Years ago I quit rite aid and now I remember why. What a joke. Claim I have a 35 day script when it's always been 30. Dr office has no idea of a 35 day script. Gees, middle finger up 2 rite aid. Go to Walgreens.

Today was a horrible wait at the pharmacy in Roscommon 4th street rite aid. I just came from the urgent care and my meds were not available they were short staff and rude. They told me to come back that my paperwork was not even looked at or printed. And that I needed to come back mind you I live far away and I need my meds to help me feel better. So they said it’s gonna be a hour then the young girl told the customer after me they were gonna have it done in 20 minutes. I always experience horrible customer service at this rite aid. Staff needs to have training and good help with customer service. I’m pretty patient when it comes to waiting but don’t treat anyone or me that way

Went for c-19 booster but was told it was lunch period, please come back. (There were 3 pharmacists behind the counter.)Went back and stood for 17 minutes listening to the pharmacist talk on phone about proper dose for vaginal infection. I walked out disgusted and went to Walmart where I was immediately in and out

This rite aid has always been an amazing quick place to grab anything you need in a pinch. I have stopped in to find myself needing one item and walking out with many. The store is clean and stocked. Staff is helpful and courteous.

Rite aid Pharmacy in West Branch has gone down hill. Supposedly they can not hire pharmacist or actually pharmacy techs who are qualified. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t come to window drive thru for over 15-20 minutes if that . Phone you either get thrown on hold no hello thank you for calling nothing and they never come back. Today 10/26/2021 they physically lied to my husband and me on the phone saying yes were working on it will be ready in an hr. Once in the morning and still tonight and they are Never done. My husband is back up there been in drive thru for over 25 minutes trying to get his Lipitor. This review is just the start I will not stop until we get respect from honest professionals. Thank god Meijer will be here next yr

So, I don’t live in this area but when a gout flare up attacked my foot yesterday, I had to go to Urgent Care and they prescribed Prednisone. The kind doctor called it in to this location & I’m so glad she did! I got to the pharmacy 10 minutes after my UC visit and, literally 7 minutes after I arrived my script was ready!! The pharmacy staff and store staff are super friendly and helpful and, might I add, funny! Great store and excellent pharmacy!

I have been coming to the Houghton Lake Rite Aid for well over 20 years and they have never ever gotten one of my prescriptions wrong. They also stay open late so if I were to need a prescription filled I know I can count on them!

Rude, useless staff! Lisa is useless and rude! Double charged for shampoo and wouldn’t make it right! Won’t be shopping here anymore I’ll drive to the other side of town to shop at Walgreens.
