today I went through the drive through and a older woman by the name Cheryl is always so very rude and unprofessional. When you get up to drive through window she doesn’t say one word and when she hands me both of my coffees she barley puts her hand out of the Window she literately made me reach into the window to grab my coffee form her. Even though she seen that I was clearly struggling to reach she just stood there looking at me with a very rude look on her face. after I grabbed my coffee she let the drive through window close in my face without saying a word. I’m a black woman so I don’t know if she’s racist or just a rude person in general. when I called back up at the store the man who answered the phone said it’s not racism that’s just how she is. I asked so she’s rude to everyone? He replied yes. I said that’s more of a reason for me to bring this to corporate. Very unprofessional to treat paying customers that way and it to be normalized within the workplace. not to mention I’ve been coming to this location for about 2 years now and every-time I come through the drive through they never get my order right and sometimes I have to come back for a second time in one visit to get my order right.

There is definitely a difference how Canadian Tim Hortons run and the Michigan coffee shops. Maybe Canadian employees are paid and treated better but you notice that the US employees don't want to work here. This is probably why the Tim Hortons are here more empty. In Canada it's a community meeting place. Here it's a drive through without community feeling.The quality of the goods are the same than across the border. The interior design is nice, it has a fire place and a couch sitting area.I know this is a fast food coffee shop but we are in 2018 and why there are no ceramic cups? Why is waste producing normal? The Canadian Tim Hortons have ceramic cups...

I just left this place drive through , its horrible, very slow for one coffee and watery french vanilla cappuccino, the guy behind us start yelling at us thinking we r taking too long we almost got into a fight with them. The girl thats on the window with purple and pink hair is very rude and have the worst attitude. This place need to close , everytime i am there i leave not satisfied. I am canadian and nothing like canada tim hortons customer service. By the way all their biscuits r moldy, i saw them in the clear bag on their window and i told her , then she said oh ok. Horrible horrible dirty place

If drive through is long, don’t be tempted to go inside. Person at the register is super slow while drive through has multiple people slinging out orders. It would’ve been faster than waiting inside for two people in front of me.

This location is incapable of getting a drive thru order correct. I place simple orders. Large black coffee and a sausage biscuit. No egg, no cheese yet every time, I get a sausage egg and cheese. How hard is it to slip a single piece of sausage into a biscuit and wrap it?

Second time I've gone here and they do not have anything I ordered. I was using a gift card and was told I need to contact corporate to get a refund. Corporate tells me I need to contact the store. Every time I call the store I'm told there's no manager working. I give up.Edit: Received reply from tim hortons telling me to call or go online to tell them more about it. I already attempted this route several times as my initial review states. Check my account and be proactive instead of sweeping stuff under the rug. This location has nothing but bad reviews about poor management. It's time to take out the trash, I believe.

Had to stop coming here. Used to be a daily stop for years and I try again every once in awhile for some reason. The staff is always rude, short, and sometimes hostile towards each other. A simple double/double coffee never tastes the same day-to-day.

we got two bagels & some donut holes which were very delicious. the baristas/workers seemed very stressed but they were so polite, especially when some woman took our order, they were very helpful & remade our sandwiches for us. very sweet workers, remember to tip !

I drive for doordash A LOT and the few times I have gotten a order here I have never once been helped without having to speak up and ask someone to take care of my order until today when a lady noticed and seen all the other workers just ignoring me. I will never come here on my own nor accept another doordash for this place. They have the absolute worst service I have ever seen anywhere.

The store is supposed to be open. Just tried to walk in and it’s locked. Always something wrong with this place. Maybe staff the place properly🤷🏻‍♀️ Kayla was nasty and rude! Terrible customer service!!!

The staff are great. However they recently advertised that their dining room is open but when I went to the door at 7:30 on a Sunday it was locked so I don't know if they have different dining hours and they do before drive-thru hours but it was kind of annoying because the staff just looked at me and didn't come to the door so I guess I was a little confused. I come here all the time mostly through drive-thru though and generally the staff is super great except for this one time.

I never write reviews, but their customer service at this location was so bad I wanted to. The lady at the window was screaming inside about how she’s going to lose it, she yelled at me that they were understaffed just because I was looking in the window waiting for my coffee. Then she got an attitude when they messed my drink up, and had to fix it. Just constantly yelling and complaining the whole time is an understatement. I don’t mind waiting longer since places are understaffed, but the older lady had the worst attitude I’ve experienced at a business.
