I went in to return an Amazon package and ended up shopping. Tried on a few thing and bought a few. Greeted by Ernestine when we came in and she was the Cashier when we checked out. So pleasant and knowledgeable. Lots of great spring merchandise available. My only issue is the same products are in various places so when looking for sizes, it is a little chaotic. Great choices, just takes time to go through racks looking for your size.

I feel as if I was racially profiled here. And I’ve never felt that way anywhere. I decided to go shopping for some baby food makers for my newborn. I asked customer service about an item during my visit but ended up just buying some candles. (It’s about 9 pm). On my way out I’m putting my candles in my trunk and this really old lady comes out and goes “it’s him!” And steps back inside to call an employee over. The employee inside (clearly) started staring at me through the window. I didn’t know if they thought I was stealing, definitely didn’t need to go home and bring any trouble to my family. So I asked the old lady several times if they needed me for something and she says in a very rude, inappropriate tone “are you talking to me? Why are you talking to me? Don’t talk to women walking alone”. This old lady was an employee so I called the store about her and was told she did this off the clock, even though she was just walking out of kohls at the time.Makes me feel very uncomfortable to shop there again.

The Lansing west side Kohl's had a good selection of Nike clothes for young men. Nike is all that my great grandson will wear.

Always been very satisfied with every purchase from Kohl's. Do not like the fact that Kohl's cash expires. Have problems getting back in before expiration date. Lost about $50.00 by not getting back in before expiration date. Money is spent there, should be able to redeem Kohl's cash without expiration date.

This review is about the jewelry department. The service I received here is going to cost me a lot. I was sized for a wedding band at this Kohl’s, and the worker did it too hastily and carelessly. She was a whole ring size off, and I now need to get the ring I purchased resized. I’m very disappointed with the service I received through the jewelry department at this Kohl’s.

Kohl's is full of discounts, special offers, and they always have awesome money saving deals while maintaining good standards on their House Brand and high quality Brand Name merchandise. This outstanding retailer, Kohl's, really understands how to make a product line; nice, must have, effectively useful, solving consumer modern-day household necessities, and also supplying fun stuff (kids toys, cotton candy maker, popcorn maker, etc.....) while maintaining everyday low prices. My wife, Kim and I shop there all the time and always feel satisfied about our purchases and feel comfortable we will fit-In and be happy today, 5 years, and longer from now. Thank you, Kohl's

Went shopping for a nice polo shirt but the nice ones were few. I was surprised by the lack of selection. There were quite a few of the basement bargain types, tho.My wife found the same problem as I did.

Great store. clean bathrooms. good lighting. Store always has something good and new to offer. Clearance sections are disorderly and placed all throughout store. aisles are big enough to manuever around in, but be wary if some one else is also heading towards you. Kohls sells tvs now and apparently xboxs...so thats neat, also they sell headphones and bluetooth speakers. good place to go with coupon cause you can get items even cheaper.

I enjoyed my shopping experience at Kohls I bought four men's jogging pants and a comforter, offer a wide variety of merchandise such as , cosmetics, kitchen and bathroom merchandise, ladies wear , bedding and accessories, children clothing and toys and men's and women's shoes, Big and Tall men's clothing and suits, I bought four sheets sets , buy one get one half price,what a great price. Looking forward to returning soon, I love shopping at Kohls. 😀
