Worst customer service through self check out ever . Asked cashier several times to please stop touching my groceries. She refused to stop and kept going through my bags. She was only there to reset the system after I removed and put a bag back on their bagging area. Then she proceeded to laugh and make jokes because I then told her since she couldn't listen she could put them all back . Spoke with store manager and asked that a apology be given and was refused an apology. Even after I explained to the Manager that I was a cardiac patient and was waiting for surgery. That I only use self check out to limit germs . I won't be back to this location .

I've moved too far to go here anymore, but a dream I had tonight about having a birthday party in the parking lot of this kroger brought me back to look at the store photos, alot of great memories here, I was a regular, lots of yummy food, loved shopping here even tho my mom didn't always get me what I wanted, she tried, and when she did, boy was it a good day, this town im in now doesn't even sell fish nuggets at the Walmart we use a a grocery store, bakery cannot compare either, might come visit and buy my favorite things when im older lol

This Kroger is by far the worst grocery store I have ever been to. Every other day all the staff call in . It's always dirty. I can't tell you how many times the pop has been flat. The vegetables go bad immediately. How is this place still open?We purchase the small soda bottles. Doesn't matter which flavor. 1 out of 3 are always flat. Stealing my moneyIf you read a good review on this place, 100% it's fake.

It's an alright Kroger. The selection is decent, but the bottle room always smells terrible, and the floor could rather consistently use a good cleaning. Hopefully you aren't too offset by the naturally-uncharming demeanor of the employees; it's usually a facade, and most of them mean well.

If you value your time and money, do not go to this Kroger, at 443 Mall Ct. in Lansing. Their prices are much higher than other Krogers in the area. And they are ridiculously understaffed. We went on a Sunday afternoon, not one of the cashier assisted lines were open. People had to use self check out with many items in their cart. The self check out kiosks kept telling me I was over the limit. And help had to come. But the store had one worker, she looked like about 15 years old, and she was running back and forth to all of these registers. The scanners kept saying to put the item on the table that weighs the product, but that didn't work and therefore another delay. And finally there is this store manager who claimed he couldn't help because the 15 yo had the only code to clear errors! Seriously? So if she goes on break and a self scanner goes down everyone waits until she's back from break? What a joke

This is the worse store ever I'm done with Krogers I went there a few days ago and no registers were open they really expect u to self scan a whole cart of groceries they are dirty and instead of helping his co workers an employee was outside smoking a cigarette two of the employees were too busy flirting and couldn't understand what eggs I needed it was ridiculous I will never shop at Kroger's again doesn't matter the location never again

Funny the Kroger in the spot with lowest income has the highest prices and most rotten produce. They certainly aren't using the extra profits to maintain the building.Looking at pics posted 4-5 years ago I'm shocked how quickly it became a dump.

Frandor East location.This location has nothing in a cohesive style so you just have to go back and forth to figure out what is where and usually it's not there. Poor selection and store layout.Prices are jacked way over the awesome Lake Lansing Kroger location.

I do believe this store has everything that starts with the letters A - Z. So far there has never been a product that I needed or wanted as in food, that they didn't have. Produce and meats are very fresh. There are great specials all the time. I love the 10 for $10.00. They have a Pharmacy and do carry vitamins plus many other OTC items. The store carries many other non-food item's. It's a nice place to shop.

From the stock staff to the manager and everyone in between, they are always friendly and helpful. I can usually find what I'm looking for. It has a descent variety for a smaller Kroger store and reasonable prices. The restroom 🚻 is more like a truck stop than a grocery store, but at least they do let you use it!

Staff: Generally seem nice and ready to help, but their morale seems a bit low. This could be a product of management or just a coincidence on the few times I've been here.Products: This is a smaller Kroger, but still has most of the essentials. Don't expect a large variety of organic/"natural" products, though. Produce is very concerning because much of the greens are very old--wilted and browning. This is very disappointing that individuals in this part of Lansing aren't being provided high-quality produce. In this regard, the store needs significant improvement.Vibe: It's pretty typical, but I would suggest that the store needs to be cleaned a little better. Floors, shelves, and just everything generally feels like it is seldom cleaned. Lansing residents deserve better.Overall: Acceptable location for the sporadic visit, but I wouldn't want this to be my regular grocery store.

Cashier Susan is just straight up a great person and worker she was about to closer her land but let me in she was super friendly and polite even though she had already put the we closed sign up after me there was a guy with three items and she waved him on sayings it’s just a few no worries. Great work ethic

Approximately at July 12th 8:45 PM I was trying to return a red box disc but the machine was broken. But I was next to a few workers and I thought that they would be able to help me with my issue but 2 of them just were on their phones and looked at me and walked away. There was 2 more next to me handling the lottery machine and 1 of the worker was training the other worker but when they finished working on the lottery machine they looked at me and ignored me and walked away. As someone who lost their voice it was frustrating that these workers just ignored someone who clearly needed some assistance.

This Kroger is my least favorite in the Lansing area. The selection isn't great, the store isn't as clean and stocked as the other Krogers, and it has the highest bum per shopper ratio I've ever seen, especially in the winter time.In terms of friendliness, the service is normally good. The only complaints are around the way they treat 'vendor partners'. It's one of the only stores that will not even consider letting their young partners into the store to sell cookies during the extremely cold days. The only other store I've experienced with a blanket no exception is owned by Sam. Granted, I realize they communicate that clearly and there should be no expectation.To that end, a decent Kroger.

I love the prices and all the different brands. My favorite is the organic/vegan section . I like how it is a smaller store it's less walking for my daughter and it makes it easier for her what to choose. I love the seasonal products they display in the front also and the flowers .

Went to Kroger for bottle return with my fiancé We went straight to the bottle return area, once the bottle sorting was completed, I grabbed bread nearby in the aisle directly across from the bottle return. After, I stopped through self check out when the return was completed to purchase the bread and redeem the bottle return. My fiancee decided to go on out to the car with the extra bottles that were not accepted at this location, there was no store browsing, it was a straight forward trip. Upon attempting to leave he noticed his cart stopped and would not budge when he pushed it, he gave up and was about to get another cart to put the bottles in when security came to him and told him that they stopped the cart, remember, this was a straight forward trip, no browsing, i was the only one of us who went to get bread in the bread aisle. But my fiancé went in, straight to the bottle return and straight to the exit once the return was completed. He did nothing for them to assume he did any wrong, yet they assumed he was a thief, with no proof, no one saw him do anything wrong????? They saw that he had nothing but old empty bottles in trash bags. It was embarrassing, security did not apologize, and my fiancee left and waited for me at the car. This was simply profiling and there was no reason at all to assume that my fiancee took anything when he only went to bottle return and attempted to leave directly afterwards. He works hard 10+ hours a day. Do they stop everyone coming in for bottle return??????? Maybe move bottle return from inside of the store to outside to avoid this happening to honest customers.

Went in this location to pick up some cookies for a party and used the self check out. The items didn’t show correctly on the screen so just wanted to void them out and needed assistance from the employees to do so. 5 employees standing in the self checkout ignoring the machine saying help will be with you. Had I say excuse me 2 different times to have an employee even acknowledge us standing there. Got an eye roll from the employee who had to stop her personal conversation to come help. I work for customer service all day long 13 hour days. This by far is totally unacceptable. This is not how a customer should be treated while there to spend money. Definitely will not be returning to this store do to rudeness encountered.

Food was really good. The cheese sticks were good just not cooked long enough. I had a cheese burger & onion rings. Waitress needed to check back sooner n offer refill. I will go back again.

There was 2 carts for the store and I went 30 minutes into their open hours, the whole aisle of lunch meat and bacon was empty. This is the second time in 4 weeks they have had very little in the store and few sale items. Very disappointed in the downhill course of this store.

Just went to Kroger and it was absolutly ridiculous as always. Line was wrapped around the store no workers in site yet again. All the lanes were closed. I'm done going here and spending money at this place!

So normally an mediocre grocery store (inconsistant with what they stock, small produce) but I was there 7/10/2020 around 4:00pm and there was a woman vomiting on the floor while stocking shelves near the deli section. I brought this to staff attention but nothing was done. This woman wasn't even wearing a mask. I later saw the managers standing outside away in the parking lot, which I believe is odd considering there is a clearly sick employee potentially exposing others to sickness. This is disgusting and irresponsible not during a pandemic but after seeing this I will not be returning and advise others to do the same.

Go to the Lake Lansing location instead if it is an option. This one needs a facelift, more staff, more checkout lanes and a better layout. But if this location is close to you, then it is a great option with some drawbacks. I hope it eventually gets updated, not closed. Other nearby grocery stores like Apple Market and Better Health might be better just to find stuff on the shelves.

Kinda dirty. the kid working there looked angry, like he was stuck in detention. Just didn't like the feel of the place at all. I grew up going to meijers, and this is the 1st time I have shopped at a Kroger store. I was thinking I would switch, but this store definitely changed my mind.
