Sent flowers to my mom on her 94th birthday and what was received was nothing close to what I ordered. I particularly chose the arrangement for the very cute and festive vase that wasn't provided. Additionally, there was no message on the card or any indication who sent the flowers. Talked to the store manager who immediately said, "we did nothing wrong... not our fault". What was received is on the left and what I ordered is on the right.

This hidden gem has the best succulent selection I've seen in Lansing. NONE of them had signs of over watering or rot like every other place around that sells them. I couldn't believe how well they had been taken care of and how BIG the air plants were! Please do yourself a favor and visit at least once.

Best assortment of houseplants in the state! I drive here once/month from Detroit just to see what they have new! The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help you with any questions you may have. Things are a little more expensive than plants you'll find at Lowe's or Home Depot, but you are paying for quality. AMAZING PLACE!

Completely disappointed! Would NEVER order from this florist again! After requesting specific flowers for an arrangement (that were an up-charge) not only did they NOT put the flowers in the funeral arrangement for a friend, they used ONLY the flowers I specifically DID NOT WANT. It was very disheartening to see the arrangement at the funeral home. After calling with my concerns, the same male told me to find another florist. After putting me on hold, and verifying his designer was in the wrong, he told me to disregard his previous statement. I received a refund and will NEVER use this florist again.

Amazing bouquet! I received a gorgeous bouquet from a friend that was purchased here and delivered to my door. The lilies reminded us fondly of our trip to Mexico and made the whole house smell absolutely blissful. The lilies opened slowly over the course of several days and gave me joy! 🤩 Highly recommend and I’ll be using Hyacinth House if I need a bouquet anytime soon.

I recently ordered from Hyacinth House for funeral services of a close friend who passed suddenly. This has been a very difficult time, but the staff at Hyacinth House made this task stress free. Cliff assisted me on the phone, he was so kind and responsive. He help me think of what to put on the card and made sure to take his time getting the spelling of all the names, I never felt rushed. The flowers were delivered fresh, beautifully arranged, and on time. Ordering from a local business gave me comfort that they knew the funeral home and were familiar with delivering there. Even with a sad occasion, I appreciate the care and kindness that was shown by this business and their staff.

Every year I get the most amazing plants for my mom (& me 😊) for Mothers day this year i was NOT disappointed. I just left there and the selection was awesome, the staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This is the only place to get hanging baskets!!!!!

Maybe it was just one bad experience, but please see below a picture of what was ordered, versus what my recepiant received. I was less than impressed. The flowers were delivered 4 days late, and looked droopy. It was not even the same arrangement that was purchased.

Excellent quality and selection of plants and flowers. Love this place. One of my favorite plant shops. I am always greeted by several employees as I walk the greenhouses. This last time I came in one gentleman walked me to a back greenhouse I had never been back in, to show me the gardenias they just go in that smelled so beautiful. All the employees seem happy and everyone here seems to enjoy their jobs. The last time I came in another gentleman worker brought me over a cart as he could tell my hands were full. The atmosphere here is amazing. My kind of place.

The Hyacinth House always has the best prices on a dozen roses, and have nice floral arrangements in their cooler for you to take with you, or have delivered.They currently have their greenhouse full of beautiful Poinsettia plants in several colors that they can even add sprinkles to.I happen to stop in for a Christmas blanket for my beloved Mother's grave and they have multiple colors and sizes to choose from, and also have wreaths for your homes or businesses, or graves..wherever you'd like to put 1.Their prices are competitive, but things like the grave blankets were not marked, so I had to go inside and find help. Their prices were a bit pricey for cut greens , pinecone, and a very pretty, large bow, quoted for an appropriate 2ft. was either $45, or $55.00, and for a 6ft blanket was $99,00 . Now don't get me wrong, my mother is worth ever dime, but I live on a strict budget, and I'm sure my Mom would rather I spend that money on a small bag of groceries or a 1/2 tank of gas.I was not asked if I wanted to go look at them with this man, or offered anything maybe less expensive, unless I were to buy a blanket, then I'd get $10.00 off a wreath, umm...no thank you but thx anyways.I can say I have ordered blooming plants from this place, and the hydrangea they delivered to Mason for $6.00 was absolutely beautiful, large and watered when it arrived to a dear friend.So, in my honest opinion, I WILL recommend this business for all of your fresh floral and plant needs. I will pardon 1 employees lack of customer courtesy and lack of attention because I know not all employees are like he was.

Was never disappointed this much with florists, ever .. I ordered over the phone , did specify that I want to order red roses and did specify that no pink once , because she doesn’t likes them .. guess what? Not even a single red rose, all pink .. like they did it on purpose .. instead of my name , they wrote my last name .. for the amount I paid , she said it’s gonna be a huge amount of flowers .. guess what ? There was just couple roses .. didn’t get what I ordered at all .. and she was telling me it’s good that you ordered over the phone , cause when people order online there sometimes confusions .. very disappointed.. my first time ordering , do not recommend it to anybody , very bad ..
