Their marketing strategies are misleading and extremely frustrating. I do not appreciate picking up two items from a display that said Buy One Get One Free ALL OVER IT, only to get to the front of the line after a 30 minute wait to check out and discover, one of them was exempt from the promotion. My eyes did not deceive me, Target did.

waited 25 minutes for someone in electronics- not having staff in your electronics section is crazy to me. had to ask 3 staff members along with our wait time to get someone that had a keyedit- when we did finally get help the guy was great and gave us $10 off thanks guys

Sadly to say the new concept of rearranging the entire store looks very unappealing. It's starting to look like Burlington/dollar store look. No customer service and no people at the register feels more robotic experience. The whole floor scheme is a mess. An air quality of clothing has went down tremendously. One person at the customer service self-serve robots.

I've never been to a Target this disgusting. Trash everywhere at the entrance and falling out of the garbage cans, trash on the floor everywhere, smears of God knows what all.over the floors all.over the store. Wth? Really gross.

Yesterday was the first time I stopped at this store. The store is fine. It's a regular Target. Only issue is it's tough to make a purchase. I was there in the late afternoon. Looked like most people were buying food for dinner. Only some of the self serve registers were open. 1 human register was open. Seemed most people were abandoning their carts and walking out. There were carts everywhere and customers complaining. I went down the street to Kroger. Beautiful store and plenty of help.

Do not order xmas gifts from target! They come without packaging. Target is too lazy to put things in boxes and they just throw them in the snow in your front yard. I called customer service and they said they cannot help. Target is horrible. Xmas ruined.

I get that this store is in the middle of a remodel. But I was trying to find some pajamas for my son; found the correct size, but the pants were missing from the hanger. I looked through the clothes strewn about the floor and still didn't find it. If any staff members are reading this, again, I completely understand that your workload has probably increased with all the changes - but please maintain the product displays because it's costing your customers from finding and purchasing what they need.

Just went here tonight, June 19, 2019. I was inside the store and went to pull out the 1st shopping cart to use and it was full of garbage, 2nd cart garbage, 3rd cart garbage and 4th cart garbage. Probably really bothered me mostly because my back was out and had to tug and pull carts apart only to find the garbage. Took pictures and posted above. Seriously????

Ordered 2 stacking chairs online to pick up from this store; received confirmation email that 2 chairs are ready to pick up, then shortly after a cancellation email came that only 1 chair was available. I was already on my way… Store front desk employee suggested I should place another online order, for one chair that was missing, and pick it up myself in another store 10 miles away! No apologies for my time, no offer to deliver missing chair to original store location or my home (free or pay for). Target didn’t value my time and did not offer reasonable solution. It seems that flexibility was expected from customer only. They also should not send confirmation email if they didn’t have a merchandise.

I used to love shopping at this location, but I have noticed that in the past few months, they have been constantly running out of items and not restocking them. I understand that they are going through a remodel, but this has been an issue since before the remodel. There will be shelves left empty where items should be where it is clear that restocking has been neglected. For example, Target's Favorite Day Chocolate ice cream and Mint Cookies and Cream ice cream are my FAVORITE ice cream, but they are never in stock anymore.Also, this remodel has been a complete nightmare. The set-up of the store makes things very hard to locate and leaves a lot of items hidden behind shelves that were previously not there. The lighting is horrible. The lights are now so bright that it actually hurts my eyes to be in the store for too long. I used to love shopping at Target, but with the lack of items being restocked, the difficulty with locating items with the remodel, and the extremely bright lights, I just don't go there anymore. It's not worth the trip or headache. I hope things will get fixed with the remodel because I want to be able to stop there again. Until this gets fixed, I'll be shopping somewhere else though.

There is not a better store that is more efficient for ordering online & picking up at a parking spot. I’m always on a tight schedule & this works perfect for me, plus if I have time to go inside to shop it’s very financially dangerous! Ha! This way it keeps me to my budget & the people who work at Target are all efficient & delightful. I’ve never had a bad experience. Love my Target!!!

This is a great Target location and they have been remodeling a lot lately. They're always busy which is understandable. The Target drive up is convenient and we've never had any problems.

Their customer service people are so rude they’re just downright mean. In the time I waited in line I watched them make a pregnant woman cry and berate an elderly woman until she was also in tears asking them why they were both so mean. I feel no guilt in saying that if you’re in a customer facing position you don’t get to be downright rude to customers like that. If you’re in that bad a mood call in to work.The store is also going through the awful remodel, they’ve already done the beauty/Ulta section so good luck finding anything anymore. Also Starbucks is closed indefinitely because of the remodel.Update: I ended up back at this target for reasons outside of my control and decided to check out their K-pop albums. I asked for help because the one I was looking for was listed as in stock but wasn’t on the shelf. The guy in the electronics section stared at me, walked to the shelf, grabbed an album that’s vaguely the same color but a different group and gave it to me. When I said it wasn’t the right one he said I’d have to wait until 5 so someone else could look for it. It was 4:30…Honestly just go to a different store. This target is giving Walmart.

Target in commerce is short handed and lines are crazy. Staff stated “Target won’t hire anyone, people want to work but they are not allowed to hire”! Apparently they just want to make more money and blame it on people not wanting to work. Four people pulling online orders but only one register open and twenty people in line at self checkout.

Tried Target pick-up for the first time. Very easy, convenient and quick service. Easy to use with the app. Even ordered organic grapes and they were fresh! My order was correct and didn't have to wait long for it to be brought to my car. I will use this service again.

Giancarlo was very nice. We picked out a game and he suggested the newest version. A salesman needs to know what he’s selling and he nailed it. We got the more expensive slash newer version and were very happy. The old version was garbage and we wouldn’t have even known there was something better if it weren’t for him!! Thank you so much kind sir. You rock!

I ordered a spiral ham. Suppose to be a 2 hrs pick up turn into 24hrs no email from target indicating my order is ready so after 24hrs i cancel my order. So i figured the money will go back to my gift card and it did not been 2 days so i chat with customer service they said I have to wait April 22, 2023 a whole 1 yr to get my money back on my gift card. Like duhhhh its not gonna happen.. i also called the store and they just told me to wait. Lacking of cuatomer service.
