A good store to buy clothes. What distinguishes this place is the cheap prices. We bought many clothes at good prices.The store was crowded at the time of our visit.If you think about visiting it I think you will get good deals.Free parking and designated parking for people with disabilities are available.

I spent some time with my family in the store and picked out several items. When we went to check out there were only 3 people ahead of us. We stood in line for 10 minutes and the only cashier there got 1 transaction done. I had somewhere to be at a specific time and unfortunately had to ditch several items for my family because I wasn't expecting to have to stand in line for half an hour. When I tried talking to the cashier and when I called the store on the phone they both said they couldn't hold my items for me at all. This is truly disappointing they aren't properly staffed and then don't put forth any effort to compensate their customers.

On December 20th, I bought 2 beautiful shirts for $25 each. Unfortunately, an African American lady took off the tags and ripped both shirts. We lost the receipt, so we are unable to return or exchange them. I hope she gets fired. To the managers, if you receive more reviews or complaints like this, please consider terminating her employment because she deserves it. It's frustrating that we can't even use the shirts now.I will edit if once I get this resolved.

This Burlington in Lansing was disgusting! Oscar was so dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke throughout the store, people (not the associates) were so rude. 10/10 will just drive to Grand Rapids next time!

I absolutely love this store, I always leave with so many great finds. Perfect store for back to school shopping and they have lots of children's stuff. Last time I went I found some cute dresses, some heels, men's shorts for super cheap and my son's whole summer wardrobe and I only spent like $60. You can't go in this store without buying something, I promise!

Womens sizing in winter coats is way off, I'm 5'4" 160# usually can wear a large but all the larges for me like mediums, first time ever having to buy a 1x winter coat!nice coat fits me great but should have been a large

I was told to put away mini cart 🛒 at where it located by the cashier when I was checking out my stuffs. But the thing is that, it’s kinda far away between where mini cart located to where the cashier at. I have never experienced this type of situation where I go to shopping at any other stores by cashier, instead they took the cart and put it away for the customers. Unsatisfied!!! I hope the company see this and do what is right .

It was a horrible experience and I will not be returning. The Manager BJ was super rude. Its a clothing store but wouldnt let any of my children try on clothing. They claimed to not have enough employees for the dresssing rooms but yet there were 5 of them standing around. BJ claimed "If she did it for me she would have to do it for eveyone" My daughter is 8 years old and couldnt understand why we had to leave and go shopping somewhere else. She was super bummed. I will not be returning to this location ever! I suggest you spend your money else where. Super rude and not worth the hassle. Will be contacting the coperate office.

I used to go here all the time on my lunch break. I stopped in last week and noticed the line was backed up all the way towards the dressing rooms. There were 2 cashiers. I browsed for a little while, but then decided to leave because the line did not move 1 person in the time I was there. The folks in line looked irate. I could see other employees around the store. Not sure why no one came to take a register..

Always find great deals here. Name brands at discounted prices. They may only have a few of each size. It is a little messy but perhaps that is because people don't put stuff back after looking at it. Fun store to treasure hunt.

The items are great. The staff are terrible. Yelling at customers and eating while checking us out it’s gross. However the clothing items are great. Just depends on what you are looking for.

I love this place. Name brands at a fraction of the cost. They have a layaway option and the employees are usually very nice and helpful. It can be slim picking and don't expect to find the same thing twice.

I don't like to usually leave bad reviews but I wanted to be honest, I went to Burlington coat factory to look at suits for men when I walked in the store it kind of reminded me of a thrift store, the people there were nice, I asked one of the ladies where the men's suits were located, and she directed me to a spot on a rack that had two blue jackets, in a few pair of matching slacks, nothing even close to my size I'm 6'4, everything was too short and the jackets were regulars. A little disappointed, I don't believe I'll be shopping there again.

I got these Bob Mackie sunglasses for $7.99. Great deal!!!! This place was clean and not to crowded. I was hoping for a bigger selection. The store seemed under stocked compared to other locations.

I went to Burlington in Lansing for a coat. No leather jackets were available, but I found a nice Michael Kors. My husband and I were treated very rudely by the cashier at checkout. She was there Tuesday, December 20th at 9 AM. I have worked in retail management for 20 years, and if you don't want to work the holidays get out of retail. She did not show me the receipt or ask me if I wanted the receipt in my purse. We're from Reno, NV spending money in your state - Be Nice!! This was on Saginaw in case the manager reads this review.

Absolutely love this Store. My shopping experience was awesome. Great Sales and friendly helpful staff. Found exactly what I was looking for for my great niece! Up to date on kids favorite themes! Love the Clothing, Shoes, nightwear, and some other practical items for the household. Cool Childrens items and for women and men they have great cologne collections. I definitely am going back to shop there!

What a great place to find a deal! You can shop here for so many different things. They have a large variety of clothes, purses, some hair things, and even a variety of shoes for you to choose from. A great store if you have kiddos. They have baby things too.

I was at Burlington today shopping for my children. My children get their allowances on a debit card that I can add or remove funds from at any given time. When my total was final, I went onto the app to transfer the funds, and I could not get a signal. So I stepped outside really quick to see if I could get a better signal. I got it done, came back in and paid. When we got into the car, my children told me that the lady said "haha she must be out of money". She said this in front of my kids to the other 2 employees that were there, a young woman wearing a hijab and a young woman with a white shirt and braids. I went back in and the woman was not at the service area anymore. I asked her employees about this. They said they don't know why she said that. It was not their fault. They were both polite, kind and helpful. But her name was Crystal and they said she was the manager. She attempted to degrade me and humiliated my children. She had no right to do that to me or anyone else. Completely unprofessional. If this is the kind of management you keep around, I will not be back and I have been coming to this store for years. My purse costs more than her entire outfit and her Freak Nik style 1990s hairstyle. How dare she try to insinuate that someone else doesn't have money because of a quick internet issue. I expect discrimination from some, but definitely not another black woman. Very disappointing.

Used to go here alot, went today and it’s an absolute mess! The store is so unorganized and dirty! Everything is thrown all over the place! Management could care less! Sad to see this place go down hill!
