Its a shame that 0 stars is not an option!If you need your medication fast, after an ER visit or Post Operation, on time for a pre scheduled surgical procedure or if it's a life or death medication, then DO NOT use this Pharmacy- the staff is INCOMPETENT!This staff has a major problem getting things right and doing anything timely- they take days to do most things and even then it is a 50/50 chance on if the medication will be done or not. This Pharmacy also has an issue of closing the Pharmacy down out of nowhere on scheduled days and hours of operation- the store will be open for overpriced coughdrops, but the Pharmacy closed.Your better off using a different Walgreens, or the close by (literally within walking distance) Kroger or Rite Aid.After moving here from elesewhere and using Walgreens for years where we came from, we tried to support the local store, but after about a year and a half of mistakes, missed refills, mishaps and rude service (whenever they were behind or at fault for something), we finally decided that it was time to pull the plug and move our families, our parents and the in-laws medications elsewhere... come to find out that the local competition is timely, professional, even made phone calls to get things done when it needs to be done, courteous, seem grateful for the business and are actually even cheaper on most things.

The pharmacy at this particular one is absolutely horrible, find another Pharmacy. Their customer service is very lacking, they have the audacity to be short with the customer when the lines are backed up. They have no sense of urgency on their side. They will finish their own personal conversations before attending to the customer. I don't think they could get any slower. But they might look at this as a challenge. I think they need a new manager at best. Something is not working right at this Pharmacy

We had an unfortunate experience in the pharmacy. My wife had a prescription that was sent in around 12pm and it wasn’t fulfilled until 6pm, even though it was promised to be done by 1pm and then when we called later it was promised to be done by 4:30pm. It probably would have been later if we didn’t go in and have them fill it. It was for my young daughter so she could breathe better and we didn’t find ourselves in the hospital. One of the employees, Lisa was her name, gave my wife a hard time and tried to charge us without even asking for our insurance. Also, while mixing the medicine with water, she used two different amounts of water for the two prescriptions we had filled, so we questioned her about it wanting to make sure that it was the right amount before we gave it to our child. After my wife questioned her about it, she yelled at my wife and stormed out of the store. We will never shop at this Walgreens ever again.

I left Kroger thinking the service at the Walgreens pharmacy would be better. I was terribly wrong. I am done going to this pharmacy. Kale, if that is really her name, they were really reluctant to give me her name after I asked for the manager. Obviously none were present. She has to be taught customer service, wait she really needs to get a job mowing grass because she has no clue how to treat people.

This Wahlgreens pharmacy location is absolutely terrible. They simply cannot get their * together. They never have prescriptions on time and quite honestly operate like they have no idea what’s going on. Not an organized company. Automated system sucks. Not going here ever again.

I cannot deal with the pharmacy staff at this Walgreens any longer. I’ve been trying for over two years but am fed up with the constant rudeness, incompetence and horrible customer service. While it’s not their fault when one of my son’s medication‘s is on a nationwide shortage, their attitude, and basically telling me I am SOL is not helpful. My son is on the same medication for 12 years and I’ve never had any issues with Walgreens until we moved to this area. I’m not sure if I should try to switch back to the Walgreens in Monroe or find another local pharmacy, but I can no longer tolerate this behavior. The “operations manager” who answered the pharmacy phone today called me rude because I questioned why I’ve gotten four different answers in the last four days about one of my sons medication’s. His medication is in stock so it isn’t a shortage issue. Today she tried to tell me that it was because it was too soon until yesterday yet during the four previous calls and in person visits, no one said anything about that. For the record, it wasn’t too soon. I track my son’s different meds religiously!Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere!

Some of the pharmacists are super nice so this review is not for them. There is always one girl who has the meanest attitude any time I call. Her tone is so rude every time that I actually dread when I have to call here. She acts like I'm a nuisance and bothering her. She makes me want to switch pharmacies, but like I said I usually have a pleasant experience with the others that work here. Its just unfortunate that this one pharmacist makes it such a bad experience. She definitely shouldn't be allowed to work with people who are struggling or sick or vulnerable and need medications.

This review is for the pharmacy...The assistant that gave my dad his flu shot was great but what a mess with the forms...We have been going there for a few years now and they had no information on my dad. I also filled out the same forms on line before we came but they said they could not access it. Why offer to get it done ahead of time??? This is the second time this has happened there.

Just witnessed the most insane conversation between my girlfriend and the employee at the pharmacy on Friday the medication was ordered by the doctor her mom went to get it they told her it wasn’t ready and that they could deliver it Saturday so she agreed then they never delivered it so Sunday she goes to get it and the order is still not ready and wont be available till Wednesday which is crazy cause it’s not like the cancers gonna wait till Wednesday the fact that the staff was so rude and did not care about patients is unheard of and shows that a real lack of management in the pharmacy has lead to a very unprofessional and ill equipped staff this problem was not the first time this issue has taken place but will be the last as she moved her prescription to a different location caution ⚠️ to anyone else dependent upon there medication highly recommend a different pharmacy as you might be waiting to long

I hardly ever go to Walgreens but lucked out with killer service when I went the other day. I was going to buy a debit card but the clerk advised me against it because it was going to charge me a huge fee, so shoutout to him. I'm just glad I missed the Walgreens Rush. #secorwalgreenssupremacy

They let me schedule an appointment to receive a Flu Vaccine for my Son and I. Had to pull hik out of school just to be informed that they didn't have any. I scheduled the appointment five days in advance.

Not a good experience with the night staff. I was not acknowledged upon arrival. I was looked at & ignored when I arrived. When someone was able to finally acknowledge me I was sent to multiple cash registers. The pharmacist was rude & the tech not knowledgeable of any billing questions. I will not be returning to the Lambertville pharmacy for this reason. I will not be giving my business to companies that employ people that are not deserving of my business. Filling a prescription for a antibiotic should not have put me in a bad mood. I will assume that if there is a good rating for any of the night staff that I encountered the rating is from a family member. Do these people not realize that a customer may already be under the stress of being sick or having a sick loved one. I am very dissatisfied with the crappy service & lack of professional I received tonight.

We only went in to pick up watch batteries this trip. We can usually find the ones we need at a reasonable price. Sometimes I can't find certain makeup items since they only carry a limited amount of each brand. That is annoying. Ultimately, since the choices in this area for full pharmacies is somewhat limited to 2 major, this is the better of the 2 overall.

When a customer is inconvenienced by having to wait for a photo book error to be corrected, informing the customer you are not at fault is NOT the appropriate employee response. Other than being told I should go walk around the store, I was not offered a single thing to make my 25-minute wait comfortable or to compensate me for my time. This happened during my second visit. The reason for my second visit is that my order was not processed by the first promised pickup time earlier in the day.

Bad phone answering system. Lamberville photo dept left a VM asking me to call re an order for photo cards, saying their equipment was down and they needed to know whether I wanted to cancel or transfer the order to another store. That was fine. However, I couldn't get through to the photo dept. The answering system would say it was connecting me to someone who can help. But after 30 seconds, it would hang up on me.

Horrible, horrible, horrible pharmacy personnel. First, I submitted a refill request through the Walgreens app. When I checked the next day to see if the prescription was ready, the app said that there was a delay and I needed to call the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy and was told that I had no refills on my prescription. I already knew this, and any other time I ran out of refills the pharmacy would automatically call my doctors office for approval. That's one of the nice things about using the app. Well apparently this Walgreens pharmacy is run by poorly trained ex circus monkeys that can't be bothered to do their job. So I asked if they would call my doctors office for the refill and they said they would. However, when I called back over 24 hours later, they still had not even bothered! This is by far the WORST Walgreens pharmacy i've ever encountered. I guess I'm transferring back to Kroger.

We have never had a smooth visit with the pharmacy at this location. Something is always worng. I honestly don't know how I have used this pharmacy for two years, but I will not be going back again. The customer service is beyond horrible.

I spoke with someone twice about changing the pickup date of my medication I needed for a procedure. Both times they said they would change it and have it available for pick up on the day I needed it when I got there to pick it up on the day I told them I would be picking it up the woman told me she had no medications for me and basically told me I must have already filled it and didn't bother to look that they had put it back on the shelf. Once I started insisting that they had it she got huffy and had someone else look for it. She was rude and all together someond I wouldn't trust with my medications.

I hate this Walgreens!!! Staff are ALWAYS rude and constantly make mistakes that other pharmacies find. I’m on a lot of medication and although inconvenient to change pharmacies it’s time I’ve given them years of my life just because they have a very small rewards program and it just doesn’t make up for the constant headaches and frustrations there pharmacy provides so ungraciously!!!!

I love shopping at this Walgreens, They always have the merchandise that's in there current ad on the shelves for purchase..I currently needed a large supply of an item for our Lifegroup at a local church CedarCreek to donate to those in need in our community..Well by talking to one of the employees Cindy who was helpful beyond words. I found out she could order my items and have them ready for me in a few days and still keep her shelves full for other customers..I am more than satisfied with the company and with the products and prices they offer and more importantly the helpfulness of there employees especially CINDY...I will be seeing more of her the next time I need special help...Thanks Walgreens
