I usually get the Turkey Avocado sandwich w double cheese a couple times a week. Everything was always great, but my last 2 orders were so disappointing. Last time, I received my sandwich (I always order ahead to pick up), and they had written "Out Of Avocado" on it. I would have ordered something completely different if they had communicated that to me. There was also less than half the normal amount of cheese, let alone double.My order before that was disappointing because the sandwich was almost all turkey only. I'm not sure what's going on there lately, but I've been hesitant to go back due to the inconsistencies lately.

Best Potbelly in Michigan! Great food, awesome service, and cool atmosphere. I just moved back to the area and look forward to eating here more. Vegetarian recommendations: broc cheddar soup and a Mediterranean without chicken!!! So good!

Thank you for being one of the only businesses that enforces their No-Pet Policy on the GR strip and clearly posting that pets are not allowed. This seriously makes Service dog teams feel safe and cared for.

I'm giving PB a good review for a couple of reasons. I've never been in the restaurant, I've only ordered through Doordash.The food is good. The soups delicious especially the Broccoli and cheddar and Chicken Pot pie. My family like their mac and cheese and potato soup as well. Sandwiches are hardy and love the variety of bread and item choices.Only issue is getting incorrect orders with items missing. I've had sandwiches come with missing items, or quantity is less than I ordered. Shakes (really good) have been wrong. Not all the time but over 50%. I've spoken to both staff and manager (owner?) And all were professional, courteous and corrected the mistakes with no issue. That goes a long way. Professionalism. I'd try them for a great lunch or light dinner. I will.

I like the selection at all Potbelly shops, but the East Lansing location is my favorite. The staff is always helpful, the food is fresh, and delivered with a smile. It is obvious that they enjoy their jobs. I would highly recommend this particular location.

Ordered through DoorDash tonight. The order was prepared quickly, all instructions were followed. Food was bagged and sealed which I appreciate. Everything arrived hot (except my shakes of course, which were phenomenal.) This is the best delivery experience I’ve ever had.

First experience at this location the staff were fooling around and talking behind the counter while making the food causing one of the sandwiches to get burned and they said they’d remake it which took some time. Then I get my sandwich and it was made incorrectly.Second experience today, the girl tossed my change (coins) to on the counter top and said here’s your change. So I had to pick up each individual coin to get my change. Not that mad, but it was just inconsiderate.Food is what you’d expect, no complaints, but service is not good here.

Sandwiches are great! The sides are VERY good, especially the Mac N cheese! Shakes could use more flavor though, I was a little disappointed. Overall, a fantastic place to grab lunch!

The food is good, but the place is dirty.The Mediterranean sandwich is very good, the wreck is also good, the salads are good (with the fat free dressing). I think the portion sizes are decent and the calorie counts are fairly low.But the place is dirty. The floor is as sticky as a 30 year old theater, the tables are also often sticky and dirty, the trash overflowing. We started going here when it first opened, and I'm unsure it has been really thoroughly cleaned since then (consequently we very rarely visit nowadays).Mop the floor, wipe the tables, empty the trash. If customers stick to your surfaces you're doing it wrong.

Not happy with the MSU Potbelly at this time. I made a order on September 29, 2022 at about 10am for a 12:45pm lunch pickup .I walk 10 mins to grab my order that I paid for through the app and the shop was closed! Potbelly took my money and I was out lunch!Not a happy customer :(

Ordered food yesterday at work. Delivery took 2 hours, which was a problem with Door Dash. Food finally came and they forgot a sandwich. They did throw in some complimentary cookies which was nice, but won't be ordering from here again. Too many issues.

Ordered online and had food delivered. We were missing an item, but a phone call to the shop gave plenty of options and was quickly resolved. The food was good and there is a lot of options for choice. I will definitely be ordering from here in the future.

This exquisite sandwich shop offers many varieties and styles of sandwiches. They also offer other foods such as their delicious bacon mac and cheese. You can also buy a very large pickle to eat with your meal. Chips and drinks finish it off at this sandwich shop.

Great subs, my favorite being The Wreck. The line seems to move fast. Not a lot of seating at lunchtime when the students are in town. The place is bright, with large windows, and the staff has always been friendly.

My family has been coming to this shop since my aunt lived in Lansing YEARS ago. We eat here during EVERY trip to MSU, Royal Scot Lanes, or anything else in Lansing we may stay for. Ask about their PB&J. It's fantastic!

Love the food but at least 5 times that I’ve ordered online the food is never ready and I have to sit and wait for it, which isn’t a big deal the first time or two but after it repeatedly happening it’s getting very frustrating. Very annoying to walk in and see the employees just standing behind the counter talking while my order is hardly ever ready on time. If things don’t change they will be losing my business.

Quick, pleasant laid back atmosphere. Light music, yes out let Jack's to charge cell phones. Sandwich I love Italian on white small. Pop machines. Mac and cheese here to ice cream floats. Sit down experience. Booths. High tables. Can be crowded sometimes but the sandwich is worth my wait every time. Been buying the Italian sandwich since 2008. First place I come to when I get here from Las Vegas NV I dream of potbellys from Las Vegas NV I have to have the Italian 6" on white.

Great sandwich shop, I would recommend the wreck with everything on it. The kids will love the mac and cheese, for the salad lovers I would recommend the farmhouse salad.
