They gave the best customer service I've ever received and I really appreciate how they went out of their way to contact other Feeders locations to find what I needed. Amazing staff. They make a real effort to remember you and your pets name and are very open and knowledgeable when it comes to suggestions and their ability to answer questions. Their self wash is amazing, especially if, like me, you have a rescue that you are not comfortable leaving to a groomer because of reactivity issues. This staff, rather than being intimidated by my 140lb reactive animal, patiently toke steps to make him comfortable and get to know him. Now he gets excited to go and see the regular faces of friends. Can’t say I bough about these people

My daughter adopted a cute Shitzu puppy that just turned 8 weeks old. We heard that Soldan's was hosting a immunization clinic/event for pets. We were absolutely delighted and thrilled with our experience. The staff greeted us immediately and made us feel at ease. They explained the various packages and tests so that we could make an informed decision. The process was seamless and super easy. I would highly recommend them! The clinic staff are passionate about pets and well informed!

Always a good place to stop in. You can bring your dog into the store. I like the variety of chews for dogs...I mean my dog likes the variety of chews. Lol. I'm a fan of cubbies and parakeets. This store usually has a few to visit. Friendly staff. Occasional discounts due to loyalty points.

Happened to go with my daughter. I have a 30 year old, BULL SNAKE, I picked up a DESSERT BLEND....ZILLA... FOR HER TANK. I am thrilled with the difference in her "skin shedding!!" Full/unborn shed!!! Excellent HEAT CONDUCTOR....LOVE IT!

Needed a new dog collar in a hurry! Came in with my dog in arm, found what size we needed and clerk helped adjust it and cut tags off...in and out in 6mins. Great place I can recommend.

I really love the self dog wash. Great value ($12 large black lab) and they provide a great selection of soaps, brushes, towels and even furminators. The dog wash area has two large tubs that are enclosed and easily accessible to even my aging dog. The wash area is also enclosed. The pet food is competitively priced with a huge selection. My only complaints are little things, like how they block off isles before closing time making it difficult to navigate when your carrying items and towing your pooch along too. The employees also don't ever assist with heavy items... It would be nice for some more small business service if you are paying small business prices. Maybe a little more training and direction?

We have two cats and a lizard: Solden's is my go-to! Everything we need for all our pets, from litter/wet food to heat bulbs/crickets is always there, and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. They also sometimes host adoptable cats from local shelters! A great one-stop shop.

It is a nice large store but they were giving out last year's old flyers of Venture dog food. I guess Soldan was trying to get rid of the about-to-expire Venture dog food (that uses the old formula). The old formula contains peas. I read the flyer and thought Venture started to use peas again. You almost make Venture lost a customer...

This used to be our favorite pet wash... I'm sad that the water pressure is no longer that great and the water is ALWAYS Cold. We used to come here once a month to wash the dogs but with the water being so cold we had to find another place. Wish they would fix this issue.

I'm a fanatic rat owner, and all of the rats we've purchased have come from one of the several Soldan's stores. We bought them as feeders(the idea of what happens to them otherwise turns my stomach), and have ended up with the sweetest, most delightful rats we could have asked for. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I enjoy shopping at this location on West Saginaw Hwy. The only gripe I would have is that they should probably keep the lid on on the "Belly Bone" treats for dogs. They are supposed to be a lot softer than they are now due to the moisture being taken out. So I always put a damp paper towel in a small container with a lid & the dog treats to soften them back up. It takes several days, but it's ok. That's the only thing I'd complain about. Other than that, the employees are impeccable customer service agents for Soldan's Pet Supplies. They are 95% of the reason people shop where they do. No one wants to shop at a place where employees seem lazy or have nasty attitudes towards their customers & it's very hard to find good employees nowadays. Some of these younger people were shown no self-respect, dignity, ethics, morals, or much of anything. But the staff at Soldan's is always great. You're always greeted as you walk in & out as well. Great Job Soldan's Employees. 👏 Thank you. 👍👍P S. Keep them Belly Bones covered. 😁

This is a very conveniently located pet store with helpful, friendly staff who are eager to share their knowledge. During our first visit, they helped us size a kennel for our new pup. While browsing, I noticed that they have a large pet food, leash, and treat selection. During check-out, we easily signed up for their customer rewards program. We came here with our dog, though I've also been by myself, sans puppy. We'll definitely be going back!Access notes: curb cuts and ramp into the entrance, automatic door. Mostly wide aisles, some tight spaces in a few parts of the store, though.

The customer service here is wonderful. I've been able to ask staff members questions and get helpful responses as my pets are my family and not just animals I'm feeding or housing. I can always find the exact item I need. My kids enjoy looking at the rats, reptiles, birds, (cats occasionally), ferrets, and chinchillas. They are not very busy whenever I'm there, but they have a dog wash station I really want to try! My husband has used it, but my review is simply my own on this location. Great staff and selection.

Great staff and they price match. Great selection of pet foods and treats. They offer a do it yourself grooming area great for any size dog, bath. I brought my own shampoo towels and used the waist high sink, easier on your back, blow dryer worked great, much easier than the tub. Can be used any time of year.

Cute local store, I think , but they offer 13.95 diy doggie bath. They have the shampoo , towels , conditioners, and coat brushes. I will return.
