Went to get ice cream at 9:20pm. All the ice cream looked fine, the lady there watched us choose our flavors and we went and stood in line. She was so rude and short with the two people ahead of us, and I watched her look me up and down while I was standing in line. We went up and asked to get some ice cream and without looking up from the cash register she just said the ice cream station was down. We kinda stood there for a second and she looked up at us like we had the audacity to still be standing there. I asked if all of it was out of order and she did a little head motion and said yes. I said okay thank you with an annoyed look on my face and walked out because how can you be so rude to every single one of your customers? You work in customer service. Leave your personal issues at home. We drove to another QD and had great service. It's obvious this lady needs to not be in customer service if she can look her customers up and down.

Friendly staff, well stocked, fresh food, fresh daily donuts and more. Perfect for the quick stop in and out. I use the store on Saginaw and N. Cedar St. Good ppl there.

Last night I went to this QD with my partner to get ice cream and we both experienced the most delightful, fun, and professional customer service from Bre (hope I spelled it right) I love this location, but I’m now loyal to going an extra half mile, past the one on pine st., to this specific location because now I have Bre the ice cream G. Honestly though, she is killing it. 10/10 customer service.

THIS QD GETS NO STARS!!!!!!. THE EMPOLYEE'S ARE DISRESPECTFUL, THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL IN ANY TYPE OF MANNER. I HAVE ALREADY WROTE THE COROPORATE OFFICE AND CALLED TODAY 8/29/2023- I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED BY AN EMPLOYEE NOR A STORE MANAGER LIKE THAT IN MY LIFE. I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF STORES, ETC IN LANSING GETTING AWAY WITH THIS KIND OF TREATEMENT. IFI PROMISE YALL DON'T GO BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT AISSIST PROPERLY, THEY WILL TALK BACK TO YOU WHEN YOU CORRECT THE WAY THEY ARE TREATING YOU.

My friend went to this location on the 16th at lunch time. We asked her to grab us some food as well. The cashier a white older gentleman with grey hair who was the cashier. She already has anxiety about buying food or unhealthy snacks for personal reasons. This cashier in customer service stated how much food she was buying and asked if it was all for her.. who does that? He made her feel so bad and hurt her feelings. If you dont like people or not mindful of the feelings of others., Don't be in customer service. Never judge someone on their size, gender or what products or food they buy!!! So she was a size 0 buying snacks would you ask her "Is this All for You" I think not. Have some common sense

Monday July 10, about 6:30. There were two customers in the store and two cashiers. I stood and waited while both employees chatted with the other customer and ignored me, one standing with her shirt untucked and the other leaning casually on the counter. Finally one of them deigned to notice me. No greeting: "What can I git you?" I told her. She scanned the item and held out her hand for the money without bothering to tell the the total. She gave me my change: "Have a good one." While this was going on the manager, john, was on an extended cigarette break outside. This was terrible customer service. Fire all three of them.

**Updated** So i tried giving them 3 stars but not only is everything below still accurate but also they let drug addicts and the homeless beg outside the doors which is super irritating !!Ok so the staff are very nice. But. This place is an eye sore. You’re so close to the ball park, capitol loop & downtown in general can’t you do a face lift? I mean like I literally drive out of my way to go elsewhere for the simple fact it looks dingy, dirty & outdated. I’m not saying you need touch screen self serve registers but this place quite probably has not had any sort of update since the early to mid 90s

Our Biggby employees come to this QD location frequently for whipped cream, bananas, and other supplies for the store. The QD employees are always friendly with us, going above and beyond their service. When we buy several gallons of milk, someone is always offering to carry it to our cars for us. Y'all rock!

The best ice cream in Lansing! I had a huge double scoop of butter pecan in a waffle cone ---- and Vicki had a large single scoop of maple walnut in a waffle cone! We were smiling!Johnny chose to not have ice cream.
