Walgreens pharmacy is generally more expensive than other's, but because of the convenience and customer service they always provided, I was willing to pay more. I have been a long time, loyal customer -- but not anymore, due to this location. The shortened hours make it very inconvenient to get there during the week. Closing at 7pm is not convenient. My issue with this location though, is the customer service. There are a couple friendly people, but Laurie ruins it for the bunch. She is the most unhelpful person I have ever experienced at any Walgreens location.

Delta Township residents got screwed when they changed the pharmacy closing time to 7pm! The long lines and waiting times are horrible. The staff is rude now, which is new too!

I have been to this Walgreens multiple times and never really had an experience overly positive or negative until this past week. I came in and worked with Tamika at the photo counter - she was so helpful and personable. She was great! I had an issue with some photos that I printed through the app - they auto-cropped for some reason and lost important parts of the pictures - she helped me get that resolved no problem at all. Very happy with her level of service and grateful to have my photos printed the way I was hoping for!

Alexis in the pharmacy is a hard working, smart, incredible person with a huge heart. She went out of her way to help me even though I was stressed out and not even particularly grateful at the time. I moved to Lansing about four years ago and tried many different pharmacies local and corporate, this one runs a tight ship and has always done right by me. Beverly up front gets all my love too. She's always bringing light to my day and remembering me. She picks me up if I'm feeling down and I'm so glad she's in my neighborhood.

Really horrible customer service at the pharmacy. She didn’t even let me finish telling them why I was calling before being rude and when I tried to verify which prescription they were running, she was even more rude and got a horrible attitude. I also spoke to the manager and she was also extremely rude. Both were interrupting me and didn’t even let me explain why I was calling. I hope those calls are recorded. I will most likely be switching to a different walgreens or an entirely different pharmacy because that was uncalled for. I work in customer service and you definitely do not treat customers that way especially when they are just calling to ask a question in regards to their medication.

I used to love Walgreens. All of them seemed to have wonderful, helpful staff that remembered your name. But I've seen a change in the last 5-10 years. Some of these people they've hired are not customer oriented at all. In fact, they probably don't know the definition of customer service. I've had outright snobs and choppy grudgy customer Representatives. It's crazy! While I was going to college I had so many different customer service jobs and I always treated my customers the best no matter what. Even if they were rude to me because that's my job. I still like Walgreens and I'm not throwing everyone in the mix but some people nowadays are what Wayne Dyer calls clerks of the world.

This Walgreens is absolutely terrible. They have screwed up my prescriptions two (2) months in a row. They've been given accurate information when I called them regarding filling the prescriptions and they assured me that my prescriptions would be filled that day. Only to be told when arriving at the pharmacy to pickup my prescriptions that they could not be filled that day, stating the information that I had already given them. They wasted several days of my time that could have been avoided if I was given accurate information during my original call. I am really disappointed with people who cannot absorb and retain pertinent information given to them and then cause alot of additional work on my part to straighten out the situation. I would give this pharmacy zero stars if possible.

RUDENESS. Been using Creyts/Saginaw pharmacy for a couple years now. Most recently, there was an issue with my prescription insurance coverage. I've always had insurance, so I was shocked and as I started to ask questions, I was rudely cut off. I've never been treated rudely here before, but this young woman cut me off ("don't wanna hear it" style) and treated me like a deadbeat nuisance. I was taken aback and fell silent. She said I could pay out of pocket for it and once my insurance issue is resolved, they can resubmit and I'll get my money back. I did this.Yesterday I called and told them to recheck, the issue should be resolved. It's been 10 days. The young man I spoke with was also rude, also cut me off, and when I pointed that out, paraphrasing, this is how the convo went: "waited too long (no one warned me of a time limit!) and I'd have to wait TWELVE WEEKS for a response from 3rd party service, and no, there is no one I can call directly, and yeah, all right, I'll ask them to notify you, Ma'am, but they can choose not to, but this is your fault, you waited too long, and NO, there is no way to follow up, too bad, so sad, you deadbeat."So I gather from this experience that there are a lot of people who try to use insurance they don't have or whatever, and I'm sure that is aggravating...but slipping into treating people so rudely the minute there is an issue seems at best short-sighted. With so many options out here, I don't have to take this. That's the LAST prescription they'll EVER fill for me. Too bad, so sad...

The cashier with medium length small braids was VERY unfriendly...I said Hi to her and she never responded. I thought maybe she didn't hear me, then when she started ringing up my clearance items she said , "you take em all" I said yes...then she asked were they side by side so they could ATLEAST take the clearance tags off. I didn't even know what to say at her rudeness.

Sitting at the drive-thru pharmacy for over 45 minutes... twice today. Got hung up on after being on hold twice for over thirty minutes. The young lady at the window got my name and said “give me a minute”... that was 12 minutes ago and I’m still waiting for them to get my prescription. I’m going to cvs from now on.

Has everything I need in stock. Clean, bright, easy. Pharmacy is incredibly slow. Consistent inaccurate processing time at the pharmacy. If they say 1 hour, then they mean 3 hours.

Terrible experience at this Walgreens, the check out lady didn’t even say hi or look at us when we were ready to check out (she was too busy looking at her nails). She gave us attitude the whole time because we had a couple of coupons to scan. Even asked us to see the coupons before scanning our products. Overall bad time here and I’ll never come here again.

This store never has my prescriptions in stock. There's always a delay. When I use the website for prescription status, it usually offers me a free delivery option. When I try to use it, it always fails.

RIDICULOUS! I have ordered many times online for photos with no issues, but at a different location that this one. Everything goes through, I get an email saying my order is ready for pick up and when i arrive to the store they have no such order, so i leave since apparently they can't even locate my order # and don't offer any help to remedy the issue. That was Friday. On the following Monday i get an automated call saying my order is ready for pick up, wtf. So i call the photo dept and spend a good 5+ minutes talking to them to AGAIN have them not even offer to remedy the issue. ( i would have loved them just to print them or offer a small discount for a problem that is clearly there error). I will not be ordering photos from ANY Walgreens in the future.

Made appt. for 3rd COVID-19 shot for 10:50. Arrived 10:30 done with paperwork by 10:40.waited, and waited. At 11:20 a person who came after me got her COVID shot and her appt was scheduled after me. Bad Business. I finally got mine at 11 :28. I'm not happy. An appt is an appt. Be on time within 15 minutes.

Worst pharmacy in town. Pharmacist consistently create problems and delay scripts for days. This place lacks any common sense and fail to communicate with patients. Wont step foot in any walgreens again.

About 3 out of 5 times prescriptions aren't ready! They always have the excuse "we were busy." Even though they've had the oders from the office for hours! Creyts Rd at Saginaw store usually.
