Go elsewhere. Had an appointment scheduled after I got my dog his rabies vaccine. Called and told them he just had his shots but they still scheduled him for the following day. I get there to drop my dog off and they say they have to reschedule because he can’t be groomed until 48hrs after his vaccine. That was frustrating but I let it be and I rescheduled. Then I get my mom to drop him off on her way to work and they tell her that they called me and left a voicemail, which I never got, saying the groomer was sick and that I had to reschedule again. It’s not the fact that the groomer got sick it’s the fact that someone is saying they called and left a voicemail when they didn’t. Trying to express that to whoever answered the phone was pointless because she was rude as hell on the phone and in person. I was trying to voice how frustrating it was and she says, “well you can’t help when someone gets sick”, I said no you can’t but it’s frustrating when I’m being told I was called and a voicemail was left when there wasn’t no voicemail left. She was talking over me and has no customer service skills what so ever. Luckily I called another shop and got in somewhere else the same day.
