This was my first time to the Bedford Wellness Pharmacy. My first thoughts when I walked through the professional glass doors was that it is a nice clean pharmacy. I was met by Brian, the owner/Pharmacist of the store. He welcomed me with a friendly smile.For years I have been having problems with sinuses allergies. Brian suggested that I try a product named Natural D-Hist. He said that he and his son have been using it for years and it has always worked for them to fight their allergies.I took 2 capsules day 1 and it worked as advertised. I have been taking the Natural D-Hist for 4 days now and it has taken care of all my sinus drainage. I love this stuff and it is all Natural. Very reasonable cost too.Thanks Brian!!

The ladies who work here are very nice, quick and efficient. Small, sweet place. My only concern is the trash that is outside in front of their store and all over the parking lot. Whom ever is in charge of the outside should really clean it up. It takes away from what's inside ..

I've never been disappointed with the service from Bedford Wellness Pharmacy. The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. My drugs are pre-packaged in blister packs for 3 months at a time and the staff always knows when I need more refills. They call me about any changes that might have been made and to make sure everything is as it was. I couldn't find a better Pharmacy to do business with.Judy Yacks

Had a prescription filled here and had to call several days to see of it was ready. A month later, they decide to call me and say it was ready. By that time I didn't even need the medication anymore. The guy on the phone got all cocky when I said I didn't need it anymore but owell. I suggest this place learns how to make their paying customers feel like they're prescriptions are an important priority. That is their job after all... Won't be returning and from the looks of the other negative reviews, I'm not the only one who was mistreated. Customer is ALWAYS right!!

A great local, family owned pharmacy!! This pharmacy will deliver and will go above and beyond to help their customers. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and will take the time to answer your questions. They also are a compound pharmacy and can assist with your pet, children and adult meds which includes flavoring of prescriptions. Way to go!! Awesome business!!

These people are terrific! Very accommodating and extremely helpful. Their services are extensive and well beyond a brand name, chain pharmacy. I had no idea how they could help me until I stopped in and talked with them.

I am not one to post bad reviews but this was the most unprofessional and rude place I have ever dealt with. I called at least 5 times over a 2 week period trying to get some Information on what I needed to do. They told me they would have pharmacist call me back, never happened . So I was told to email the pharmacist and he would get back with me, he still has not and I have never heard from the pharmacy to see if I was even helped. Very unprofessional and the woman answering the phone waS extremely rude.

called to see if scrip was filled called at 10 am they said was done but didn't tell us they were.closing at 3 pm this daywe drove 20 miles one way got there at 4 pm to fine it closed. VERY bad service .not telling us when we called they were closing early. Seem like they would have said something so we could have been there before they colsed. WASTED TRIP AND TIME .Do all over again.

I absolutely love this pharmacy!! Been going here for a few years!! They're Quick and friendly!!! Unfortunately, due to my new insurance, I have to switch pharmacies!! But they're amazing!!
