I enjoyed my shopping experience at Kroger they offer a wide variety of goods and services, such as a pharmacy, bakery, deli and organic merchandise, great meat department, vitamins and greeting cards , health and beauty products, frozen food items, and a flower shop, and customer service department, the staff is very friendly and helpful, looking forward to returning soon.

Minutes before it was time to pick up my groceries they called to tell me they rescheduled two hours later. I was already in the pick up spot. The lady was rude. I cancelled this order and reordered a couple days later. That pick up went well with the exception of getting charged three times. The first was an actual charge, the other two are pending charges but this is holding up 700 in my account. I called customer service and they said the pending charges will be reversed in 3-5 business days. I wonder if the Kroger clerk has an extra 700 dollars they can give me for 3-5 business days till I get my money back. I won’t be back to this terrible pick up service. It used to be flawless.

Love that the Kroger near me is starting to carry Beatbox beverages! I would really like it if they carried more flavors, such as the new Hard Teas (Lemonade, Mango and Peach), Green Apple and Tropical Punch.

Several times I’ve had to throw away products that I bought from here. I had to toss out an entire meal that I cooked because the Jennie O ground turkey that I bought from here had a bad smell and made the meal inedible. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve had to do that. The meat was not expired when I purchased it and I cooked it right after bringing it home.I’ve had the same issue with their produce, as well as, frozen food items. Not sure what the issue is, but I will not waste more money buying bad products from here.

Very rude staff. A old woman worker demanded me drop my stuff and fallow her to the front “NOW! The stores is closed and we have families to go home to!” It was 10pm on the dot, was heading to the front but this lady was the top flight security guard screaming at us “we are closed!” We were clearly walking to the front. Then the lady outside getting carts together gave us the finger leaving. I hope they check cameras 1/19 10pm. Go elsewhere. No need for staffs rudeness.

One of the employees was extremely rude to me and accused me of stealing because the lady that rung me up didn’t give me myReceipt (I thought she did when she gave me my change). He worked self-checkout and followed me almost out of the front door. Long story short, showed my proof via phone and the employee never apologized. I returned all of the items that I purchased. I did speak with the assistant manager who was very polite and understanding of the situation. I ended up sending an email to provide feedback regarding my last visit/experience in hopes this would get to the store manager.Update: I have sent three emails and have yet to hear from the store manager with my suggestions on how to ensure employees are properly trained. Falsely accusing someone of a crime that they DID NOT commit is embarrassing as people were staring at me (two people waited on me) to ensure that I was okay because they could see how upset I was. I was given a $30 credit by customer service at Kroger's main headquarters, but honestly, this is not enough to bring me back.

I never have issues with Kroger, but the people that shop there oof. Just standing in the middle of aisle blocking the path. It's just blatantly disrespectful. And then scoff when I say excuse me.

I went to Kroger to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy and the pharmacist on duty informed me was a type that I was allergic to and listed on my record. His attention to this matter prevented an incident of great harm or possibly death for me. I thank God and thank the pharmacist looking out for his customers best interest safety. This took place on February 6 at the West Saginaw Kroger in Lansing Michigan on February 6

I’ve been doing pick up orders for months now and I go to pick up my order and I ask for a printed copy of my receipt and now they no longer know how to do it. Never had an issue any other time I’ve asked for a printed receipt. The manager Drew and store manager Ms. Parks don’t even know their policies or procedures. It took two hours for a call back to tell me they can’t print receipts at store level.As I stated before I’ve been doing this for months and have proof of all my receipts that I got when I picked up my previous orders because I scan them to my cash back account.Lost a customer because they made it seem like I was a liar when I could have clearly showed my previous receipts for all other pick up orders.

The store is great, Fried Chicken is gourmet,the employees are excellent but the problem is someone in the chain of command of the Management won't secure the store. I had a person harass me at their gas station, a panhandler. She threatened to call the cops on me even though she is trespassing and was stalking me and told me to quote "hit me." "Come on hit me." I'm pretty sure that is harassment. I am tempted to file a Police report. I cut up my Kroger card today .I don't have kids but if you have a family I would highly recommend shopping somewhere else she seemed unstable no telling what could happen. It really is pretty sad that Kroger can't keep their store in order on the frickin Westside its not even the Lansing city limits!!!!

First of all 🙏🏽 Malasia you the best. she was the manager at that time of miracle she made it happen . Hopefully I got your name right . I have been doing my mom’s stuffing for the past 10 yrs and I needed to find regular stuffin mix plane . No seasons . Because I make my own flavor my moms stuffing that been in are family for about 40 yrs and counting. I literally went to all krogers , miejers , aldis ..but the only store I didn’t went was Kroger w. Saginaw hwy. She went over and beyond here help thank you again Malasia..

This Kroger has a fantastic deli and compared to other grocery stores the theme is upscale. A very nice place to shop.

Placed an order for pick up today at 9am for between 5-6 pm tonight. Got a text saying my order was ready for pick up at 5:30 showed up to store checked in thru the mobile app only to have an employee come out and say my order isn’t ready and that it won’t be done until around 7-8 pm. I leave and go back home just to get a text at 7:15 saying my order is ready once again I show up and check in and this time am told pick up hours are over call the store and am told they’re still working on my order and that it will be about another half hour! Totally unacceptable if you can’t get orders around in the time they’re supposed to be around don’t offer store pick up I’ve now wasted two trips and am stuck waiting another half hour for my order that should’ve been done over 3 hours ago. I will be shopping at meijer from now on. 100% ridiculous 100% bad customer service!!!

I DROVE A FRIEND TO THIS STORE TO PURCHASE A GIFT CARD FOR OVER A HUNDRED DOLLARS. THE CASHIER DIDN'T RING UP HER PURCHASE CORRECTLY, AND ENDED UP RINGING IT UP THREE TIMES. AS THIS CONTINUED TO GO ON, I WATCHED AS MY FRIENDS COLOR DRAIN FROM HER FACE IN FEAR OF BEING CHARGED DOUBLE OR TRIPLE THE AMOUNT SHE WANTED ON THE CARD.{MIND YOU' MY FRIEND IS IN A WHEELCHAIR AND DOES NOT RECEIVE A LOT MONEY MONTHLY} THE CASHIER REASSURED MY FRIEND THAT WOULDN'T HAPPEN. BUT IT DID! SHE CONTACTED THE STORE AS SOON AS HER BANK NOTIFIED HER FOR PULLING THE MONEY FOR THREE TIMES THE AMOUNT SHE REQUESTED, THE CASHIER LEFT A NOTE FOR MANAGER EXPLAINING HER MISFORTUNE. SHE WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE HANDLED RIGHT AWAY. IT WAS NOT! I TOOK HER BACK TO THAT STORE 3 TIMES AND A FEW CALLS WERE PLACED BEFORE SOMETHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT, SHE WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 4 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE SHE COULD GET HER MONEY BACK. MY FRIEND FEELS SHE WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BECAUSE OF HER DISABILTY. AND I MIGHT AGREE WITH HER AFTER WITNESSING THE WAY THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS KROGER AND AT FEDEX (THE ONE NEAR BY) HANDLED HER AND DEALT WITH THE SITUATION.

Mangers do not care about anything but their position at all, don’t be fooled. My interview with Kyle was an hour and a half long because he was on the phone doing other thing non work related half the time and would cut my time off to conversate with other employees, didn’t receive my first paycheck for almost 3 weeks. They don’t follow any of the regulations until VIP or the president of the company comes in. And don’t get me started on the racial “jokes” Kyle thinks are so funny. The computer room has black mold growing in it. There is a “ceiling” in the back that’s no even secured to the wall for real just a bunch of random cords holding on to it, place is barely clean ever. Nothing professional about what they have going on in that store.

Kroger now is charging a .50 convenience fee to withdraw cash with a debit card. I think this is poor customer service, acting like the store is doing me a favor. They are now charging me for something that was free earlier this month. Very disappointing.

The store is great. It's clean and well stocked. The problem I had was there were only two cashiers and they had a line. I opted for the self checkout and then find that it didn't accept cash so it caused some what of a problem 😫but luckily my hubby saved me from a potentially embarrassing situation!

I like shopping at Kroger on Saginaw in west Lansing. However I have had a couple issues with the bakery. It use to be awesome but not anymore. Every time I call to order a cake they give me a hard time. The last time they didn’t have a baker and had no idea when they were going to get one. Today I picked up some cupcakes I pre ordered two days ago. They were chocolate with chocolate whipped frosting. When the lady handed me the cupcakes the frosting was melted and they looked terrible. She handed them to me and said make sure you get these in the refrigerator right away. I was so shocked I really do not even remember what she said. I took the cupcakes because my son just had surgery and he asked me to get him those particular cupcakes but I was so disappointed in them. When I was driving home I thought I should not have bought them. They were unexceptionable and I was disappointed in myself for not just leaving them there. I really hope they do better next time. I will probably just start getting all my bakery goods from meijers.

I go to this one a lot and I can say pick up really needs help and improvement! Produce that I get isn’t great at all and bread is squished everytime I go here it’s a problem unfortunately I’m going to have to change my grocery store!
