Prices are a bit high but the convenience is worth paying a little more. I saw in another post that staff was fired well the manager was in store last time I went n he was super nice and if the people got fired it was probably warranted. Seriously the kid behind counter was acting lazy as heck when I went , no initiative to go above standing there so if I they were like him I don't blame the manager.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, however, they do seem to close earlier than the hours of operations say. This has happened to me two times in the last couple weeks now. I hope this does not continue.

Nice helpful staff. Very clean and organized.Prices are a little higher than some Mom and Pops places. But not ridiculous. I like the store alot.

Unimpressed with management. Asked to speak to a manager several times due to my concern over their parking lot. I do concrete work and am actually very concerned at the state of their parking lot. I’m not looking to do the job myself but wanted to let them know it is in dire need of having a drain installed or the drain unplugged. I’ve left my number and have asked to talk to a manger several times (including today) and have still yet to talk to one.

The most awesome people work at the Twin Lake location. I went in there with a random problem hanging a robe hook that I bought used (so no instructions). Allen had an idea and helped me find exactly what I needed. Not only that, instead of having to buy a whole box of hangers when I only needed one, he found me singles in a bin so I only spent $0.80! I had it up and hanging perfectly in 5 minutes when I got home. Give that man a raise!

The Ace Hardware store in Twin Lake is awesome. Just like any other new store, it has taken them a bit to know their market. But now the inventory is good and the staff is pleasantly knowledgeable. It's now my go to place for hardware and project supplies.

They care about you they want to help you the atmosphere is friendly enjoyable and by far better than 90% of all other places rather big chain stores or not in Muskegon Michigan or Muskegon county and I would definitely go back there

They do not sell dnr license. They will tell u on the phone they do. But when you drive there they will tell you to come back later Complete waste of time.

This new establishment is a big help for people in Twin Lake area. They have everything from nails to paint and the some. The staff are nice and prices seem decent.
