Went in and found some adorable things for my friend's cat for Halloween! It is definitely a well stocked place and the staff seem to enjoy their jobs plus this site has a Animal Hospital, Grooming, and adoption.

Hannah does a “very professional” care and hair cut to our toy poodle. She listens to your needs and provides great follow through. Highly recommend Pet Smart for pet care.

My cat had a bad scratched eye after a fight that was getting really infected they have a Banfield vet on site. The office visit was only $70. The meds were pretty expensive but I was happy that the office visit was only 70 bucks. Good service got me in the same day.

Petal still goes here! She loves the staff and charges in like she’s going to a party! She did not like her IV site. For her, the IV site was the worst part of her spay. She did have kind of a lot of bleed through there, too. For me her shave was a little rough. Maybe upsell surgery suits or other options instead of a cone. I would pay extra for her comfort. I just don’t know any better, being a first time dog owner. She just fearlessly bops into everything and even caught it up on stuff and had it off by day 2. Over an ounce of courage. I still think you should offer to leave sex parts for neuter/spay. There is a growing demand for this option. I do worry the damage that losing ovaries can cause. everything from immune system to brain activity relies on hormones. BUT I did still opt for traditional surgery here and I’m optimistic she’ll be ok. Strong little girl, you know. This is a decent place and as a trucker I can utilize banfield all over the country. Maybe be sure the records store here or stick together, as this is home base. Great trucker vet.

The staff was super sweet while checking out. She asked about my dog and instantly knew where his breed originated. ( Coton De Tulear -Madagascar ). Most people don't even know the Breed. I love when their sales are going on. I picked up everything I needed , including Halloween costume and spent just 100 bucks.

I love shopping at this store for my kitties. I have been coming here for a number of years. They always have the prescription dry food my sweet babies need. The only reason I gave (4) stars is because the Fancy Feast canned food has increased to 90 cents. However, I understand all too well that Petsmart sets the prices, not this particular location.

Do not use PayPal for orders purchased online. If you need to return something, it will be a store credit only. They won't return via PayPal. That isn't clear at checkout, but can be found if you search their full refund policy. I've never had a business refuse a refund back to the original payment method if it's within the return window. They also refused to do a price adjustment. I bought a large terrarium and the next day it went on sale 20% off. Overall, a frustrating experience. Staff were very friendly though. Once I use this store credit, I'll be back to shopping elsewhere.

Customer Service was great! I placed an order for same day delivery and part of it was left at the store. I contacted them and they delivered it within a few hours and through in some gifts for my dog for the inconvenience!

This one was a little lacking. Friendly, but the parking isn't great and the selection was a little bare for what we were looking for, or expected on a large store like this. They seemed to have a lot of food and litter and that kind of stuff ... But we were there for critter toys

I get my cat food here on a regular basis since I live close by. They have sales often which is nice. The litter prices are also decent in comparison to other stores. Georgia is the best at customer service and I always get super excited when she is working. One time I brought my little foster kitten and she played with him and showed him off to all of the other customers :) I like to visit the cats they have up for adoption when I’m there.

Felicia in the grooming salon is absolutely amazing! She’s been my fur baby’s groomer his entire life. He only likes HER, and she treats him like her own pet. She’s a HUGE asset to the store. :-)

I was extremely happy to find a vet appointment on a Sunday. Unfortunately our kitty was very very sick. SymPlee did not come home physically with us. She will meet us at the gate, I am sure of it meowing for'snackers'. 😸For us being new patients...we were treated with so much respect and compassion. I just can't thank you all enough for the care you took with our furbaby. SymPlee Cat is missed by all of us, and always will be.

Was in there on the 21st of january, an they had a VERY sick hamster for sale...her eyes were goopy and she was darting around an falling...nobody wants to see sick animals when they go to a pet store!

We have 2 huskies and always take them to get groomed here. All of the staff is amazing! We usually use Makenzie as our bather and Amber H when they need grooming. They both are AMAZING with our dogs! Our girl (white one) has anxiety at the groomers and Amber is patient with her. Always has great deals on toys.
