customer Service team (spoke to Rey) and they said I could get a full refund because the item was “lost”, but they had to transfer me back to the Account Review Team (in the US). That’s where the problem occurred. I spoke to Tasheena who was rude. She said she couldn’t refund me and I had to wait until Walmart billing emailed me and it would take 2 days. I asked why? It seemed to me that the local delivery person Walmart hired more than likely stole my product and that was on Walmart to fix. Every item FedEx handled was delivered on time. She wouldn’t tell me why i had to go to billing, and then ended the call without my consent. Shady customer service Walmart. Both Lydia and Tasheena need to be fired. And looking at the other reviews on this site you have a lot of unhappy customers. I expect a full refund and will keep bugging you until I get it!

No good Black Friday deals and they are races. They had a guy walk pass me a few times and stopped behind me pretending to fix something. After I paid over 300 dollars for Christmas gifts the lady at the door checked my receipt but the 3 groups before and the lady after me she didn’t check none of theirs. I thought Walmart had more class, stop focusing on racial profiling but focus more on customer service because nobody spoke to me or asked if I needed help finding anything.

Brought some curtains, didn't have the receipt so I they wouldn't take them back. although they had them in the he store but a different item numbers. Stuck with two panels of curtains. Not happy

Not really impressed with Walmart anymore. Employees don't want to be bothered. I would rather pay a little more and have a pleasant experience than to save a few pennies and be ignored or treated badly.

I must say this past year Walmart has been killing it with the women's clothing styles! Expecting mother here and I can just simply size up on clothes! Just gotta keep up on that inventory!
