I went to the Dollar General on Cedar street off Willard as it’s closer to my house. I had cereal that was advertised for 2/$6. I asked the older lady (cashier) with grey hair and dark thin eyebrows who wears the mask if it rang up right and she said “I don’t know”. Had an attitude. I always go to this one and I will no longer be going. I will drive to a different one where they have friendlier employees! I would give zero stars if I could!

I went to dollar general next door to the classic pub no employees were in the store… I yelled “ any employees here” no one at all… I left my stuff on the counter and left… saw a girl smoking talking to a guy in the parking lot?…..maybe that was her?…. I will never stop there again…. Went to one down the road toward Lansing … very nice clerk

This place is awesome the Air fresheners are cheap my mom and her friends get them a lot there and they have alot of good stuff and good service

It was clean and employees were very pleasant. It was obvious a truck or two had just delivered some items that needed to be put away. But they were attempting to keep it out of the way for customers . Great selection of items. Would recommend to others.

I'm not a very big fan of the dollar type store. But I had to do a review for this Dollar General. Between the exponential customer service and the selection of incredibly cheap but effective products it is a store I like to go to when it's 2 days before my pay check. I'll have $20 and that goes a long way here.☆☆☆☆☆

The floor help was okay one lady was very helpful as i use a walker she loaded my 12 drink packages for me and said shout if you need me. Very nice. The cashier bless her heart had me standing (which KILLS) my back. For at least 12 minutes while she figured out how to use a coupon

I love this store they have everything! Not to mention some of the cutest seasonal decor, especially for my porches I decorate. I always go in there to see what new and affordable items they have. They also carry an awesome and affordable Cosmetics selection and it's not a generic brand either. They carry Maybelline, Covergirl, WetnWild and a few others I cant think of..Highly recommended!

Always clean and we'll displayed. So easy to find things. Manager Rhonda is so nice and knows her customers. Hope Dollar General uses Rhonda as the standard for store managers in every store. Thanks!

My husband & I are in this store location nearly every day. We are always greeted with a smile, the store is always clean & products are typically in stock & easy to find. Definitely the best DG in Lansing by far!

Always a pleasure to be able to popin and grab what I need and get out fast. I have to say the last couple times I have been in the stores they have been quite messy do to stocking shelves. But it never seems to be done.

Just another Dollar General. You know what you're getting when you go there and this one is no different. It's a newer store and chock full of discount goodies like all the rest. The store is clean and staff is friendly and helpful.

I had to go back 3 times within about an hour span because I was overcharged for my purchase and the digital coupons were not working correctly and the store employees tried to tell me there wasn't anything they could do. I ended up on the phone with a district manager (who was extremely rude and didn't want to listen to me because she was "at home not work") I was having a horrible fibro/ RA day and needed to use my walker. Needless to say I got my money back after all was said and done. This was not my usual experience with Dollar General though, so I'm giving more stars than I would for just this one time.

They have a little bit of everything at prices as low as they get.This is a good place to go as an alternative to the grocery store when you need just a couple things for dinner.They have plenty of over the counter drugs at lower prices than drug stores

Dollar general is dollar general, they're all pretty much the same. It's the employees that work at this particular location that I appreciate the most. They have a great team, always friendly and welcoming.

I recently fell and broke my arm. The cashier was kind enough to carry my heavy bag of rock salt to my vehicle for me. She was kind and patient to the older gentleman in line before me. I'm sorry that I did not get her name so that you all could praise her.

It was pretty clean but the customer service was extremely abrasive. Was a lot of following around the store from customer service reps. But other than that it is a good store.

The store was nicely organized. I was looking for ice cream cones. Unfortunately, I walked around the store for five minutes before a staff member showed up from the break area to assist me.

Sales!!!! I walked out with 5 bags full of stuff for 30 bucks name brand cleaning stuff, dog stuff, personals.. The best thing ever is to save while on a budget!

False advertising w\there greeting cards. Big sign saying 2 for $1 underneath a small sign says $1 each. Manager couldn't find any of the cards that were 2 for a $1. I call that false avertising. 😡
