Closes 10-15mins earlier then what is stated online and on the door. They legit have a trashcan and large sign blocking the entrance of the automatic doors…looks very unprofessional and unsafe. Not the point though if you are going to close 15mins early make that your closing time instead of wasting peoples time. Drove from home thinking I had 15 minutes to grab one item. I get there in time but they are refusing entry to new people even though others are still openly shopping. NO telling when they actually block the entrance considering I was 15 minutes til and it was already closed. 🚫

Ordered a delivery order. The Instacart shopper must have been out of coffee at home because he ordered coffee on my order , I wascharged for it but he didn't deliver it. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this store. I would advise you use Meijer instead. Kroger didn't even seem to care

Says they close at 10 but won't let customers come in to grab an item 15 Min till lol. Say you close at that time if you're not going to let people in. It won't take but 5 min to grab one item to get out. If you don't want people checking out after 10 then close the registers not the doors. Crazy.

I've had better luck with Curbside but needed to get a few things are a bit difficult to source. Not a lot of options in the produce section, the self-checkout lines were jammed up, and almost no one was masked (except me and a few others, no staff). I can't feel safe buying meat, deli items, and prepared foods from people who don't take basic safety precautions. Fine for prepackaged items.

Used to prefer Krogers but today for the 3rd time the wipes for your cart dispenser was empty. In the deli I kept running into items w/o a price and It works because I wouldn't have bought the piece of spinach pie, smaller than a pack of cigarettes, for $5. I had two staff there to find the price on the take-away dinners and after we found it, one gal told me I needed a digital coupon for the 3 dollars off as displayed above them...then on to where the entire door of frozen foods at an end cap had no price (Yasso ice cream bars)> At least at meijers when they're are trying to rip you off, its easier to spot....

I had to make a Kroger run today to complete my list of ingredients for cooking for the holiday. During checkout, I ran into a few technical user problems. Jay, a female employee working at the self-checkout stations was AMAZING. There was someone else working the 6 stations that I was at but she was occupied with sometihng so Jay came over to help me since no one was in need of assistance at the 6 stations she was at. Jay went from my 6 stations back over to hers helping people out. She was quick, knowledgable about the computer systems functioning, polite, thoughtful, and she smiled while she helped me. I have not experienced anyone as pleasant as her during my self-checkout experiences other places. If she is not a manager, she should certainly be trained for a management position as she possesses the abilitiy to train others to be as effective as she demonstrated today. Keep up the great work Jay, you made my day and I noticed your skills. I hope Kroger notices them too. You are a hard worker. Thank you for your help today. ;)

The customer service desk should be closed permanently you are not able to keep it open but it says open you owe me gas money for my troubles if driving to Kroger 3 days in a row fire your manager for not stepping up and running it you get paid manager money do your job.

Kroger is changing so much of their sale and couponing that it's getting hardly worth shopping at my favorite store any more. They have so few digital coupons and barely any chance to get fuel points so you can't save money at the pumps by using digital coupons so what's the point? They are trying to steer everyone to the cash back options which really aren't what they appear to be.I'm extremely disappointed in Kroger.It seems like just because people were saving too much money on gas they took away all their coupons and that SUCKS!

This has become a "quick stop" store, like dollar general, etc.They have ZERO cashiers. So don't buy anything more than you can quickly scan at the self checkout. There is no conveyor or anything. just one of those rotating carousels, with 4 bagging positions.If you fill your cart up with groceries, it will be too much for their system... and they don't seem to care.ZERO CASHIERS. Every lane is empty. Just a kid playing on his phone in front of the "10 items or less" automated checkout machines.Greed has taken over this store. They can't even think big picture.You'd think they would WANT us to fill up our carts with lots of stuff, but NO...they make it really difficult to stock up on groceries, instead.Saving a buck, and losing customers. Great plan!

Was in today 8/2/23 around 1pm or so and had a man at the deli counter that was EXCEPTIONAL! Ryan suggested a new kind of chicken salad and although they were so busy he was knowledgeable, beyond courteous and just a shining example of customer service!

I actually live in Grand Rapids and pick up groceries specifically from this Kroger. After have so many failed pick up attempts at a different store in Grand Rapids, I gave this kroger a shot. I have had maybe 8 to 10 flawless pick ups. Orders come out within 1-2 minutes of arrival, items are rarely out of stock, and their substitutions are realistic and usually in the customer's favor. It's been great and I'm very grateful.

Came here to pick a prescription that my Kroger near me did not have in stock and I arrived just as they were getting to go on there lunch break but they started to assist me then the pharmacist was very rude and asking me a bunch of questions to which I did not have the answer for and I was told to come back after 1:30pm when their break was done. Very rude in my opinion. I apologize for showing up right as there lunch break was about to start and he could have simply said as I walked up that they were about to close for lunch and I would have waited. Instead I got a rude attitude because I did not have answers for him on the spot. This review is only for the pharmacy not the store it self.

Ordered pickup 7 hours in advance. Only 5 items. Took them over 30 minutes to bring it out to my car after I had checked in. I arrived 12 minutes after it said it was ready….would have been faster to just go in myself. Ridiculous. There were only two other pickups while I was waiting, so it’s not like they were overly busy

Yesterday, I placed a pick up with the pickup time being between 8 and 9PM. As I checked in at 9PM exactly, I received a phone call from the department. The customer service rep said it was after 9PM and the department was now closed. I corrected him and said it was 9 exactly. There was a good 30 seconds of silence (I asked if he was still there - no response) before he replied that it was 9:01PM now, then he wished me a good night and hung up. Savage. Rude. Unacceptable.

This is by far the best Kroger in the city. Almost always has its shelves stocked well, is clean, and for the most part the employees at checkout are nice and friendly.What is don't like is the awkward traffic flow in and out of the store, specially with the 2 entrances. It just feels awkward to me.

I love the selection and savings they have and this has nothing to do with the store itself, but I had a curbside order and the gentleman who brought it out for me didn’t say anything to me or ask me anything other than if I had any more coupons. He was not very friendly slammed my trunk and left when he was done and he put my pop on top of my chips and bread so I was VERY irritated to see that.

Kroger is my favorite place to shop right now, the store isn't huge. I can usually get in and out fairly quickly without having to go through clothing or other items in not looking for when grocery shopping.They have a beautiful selection of fresh produce, a nice bakery and a great selection of cheeses and some other newer items by the front door with sushi and some newer Indian food. Their meat selection is top notch.

Disappointed they were out of my Hungry Man original fried chicken dinners again. Last 4 times they have been out of them and the Jimmy Dean bacon breakfast bowl but had every other kind. This is a clean, well taken care of store. This is the Kroger I am most comfortable shopping at. Very bummed out they discontinued selling Mounds bars at checkout and no 6 packs although they still have snack size. This Kroger is right across from Meijers on Lake Lansing rd so it's convenient hit both while shopping.

I ordered several party platters and a large cake for an event I hosted yesterday and everything turned out amazing! The fruit was perfectly ripe and delicious, the croissants for the sandwiches were huge, yet light and fluffy, and the cake was perfectly moist and decorated to my specifications. Pickup went smoothly and the gentleman behind the deli counter (who brought everything out to me) was very nice. I would definitely order from this Kroger again.

Kroger is my grocery of choice, this location in particular. You have a wonderful selection updating and stocking appropriately. Aside from a few sour grapes your staff is top notch. The new scan and go is awesome (when it works) however I am disappointed you removed your large U-scan. The produce is great! Fresh and well kept, the store appearance is clean and I appreciate the returnable (bottle return) section being in the front of the store. Kroger sends me coupons based on my purchase history and many free items as well. Thank you for all the hard work, I appreciate the employees at this location and intend on many decades of partnership. Ciao.

I like to shop at Kroger. The store is not real big so you canfind your groceries easily. If youcannot find an item, Krogerprovides a friendly staff to helpyou. They keep the store clean.All the store items are in neatrows. Great store to go to.
