I cashed my paycheck at the ATM and bought 2 beers.. I discovered the beer cans was dented and banged up to the point if I would of opened em they would have exploded. LOL The senile clerk called me a liar after notifying him.. I didn't ask for my money back I just walked out before I b#$ch slapped him. The clerk suffers from dementia and needs to seriously consider retirement. He is lucky I am patient with senior citizens because it could have been way worse for him.. Trash store and trash staff!

Don't go in there very often and this is yet another reason why, employees don't know what to look for while cleaning the fountain machine, the employee that I let know about this didn't seem to really care about it and just went on about her deal.... Machine should've been shut down immediately to be completely cleaned. Who knows how many people have used that machine and never seen it for that matter it makes me wonder how long it was there due to employee negligence. Considering the fact that these machines have been around for years you'd think the companies using them would implement training on how to properly clean and in some cases diagnose the issue at hand. Messaged the QD Facebook page and got the automated response bs. Glad the one I go to all the time is on top of this kind of stuff before it starts.

This is the closest store to where I live and I don't have a car so I appreciate the convenience . I love the Arizona teas for only $1 and my daughter loves their donuts and icecream . My daughter's bike did get stolen at one time in front of this store so be careful in the parking lot. It wasn't there fault though .

Usually go to this store once a day. Have never had any problems with any of the employees. Had a issue today with a product and called them and let them know. When i brought the product back, the manager was in there complaining about me. She did not know i was in the store. Did not make me happy at all. She was a little shocked when she realized it was me. Maybe she needs more training!

Worst customer service I've ever had! I bought a gallon of milk, literally an hour and a half ago, and opened it up. Right away I got a nasty wave of sour, spoiled milk smell. I called the store right away and let the guy who answered know what was going on. Besides telling me he wasn't going to do anything to address my problem, he was rude and brash. And before I could even ask for a manager to talk to about this, he hung up on me. Hell of a way to treat a customer.

First, let me say if you are not from the area and you want great doughnuts, ice cream and reasonably priced craft beer, this is the place. Just not this location in the mid afternoon and evenings as this is when the wicked witch seems to work. I really would feel sorry for this woman if she wasn't so mean. Hence, why I have not called the main office about this as I don't want to make her life any worse.

Great customer service. Always very nice and ASK about using your Qd card. Most CSRS do not do that in other stores. It is appreciated.
