I was NEXT DOOR at the smoke shop and I heard dogs crying and a loud thump which could be nothing else than an animal being thrown against the wall of the groomers. This is not the first time I’ve heard this happen and been I’ve told by others they’ve also heard this happen. It’s unacceptable. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM!

When I called I was given attitude since I had a doodle. She said it would be a few hrs for a doodle and nothing open thill next week. Ok no problem. I drop my dog off and come back and see another sopping wet dog in a cage being blown on by a fan. You can see the dog is shivering! I take my dog home and noticed she didnt get a very good cut spot all over, ears not done, legs not trimmed and smells like an old lady sprayed perfume on her. Very unsatisfied by the treatment and cut. Will go somewhere else

Did amazing on both our dogs. They still had their winter coat due to the fact they came home from another groomer traumatized last fall. They got home from Love my dog and they were so chilled and playful. Like they had been to a spa. We will definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend love my dog. I have been going there for years and Lisa is not only an excellent groomer, she is very compassionate towards all the pets she grooms. She has a great love for all animals and her prices are very reasonable

Usually our dog is groomed every 2-3 months. Anyways, we needed a new groomer as we lost our old one we trusted. Tell me why she used to love the groomer now she’s TERRIFIED. Normally I’d think something just happened, she’s unfamiliar with her, maybe she didn’t like another dog there, etc. I came on here to see the reviews and also countless Facebook reviews of how people overhear her treating dogs. Sounds terrible and abusive. Out of an abundance of caution, will not be back!

I’ve never taken my dogs here and do not plan on it. I go to the shop next door often and you can hear her through the wall, there’s often thudding and screaming. If you truly love your dog, do not bring them there because it sounds like an awful, traumatizing experience that I would personally never put my dog through.

I’ve been to a few groomers and have paid for full service bath, cut, ears, nails, teeth etc. and usually paid around $75 + extra for teeth. My dog always came back looking ok but her teeth were never done. So I chose to try “love my dog” not only did my dog come back looking beautiful, but they also noticed a skin issue she had from the harsh shampoo she was exposed too and made the correct changes to her shampoo to help. And when it came to her teeth (which was not charged as an add on) they were pearly white and the tarter build up was gone! And as for the the price, I would have happily paid what I have at the other places for this service, but it was much cheaper! Better service, more knowledgeable, and cheaper price... I’ll NEVER go anywhere else! 110% satisfied!

She’s horrible! I’ve seen and heard her hit, smack, push, ect. The dogs she grooms! She yells at them, slams cages shut, hits the dogs to make them yelp and cry. I hope this place gets shut down! She should NEVER be allowed to touch anyones dog ever again! Shame on this place.

Had my dogs nails clipped here and he is a pitbull bull mastiff huge dog! They grew back in a week so I took him back! She clipped them again 5 dollars each time! I didn't know in the last review that once you have your dogs nails clipped you don't have to do it again! Lmao

My 2yr old 135 pound long hair Rottie had never been groomed before. He is such a handful but his experience at Love My Dog was wonderful! Not to mention he got his hair cut and now looks like a regular short hair Rottweiler :) We will be using this groomer from here on out!

First impression is of the overwhelming smell of cat urine and litter. The cages appear to be clean but there are multiple wire cages stacked on top of each other. I have never seen my dog so excited to leave a place before. I could hear her whining and howling as I entered the building. Her fur is very well cut incredibly short, but she smells like the cat urine and will be getting a bath at home. We will not be coming back.

I have been bringing our 2 dogs here for years. They prices are fair, they get the work done quickly and they handle special requests and weird asks very well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer.

Was next door at the smoke shop, when I heard a very loud bang on the wall followed by a woman’s voice screaming at the top of her lungs, “yeah you don’t like that do you!” I’ve called animal control and the aspca as this is not the first time I’ve heard this through the wall! Don’t take your animals here she’s verbally abusive to the animals and possibly physically abusive

Had them groom my dog twice, each time I picked him up his tail was bloody, they didn't fix it or offer any discount. The worst part is that I'm pretty sure my dog had been struck while there. He would cower when I would try to pet his head after picking him up and he never does that. Please take your pets somewhere else.

Loved this place, now not so much. Seemed to do a quick cut of my dogs nails and a week later had to take him somewhere else because his nails were super long again. I don't know what happened here, gonna come back 1 more time and then I'll probably go to a new groomer for my boy

Very dirty and stinks. Kennels look like they need cleaned and sanitized. I ended up NOT leaving my dog there for grooming. Sad because she was nice lady and the place has loads of potential.

This place was absolutely filthy inside, I took my dog there and instantly did not want to leave him there. Went to grab a bite to eat and turned right back around and picked him up, dried animal feces on floor, hair everywhere. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Do not take your animals here.
