I had to take a break from vacuuming to share the exceptional experience I had at A Sweeper Store! Seriously, it’s incredible how much better your carpets and bare floors can look with the right equipment.I’ve gone years blowing through numerous vacuums from a well known company. My 10 year old, frieze carpets stayed matted and didn’t feel clean afterwards. It was time to step up my game. I walked in to the store and was immediately greeted by Adam. He provided me his undivided attention, learned about my home’s floor types and rugs, offered a complete education of the vacuums he offers that would work well in my home. I was able to try out numerous models on a wide variety of floor types. I read a bunch of reviews before deciding to drive the 40 minutes to the Sweeper Store for my nonworking Dyson. Justin evaluated the issue quickly and professionally. He arranged to get the correct part mailed to me as it was an easy install that i was able to do myself. Saving me money and a return trip. Would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone who appreciates a good vacuum cleaner.

I had a newer Riccar tuned up with Justin. He was very nice and efficient. Took in an Oreck and a Royal and had a totally different experience with Adam. He was very RUDE, ARROGANT, and CONDESCENDING. He thought I was a waste of his time because he couldn’t give me a spiel on selling me a new vacuum so he completely ignored me and moved onto a couple who were looking at new vacuums. I wanted to leave my Oreck for a tune up, but after his behavior and customer service, I declined. Terrible customer service. He should not advertise Royal and the many different brands and then tell you it’s a piece of junk and a 100 years old if he doesn’t want to help. None of this was true and who says that? I took it to another small run business in an outlying area and the owner kindly helped me and said it was a good all metal machine with addition of a couple new parts. He showed me that the handle was not broken and how it operates. Sorry to say, Adam just lost my business for all future purchases!

I walked into A Sweeper Store and was greeted by Adam, the Owner and his Co-worker, Justin. They asked a few questions about what I was looking for. They quicly recommended the Miele Triflex HX1 Pro. Adam and Justin really know their vacuums.After the first week of using it, I was sold on the quality and the exceptional job it did cleaning my solid surfaces, as well as, my carpets. The front light helps me to see any hidden debris under the lip of the kitchen cabinates and the shadow areas of my house. This vacuum also comes with a second battery for prolonged use, which, I am still on the fist battery and it is still going strong, after the first initial charge. What a great vacuum at a great price.I can't recommend the Sweeper Store enough. It was a great experience in the store and great results from the product they sold me. Thank you Adam and Justin for everything. I will be back.

Absolutely please with the help I received while I was in the store! I had an idea of what I wanted prior to going in but needed a bit more information prior to purchase. They were very helpful and not pushy like you can experience in many sales stores. Came home and used my new vacuum it’s amazing! Our house was cleaned to bottom yesterday and how much was picked up is crazy! I can’t wait to see how well this Sebo holds up long term to our two kids and two dogs!

I grew tired of my wife buying throw-away vacuums. We talked with the owner, looked at a few models, paid more than I normally would for a vacuum but I got a five year warranty, 5 years of free service, and guaranteed parts for twenty years. We wanted to pay more for higher quality because we have kids etc. This place has lots of brand at every price level and they service vacuums. Great experience, great store, excellent products.

EDIT: Received a call from Adam; I clearly didn't hear the associate (Justin) correctly when he told me the price for replacing a belt on my vacuum. I heard $58, he actually said $15.80. Adam explained that most belt replacements are around that $15-$25 amount, which is what Justin had also told me this morning when I called. Adam also explained that AMEX is not good for small businesses - and would charge the store a very high rate on each transaction. My three star review earlier was based off of feeling like I was lured in with a reasonable estimate, then charged a high price - but now I realize I just need to get my hearing checked. Just as I said in my initial review the belt change was done in under a minute, but unlike earlier it was not as I thought ("expensive as hell!").

What an incredible experience! Adam, the Owner of the store spent nearly 45 minutes on the phone with us the night before we decided to purchase. He gave us incredible information, was not pushy, asked us good questions, and recommended products that were not necessarily the most expensive but appropriate for our specific needs. The in store experience was even better. He was kind, knowledgeable, worked with us on our budget, and I would recommend going to him for any of your vacuums needs. He was also able to offer a price that you could not find online and most importantly, he was honest. We left a piece behind that we purchased and he called me this afternoon to let me know he found it and he is sending us a refund check (we didn’t need the part). Thank you Adam for the exceptional service. We love our new Miele vacuum.

Adam was exceptional with demonstrating his products that suited our needs and offered a few options based on the price point we wished to be at - not pushing us toward his most expensive models. He answered all of our questions effectively and has continued to provide great service even days after the sale. Adam and Justin were so helpful in my time of crisis. I had new carpet installed and my current vacuum did not work on the new pile. They discussed it at length with me and recommended a great product. I brought it home and it still didn't solve the problem. I called the store right back and Justin actually came out to my home with a variety of vacuum choices and we found one that works. The Riccar vacuum ended up working perfectly. Currently living on student loans and needed a vacuum to thoroughly clean the floors where my toddler plays, but also affordable and durable. I would highly recommend going to Adam when you have any questions regarding vacuums!! I needed a new vacuum that could handle my two dogs hair and house. After researching some online, I decided to get a Miele. I am thankful I decided to go to The Sweeper Store, rather than purchase online. Adam was very knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. Adam helped us pick out a new vacuum after our Dyson Animal of 10 years died. Extremely knowledgeable about the different uprights, canisters, and the maintenance intervals. Incredibly friendly! Would definitely recommend if you need help getting parts, service, or a new vacuum! Even registered the warranty for us!

First time here, but this will be my go-to place for vacuum needs in the future. I was in and out in five minutes. After wrapping up with another customer, Justin was able to not only fix my problem quickly and very reasonably, but also explained how I can fix it myself in the future. I had checked the belt, cleaned the filters, and troubleshot as much as I knew, but he showed me another filter I had never seen before. Grateful for the explanation and super fast service.

I purchased a generic replacement battery for my Dyson handheld through Amazon and when I installed it, the motor started on fire. I literally had to blow the fire out! Now I am trying to get the company I purchased the battery from to make it right. They insisted I take it to a repair place to confirm that the vacuum was in working order before installing their battery. Thus, I ended up here. Adam was wonderful, very knowledgeable, and didn't laugh at my situation! He explained what could have happened and how to avoid having it happen again. Basically, I should have brought the vacuum into them first to confirm it was the battery that was bad and not something else. Due to his assistance, I will always be bringing my vacuum-related issues to this store. They provided me with an estimate to fix my vacuum that I can send to the replacement battery company and we will see what happens. If they are willing to pay for the repairs, I will absolutely bring it here to be fixed. I highly recommend this establishment if you need any assistance with vacuum(s).

Purchased a new Miele vacuum from this store today , and decided to have my older model repaired as well. (It is 11 years old and hadn't had a single issue until now, so I decided to keep it as a second vacuum so I don't have to carry it downstairs; will keep one on each floor of my home. ) Couldn't have asked for better service! They were friendly, knowlegeable, and my repair was done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this business, and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

I went in with my old Dyson that was broke. We had it for nearly 7 years so I was expecting to either repair or likely replace. I spoke with Nehemiah. He was very professional, but fun. He explained thoroughly what it would take to repair the Dyson. At this point we were leaning toward replacing the vacuum.He asked us some questions to help decide what type of vacuum would work best for us. Such as, what was our current floor situation (carpet or hard floors), any pets, any allergies, any stairs, etc. He showed us the Simplicity brand vacuum. We fell in love with it. I love the fact that it is made of metal rather than cheap plastic. Another awesome selling point is that they had a vacuum fully assembled and ready to go. I didn't have to put anything together or even load a bag.Nehemiah was very patient and answered all of our questions. He was very personable and I was highly impressed with his customer service skills.A Sweeper Store offers what sounds to be a top of the line care for the products they sell. They only sell products that they believe are superior and well built. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

I bought my vacuum here one year ago. Sense that time I have taken it in twice due to clogging of my own error, and they have gone above and beyond each time. The first time I came I had already accidentally drove over the power cord and they used electrical tape to make it look better and not have issues down the line. The second time they noticed my bag was filled and gave me a new bag. This place is the real deal and I will never buy another vacuum anywhere else, and all my friends and family know this too. When they pitch to you the warranty they mean it, they will take care of you, and I just had my first free yearly cleaning it looks and feels like new.

My wife recently purchased a Royal carpet washer. She loves it! The washer cleaned our laminate and linoleum perfectly. Adam was right the squeegee attachment workedgreat and the floors dried quickly. She also used the washer too clean the carpet in a bedroom. It looks better than when we paid aprofessional. We appreciate the honesty and integrity of the sales staff. We recommend A-1 Sweeper Store to everybody who is looking for a vacuum or quality maintenance service.
