During my recent visit to TSC (Saturday morning), I encountered a combination of positive and negative aspects. The store was calm, and the staff members were helpful. However, the checkout process fell short of expectations.The store was empty in the morning. The employees were attentive and assisted me in locating the specific section where the items I needed were situated.However, the checkout experience was hindered by a significant delay. Following the completion of my purchase, I found myself waiting patiently for the computer system to process the transaction, which took an unexpectedly long time of close to 2 minutes. This extended wait detracted from the overall customer experience and presents an opportunity for improvement.Notwithstanding the sluggish checkout, I value the attentive staff at TSC and their assistance in navigating the store.

They're in a very good location with other businesses. You can find a wide selection of products for all of your project supplies for work or home.They do have handicap parking as well as the entrance.The parking lot is in very good condition and clean without trash blowing all around.The staff are very polite and knowledgeable to help you find What you were looking for. I do think they have restrooms for the shopping customers.I needed help finding what I was looking for and I didn't have any problem finding somebody there to assist me.

Didn't have the right proper size or type of make modle etc. I have a Craftsman type of mower deck 50 ". All they have is John Deere, Troybilt and other brands. Not very helpful

We went there to look at the galvanized tubs (the ones that you put feed in them for farm animals) but we want to use them to plant vegetables in them for next year cause we are getting too old to bend down and pull weeds. We also told the cashier what we saw outside the fenced area. Someone was trying to steal some of their expensive merchandise but my husband took a picture of it and reported it to the cashier and a couple of their employees went out there to retrieve it. We just saved them some money by reporting what we seen. It's like, if you see something, say something and that's exactly what we did. We feel good about this good deed we saw today.

Staff is kind. They have good sales. You can find off the wall stuff here that you can't find at other stores. Can be pricey if not on sale. The quality of their products are good.***UPDATE. We went to a store we normally don't go to. We went to the Lansing store. The staff at the register welcomed us. We were looking for chain to buy by the foot. We couldn't find it and was directed to where is was. We were told if we needed help to let him know, we did and asked for some chain to be cut. He said he would help us when he was finished doing whatever it was he was doing. After about 15 minutes, I went looking for the man, he was nowhere to be found. So I asked the girl up front if she could cut some chain for us. Hearing her conversation with another staff member, she said it was just those 2, the man that was supposed to help us went to lunch, Just leaving us waiting. So that store gets 1 ⭐,only because the staff on the registers were helpful.

It is very hard to come in this store without someone greeting you. They are always helpful and willing to accommodate you with your every need possible. If you need help taking the items to your vehicle they are quick to assist. Management is a PLUS for customer service and maintaining a clean and stocked store!

I come every few weeks to groom my standard poodle. Dog bath & grooming table, shampoo, towels, everything you need for only $9.99! Saves me $100 over a groomer.

I love this tractor supply store I needed a ridding lawn mower and knew what I needed but didn't know witch riding lawnmower you could add bagger or equipment too and was shown and they have the other equipment I need for ridding lawnmower too so excited to get my yard in beautiful order when it's time plus bought my husband a summer wardrobe since he lost so much weight he really likes their clothing their like me their jeans and shorts last him longer then other places and the shirts are so soft but rugged enough for husband and son and their boots and coats and supply's for all we need their are great quality my favorite store and I tell everyone

I am unable to find associates on the floor whenever I come in, but the store is clean, usually kept well stocked and the layout is clear to understand. Associates at the front have always been pleasant when I've gone in.

I've never had a negative experience there. Even when I bought the wrong dog food and right away had to return it, they don't mind. And any questions I have they find the answer to if they don't already know it. Friendly welcoming staff, clean place, and you can even bring your dog in there.

Horrible. I purchased a safe and the handle broke. It was made out of literal plastic did not have an idea that that's what it was when I purchased it I kept it regardless. When the handle actually broke they sent me a replacement handle and wanted me to open the safe and it fix the mechanism like I'm all Super Genius Like That! The jackwagon at the store wouldn't refund me even though I have a receipt worst or ever!

Prices are close to the best in town, and the personal service to help the customer find exactly what he or she needs, far outweighs the few pennies you'd save by running all over town looking for what it is you need. The store is always clean and the employees are always professional and knowledgeable.

Very nice staff helpful and nice. I'm a busy mom went in looking like I just rolled out of bed and they didn't treat me like a crazy lady lol . They helped me out to the car with my items because I had my two youngest with me . Awesome place to shop

This is a little smaller than your standard TSC. They still have the majority of the main things you need if you're a small time farmer or if you're looking for heavy duty residential tools or equipment. They just don't have as many of the novelty gifts or the random things you don't really need but would be fun to have. Their products are usually pretty good in quality. Their nuts, washers, etc. are all sold by the pound versus per item. Last I knew, they don't fill propane or other gases at this location, probably due to the smaller location size.

Great store! We bought a riding mower and were able to rent a trailer to bring it home right there at the same location for very cheap.

Always fun going to Tractor Supply. I especially like it in the Spring when they have baby chicks and ducks. Our 4yo granddaughter is on her second pair of pink boots and loves them.

This TSC has been great. We've bought a lot - A LOT of fencing and everything that goes along with it. They've always made accommodations and have helped us get the best deals.

Talk about false advertising...Tractor Supply is not what it used to be. Spare yourself their embarrassment and go somewhere else to be over charged. At least you know what youre getting from the competition. TS knows no loyalty to its patrons.

Not appreciative when you call to ask a question and a customer service rep, we will call him "David" , and condescends to you as if you're a child. It is not appreciative
