I have never needed a groomer so bad for my giant-breed hero, only to be refused by “typical” services cuz he’s so big. Petco gave me an eyeball “tour” and is enthusiastically delighted to spend their days taking care of my charming critters. Thank you, Petco!

We decided to bring in Koda for his monthly grooming rather than doing it ourselves since we had guests over for the holidays and Emily and Chloe did a great job handling and taking care of him. He smells great and his coat is nice, clean, and soft. He's a handful so I really appreciated them taking the time to make sure he had everything he needed

I have a husky who was shedding so much! And the ladies at the salon treated my boy so well and he looks like a whole new dog!! I can only imagine how much better he feels after getting some much needed pampering! 10 out of 10 service!

So happy! Groomers are patient and thorough! Wonderful! Her fur was very matted and unfortunately could not be just given a cute haircut. Jenny was awesome. She let me know beforehand what to expect - worst case and best case scenarios. Well, she's more than a groomer. She alerted me about a potential ear infection and maybe something going on with her eye. I will follow up with the Vet asap.. I had no idea! Thank you for caring and pointing out something I missed.

They are always quick and my dog loves going there. Very reasonably priced and having Sunday hours makes it very convenient.

My dog was there for 5 hours last time so we found a new groomer. They do an okay job but no dog wants to be crated in a strange noisy environment for 4 hours and then groomed, like did he get a potty break? Probably not!

I scheduled a haircut/trim for my ~50 lb husky. However, they did not know what kind of appointment it was supposed to be. After briefly running it by me (to be fair, I was caught off guard and kind of went with it) he ended up getting the bath package instead... on the same day we were going to the lake for his bday. The people were super friendly and did a great job with what they did (clean as a whistle, brushed out really well, did great with my pup), it just wasn't really what I scheduled. Yeah, it's half my fault for not correcting the package I wanted, but I scheduled it 3 weeks before and kind of forgot what packages they offered when I got there. My stomach sank when I found out I was paying $70 for a bath before we were going to the lake. He still smelled good after at least. Just make sure you know exactly what you scheduled if you scheduled it ahead of time

Robert in the grooming department is amazing! He is so good with my dogs! He makes it a priority to put them at ease and treat them with lots of love. He is friendly and personable to both the humans and the pets. I cannot recommend Robert and the grooming department at Petco in Frandor highly enough.

Kyle was excellent with my dog. I have never seen her so relaxed when getting her nails trimmed. He was also very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him.

Everyone is incredibly friendly and my dog loves them probably because he knows that they can trim his nails without cutting the quick And he always gets plenty of pets when he goes this is just an incredibly animal and people friendly place i couldn’t imagine taking my dog anywhere else

Breanna was friendly and professional. I know my pup can be a challenge to groom but she was very positive when discussing Blossom and tips to help her coat remain tangle free. And the cut looked cute!

Jenny and Summer have been taking care of my pup Nylah for awhile now. Initially Nylah was a handful with them, but they patiently worked with her until she could come in and get her nails trimmed and teeth brushed with little resistance. I'm very grateful for them both!

Kyle did an awesome job! Mollie looks like a new dog after the de-shed. Mollie is a nervous Labrador with sensitive dandruff skin but he did great with her. We’ll definitely be back.

I normally go to Another grooming place and I am much more satisfied with the quality of care I got from petco grooming out on east Lansing, my dog came back softer than he has ever been after getting groomed and normally when leaving the other groomer he sees he has a burnt nose he didn’t have that at all with petco I’m completely satisfied the price was a little more but he got a lot more services from petco and better care over all I would definitely recommend petco there standered price is cheaper than where I went before but my dog has super bad dandruff so that’s why it was more for us, but there prices are cheaper and great service summer d was the groomer and she did an excellent job
