Let's start by saying that it took the shipper forever to load me in turn it created me to be late to Philip's pet foods. I got here thinking oh wow I'm an hour and a 1/2 past my appointment I'm sure they're gonna make me wait all day to get unloaded. Walked in to check in they greeted me with a smile and a good morning which was totally amazing as we amazing as truckers know we just don't get that.Both young ladies in there were absolutely terrific I highly recommend this place these people rock

As a truck driver delivering, I can really appreciate the quick unloading! You will need an appointment and they stop unloading pretty early, I believe it's 1pm. But they start early. Get there on time, you'll have no problem. And they're very friendly and have overnight parking. Let us all make sure we leave the parking lot as we found it!

I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment and checked in at receiving. I was immediately given a dock which was simple to back into. Two hours later they brought my signed bills out to me and said I could leave. The only disappointment of this customer was that the trailer was clean when it was loaded at the shipper and when Phillips was done they left shrink wrap and cardboard all over the place. That's very disrespectful of a receiver to take their product and leave their trash for me to have to clean, as if I'm their mother. Otherwise they weren't too bad. I just wish if they caused a mess they would clean up when they're done.

They have over nite parking. There is a loves right down the street as you turn off the highway to come up to this place if you need snacks before hand. Very friendly workers here.

Excellent place for a pickup. They're very fast and friendly.I was loaded in less then half an hour and bills in hand. No restroom and no overnight parking.

Fast service, gets you in and out. Two truck stop are about 5 minutes down the road. Parking lot is big enough to park on-site but not sure if you can.

Beautiful place! There is overnight parking, fast unloading appointment at 05:30 am the door was given at 05:28 am the weight was 30000. The documents were given at 06:35 am. 🤙🏻

Very disrespectful and unprofessional, showed up for my appt and was told they had no room in warehouse for delivery that I had to figure out out. Me and 12 other trucks were turned away. Who orders product with no place to put it way is it the truck drivers problems.

Been fighting for a month about being changed for 36- seresto collars between two separate stores and never receiving them... Then after the month of fighting being told to go "f" ourselves. The customer service is a joke. There is never follow up with managers, just office people who can never help you and act like you bother them for ever having to deal with you at all. The phrase "I don't know" is the most common. Also they send out sales flyers then if it isn't automatically that price, they do not honor the prices, but the great oz who sets the prices says they fluctuate and the 12 hours between when they emailed you the deals and you ordered they changed the value. And I call the person the great oz because he supposedly exists but you can not talk to him, because as I was told "he doesn't talk to customers at all he is not a people person". This company is pathetic and forget we are their customer.
