Love this place, lots of stuff I don't really ever need but want badly. Good prices. Good clearance section. Helpful staff. Plus now it's next door to Harbor Freight. So I can go to TSC, Harbor Freight, Merchandise Mart, and grocery shop all at one mini strip mall!!!

Such a wonderful addition to Houghton lake. Here weekly for chicken food and bedding. My husband loves scoping out tools and his stuff while I'm grabbing plants, a great Carhartt sweatshirt and chicken food.

I just can't grasp how they train new employees. 20 minutes I walked around looking for stuff and had no help til after I was walking to the register and they had no clue what they were even talking about. It's not just TSC it's everywhere. I love Tractor supply but it's getting harder and harder to shop anywhere anymore.

Customer service at the register was great, prices were as expected and they pretty much had what I wanted minus a few items, but those are more for a pet store anyway. I was happy with my trip there, no issues, no complaints, easy in and out. I'm sure I'll be back again soon.

We received the most excellent care on 8/11. Danielle and, unfortunately I don’t remember the other names went above and beyond to get us set up with our new chickens. They took the time to educate us and our children. We are forever grateful! And all 17 made it down state! Thank you for your time and amazing service!

I’ve been coming to this TSC for a few years now,average 3 times/month. Always friendly. Always helpful. But 2 months ago I was having an issue finding something bc it wasn’t in its usual spot. The man I asked to help me became very rude & agitated with me after he himself couldn’t find it. Then decided to tell me over & over that they don’t sell it there? I’ve been getting this specific kind of straw from this TSC for 3 years now. 3 years smh. When I tried explaining it again he thru his hands up in the air walking away complaining at me saying that I was wrong & that they have never sold that & he knows bc he’s been there for years. So I wanted to talk to a manager? But was told by the cashier that “he” was the manager. Otherwise we love TSC.

Best manager ever! Was broke down with a flat tire on my trailer approximately 40 min past closing time. On Sunday before memorial day of all times. But the manager answered the phone anyway, found out why we were calling, and not only took the time to find the tire we needed but helped us through the online pickup purchase. And as if that wasn't more then I could ask for already. She even offered to drop it off to us on the side of the freeway. God bless kind hearted people and tractor supply co. We couldn't be happier for the service.

Shelves always stocked. Prices on certain thing extremely HIGH. Typical cat food or chicken feed is well priced though.Friendly and helpful employees

Bought a bag of dog food and I'm so elated!!What a wonderful experience buying a bag of dog food at such a fantastic place that just gets better and better with each month my dog needs food.And then to be able to boast about the great experience.Come on people, is this really necessary?Do I have to get an e-mail from every parking lot my tires touch?RIDICULOUS!

Great store with plenty of products in stock, however no one is following the Covid-19 precautions. The sign out front clearly states a mask is required, however no staff is enforcing it. Shoppers with no masks all over. Shop at your own risk.

Danielle was very helpful in finding the item I was looking for to deter and get rid of ticks. The original item I was looking for ,which was less toxic,was not available so Danielle suggested Wisdom Flowable Insecticide. She explained the product and how it works very clearly. She uses the product herself around her home and feels safe and comfortable using it. It is safe for your critters too following the directions. I am going to give it a try this weekend. Ticks are wicked this year and seeing just 1 is one too many for me. I also found all my other items. I appreciated that she was wearing a mask and following the rules during this Covid time. Very nice employees at this location.

I can't say enough good things about this stores manager and other members of staff at this Houghton Lake Michigan location. They listened to what we needed and made sure that everything was ready for my husband when he traveled up to Michigan to do some work on our ranch property!!! Thank you all so very much!!

They had what I wanted, cat food and litter. Plus, I got 2 -16 lbs. dry food, Paws and Claws for $16-price reduction till March. They are not sure if they will always have it, even though it is a brand they carry.
