Every time I go into this Ace I am immediately asked what I am looking for. I have probably been here 8-10 times and have never been left to wander the store. Last time I went in looking for an obscure product and about four people dropped everything and helped me look for it. Service doesn’t get any better than that.

They are staffed by some younger staff but they are always willing to help. Makes me feel better to see the younger generation taking their jobs seriously!

Very good small local hardware store. However, I've changed my rating from five Stars to four stars because of the ridiculous hours. I just can't imagine a hardware store that doesn't open until 9:00. Most guys have been at work for a few hours by then. Then they close pretty early too.

They are close by and I only go here when I need something right away. They used to be a good hardware store. Things went south during the pandemic as they treated you like dirt when you walked in and made you leave if you didn't have one of those useless masks on. They had and nasty enforcer stationed at the door screening anyone that entered. That turned me off with this establishment and I try to shop elsewhere.Prices are extremely high for there fasteners. Better off at Hackney Hardware, Home Depot or Lowe's if they have what your looking for.They and the other Ace Hardware's in Howell, Brighton, Pinckney refuse to cut your key blank when you bring it in since they don't carry the correct blanks.

I had a plumbing repair to make this morning. I had to purchase several fittings and pipes. I was helped by Morley, Jake and Grace. The service in this Ace Hardware store is second to none. Everyone was friendly professional and they provided excellent advice. I have been shopping in this store since 1997 and I will continue to shop at this store forever. Thanks so very much! Great job!

Easy place to shop. Great selection of hardware. I can pick up a variety of supplies such as deep electrical boxes, Oxidizer Guard, to gas fittings and all kinds of tools. Staff is always helpful in finding stuff and they are not afraid to ask co-workers for help.Always a quick get in and get out and back on the job.

I am a Amazon driver, I got a flat tire pulled into the parking lot to change my tire. They offered to let me use their air compressor, and jack. Brought me some water. Let me clean up when I was done. Awesome place!!!

Small place but helpful. I gave 4 stars due to higher prices then other hardware stores. We bought a small section of hardware cloth for the same price we could have bought a whole roll at other stores.It took awhile to get through the line to get in since only 8 people are allowed in at a time due to COVID. I do appreciate the level of safety they implemented.

I usually go here. However I recently went there to pick up some distilled water for my CPAP. I was out and it was late so I needed it. It was $4 a gallon. More than a gallon of gas!I will not be going back there as I don't appreciate being ripped off by my helpful hardware man.
