Inside is great and staff is very nice. Don’t buy the $2 pallets like we made the mistake of doing. We pulled around to the back at 7:21 pm. We are still waiting at 8pm. We watched 2 people get gas filled and the manager asked us for 5 minutes at 7:42.The manager finally give us pallets. By time we left the parking lot it was 8:06. We got here at 7:09. A little ridiculous if you ask me to wait an hour for 2 wooden pallets.

I visited this tsc location looking for baby chicks, a specific breed. John, an employee there, has gone above and beyond wonderful customer service to look for and update me on the chicks that become available. He has taken time to discuss specifics with me, called me for updates, and has been friendly and extremely knowledgeable. What a great guy! Thank you John for all you do!

They have clothes, farm supplies, rabbitt, dog, cat food clothes leashes, everything for pets and outdoor animals birds squirrels and a lot of great products and tools... pretty much everything. Highly recommend people go here. Salt for sidewalk... everything!!!

Went to Tractor Supply for baby chicks. Gentleman was very informative polite and friendly guiding my buying. Got 4 beautiful chicks (2 Australorp’s and 2 Welsummers): they are healthy, growing like crazy and cute as heck. Very pleased with the help and service.

Today my 82 year old father had to return a battery he purchased from this TSC location. The "customer service team" was absolutely lousy!They challenged my dad because he didn't have a receipt. Good news, he's shopped here for many years, and is a TSC Club member. My dad mentioned that, the employees reluctantly looked his information up. Crazy thing, they found that he DID buy the battery from this location........Unfortunately the store didn't have one in stock....NOT one employee offered to call another store to check if they had one in stock....THANKYOU NAPA for taking care of my dad....TSC....please work on your customer service and PLEASE do your best to help the "old guys out"!*Not a happy daughter of a pretty awesome dad.......Very upsetting!

Got winter boots for both my kids and winter gloves. They have nice selection of stuff for adults but kids seems very limited. But I did fine what I needed and happy for that. 2 boots and 2 gloves, $70+.

Conveniently one minute from my work, they carry alot of my everyday products for work and when I can't wait for something to get shipped there my go to. On Sunday there was a down pour and are pump outside that keeps are backdoor from flooding got clogged and before i knew it I was in a lot of water and needed to buy a backup pump like yesterday. So I flew over to the Grand River TSC and got a pump.....I was very rude to the cashier mainly because I was completely soaked after laying in the rain trying to get are pump unclogged and I didn't want to wait on the customer in front of me but the young gentleman at the cash register was super nice and remained calm like a perfect gentleman. Next time I'm not in a hurry I'm tipping this guy he was the best cashier you could have and TSC you should give that guy a raise.

I had interactions with the store manager and she was rather rude. Everyone else in the store was kind and very helpful, and have been on every other occasion. The store manager needs an attitude check.

Located out on West Grand River this is a great place to shop. You will find plenty of parking and handicap spots also. Become a member of the reward program and save even more money. Good deals on clearance items and great everyday prices. Get your grill propane filled here as of this writing it is $2.39 a gallon and cost just a little over $10 to fill.

Jack had HORRIBLE customer service skills. First look at him when I walked in, he was cleaning against the counter, playing on his phone. He didn’t know his managers name, and gave me attitude when I was told a return was going onto a card for store credit and he put it back on to a card, when someone bought me a gift. Was very unaware of what he was doing. Always had great service at this store but very disappointed tonight.

I went to get my propane tank filled. I was told that someone would meet me outside. I waited 5 minutes no one came. So I went back inside and the associate told me he would send someone right out. I waited another 7 minutes no one came. I left without getting my propane tank getting filled. I then went elsewhere to exchange my tank. I am very surprised because all my past experiences have been good. It might have just been a bad day, but the store was not busy at all.

Store manager Cindy was absolutely wonderful. I went into this location looking for a lawn tractor and she addressed absolutely everyone of my questions. The staff is so friendly and treat you like family. This will be my tractor store from now on.

Love this handy local store, we buy all are dog and chicken food here. Staff is quite knowledgeable. They also offer propane refills here which is much cheaper than doing an exchange.

Even tho it was late, very friendly staff. Then again, I dont recall any TSC staff member from any state I've been in being otherwise. Can't beat their prices for cat food and other feed. I had a question on propane regulators and while it might've been different then the questions they would normally get, they were able to explain to me hear I needed and the differences. Thanks TSC. Your 2 folks I talked to last night were pretty dang awesome.

Tractor supply company is a good place to find all your outdoor needs as well as supply for your farming needs including live animals. They have a decent selection of products to choose from. The prices are kind of high compared to other places that are the same though.

I called into the store asking about a poison ivy chemical I could purchase to get rid of the poison ivy on my fence and the guy was very helpful on the phone and when I arrived. When I arrived they grabbed it and carried it all the way to the front for me :). Thank you!!

Sometimes I just go in to look at the baby ducks and chickens. I mean how cute are those ducks? Go check them out they are Adorable! Also we've been getting dog food here, they have a couple brands better for your dog with less cornmeal by products. Their are 3 large 50ish lb bags for similar price to Wal-Mart (I'm js)
