Lots of fun , park is great, love the old wooden castle jungle gym as well!!! I hope they keep it around its great to have this in our neighborhood!!! Camping is fun here as well , close to the lake and the store is nice as well!!!

Wonderful week at the lake. This family friendly Campground was very busy for the 4th of July, but the bathroom was always clean and drama or alcohol problems were not tolerated. Will definitely go back.

Very nice little campground with electric and water hook ups. Nice shaded sites. Gets nice and quiet at night. Bathrooms are updated but are not clean. They are shared with other park goers. The beach is nice, the only thing I don’t like is there is a sea wall and you have to jump down into the water. **Edit: Bathrooms are disgusting...there was poop on the floor in one stall and no toilet paper in multiple stalls. I think because there is public day access the bathrooms get trashed.

This is a very nice public lake. They have a basketball court, GaGa court, shuffle board, Frisbee Golf short course and a pretty good size playground for kids. They also have 3 pavilions for rent for family gatherings. There is no boat launch but there is one by the general store for a fee.They campground has 60 lots and is reasonable prices. I highly recommend either camping here or just coming for a day at the lake.

It was a nice short camping trip but I must say that area is starting to not be so pleasant due to all the theft from campground. We were there when a mo ped was stolen and very unfortunate our 6 fishing poles and tackle box were stolen when swimming at the beach. The boys are very sad and mad because we couldn't fish. Trip all in all was ok but I believe the 30 years of camping there is come to a end.

I grew up right down the road from here and my family loved this place. We would always come here to swim, have lakeside birthday parties, go play at the park, etc. Even now as I'm older and living on my own me and friends take trips to go swimming for the day or even just to take my dog swimming (they only allow dogs if they can be well behaved and doesn't bother any other people in the area).

Been there a few times, the campground is nice, and the lake is great to swim in. The swim area is sandy and shallow, no rocks or glass anywhere thankfully.

My family loves coming here as there is something for everyone from the lake to the basketball hoops to the play area. Property is kept clean and well maintained. It's honestly our favorite summer spot.

Beach area is great and clean. Bathrooms are clean and ive seen employees going in and cleaning them every hour and half or so. Campground is very quiet most of the time. Craft things the staff does with the kids are fun. Movie nights the kids are excited for. The campground host puts that on. They do a great job helping employees when needed. The staff is very helpful at all times. They sell ice and fire wood.

I was very tempted to give this little gem a 1 star rating to keep people away but, I can't tell a lie. This little campground and beach is very nice. Water is clean, beach is limited but plenty of grass to lay out on. Nice picnic pavilions for day use. Haven't stayed at the campground but it appears to be set up for pop up campers and 5th wheels. I probably wouldn't tent camp there but, I think it possible. The changing rooms and showers are clean as well.

I think it is a very nice, quiet, friendly place. I enjoyed my weekend away and the beach was very nice. One thing though the bathrooms need some maintenance and upkeep (cleaned)! ❤️ Recommended for sure and our little family will be returning!

Not worth it unless you love being crowded. The bathrooms are out of order. The electric doesn't work properly all the time. I didn't see any water. Or dumpstation or trash. Just a crowded parking space. Not worth the $24 plus.

Cool little campground to get away for a day or two. Sites have electric but you'll need an adapter ($8). Not overly priced but still clean and quiet. I'd come back.

Been going here since I was a kid. The playground is massive and definitely one of my daughters favorites. The lake is nicer than most public lakes I have been too. They have quite a few picnic tables and grills so its easy to spend a whole day there!

The one star is only for the lake. It was very nice. This campground is awful. Our site had garbage on it when we got there. The site itself was big but extremely hard to find a level spot. The bathrooms were the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. They were shared with the public park. Two of our 3 nights there were issues with campers. One night we were woke up to Sheriff’s at 3 am across from us. Also there was a sign on the bathroom door that said masks required and I could count on one hand the people that wore them. Me and the lady working were two of them.

The only good thing about this place it has a small play ground, a beach in which you're able to take your pontoon or JetSki's out on the lake which is very peaceful. Other than that there's roof leaks at their covered pavilions I saw and felt bad for the family and kids that had a gatherings I couldn't believe the water leaks when the rain passed by just terrible.. The bathrooms are nasty they stink and all you need to do is get a hose and spray down the concrete in there to take away the smell and disinfect it. Went there last summer very disappointed. They don't put much pride into their bathrooms let along there is only one light by the basketball court and it's a pretty space. I just wish they would think of the kids at camp there too bad they don't put enough pride and to the park.

Tried to go EV camping there this weekend and turns out their 50A outlets are ungrounded. that means the car wont charge on their outlets.Staff were really nice and helpful given the situation in terms of troubleshooting the problem. However I have to take some stars off because I wasnt able to camp there.

Was an average camp ground but the water smelled rusty and bathrooms needed disinfectant for the price I expected more everyone was on top of each other and we had 3 sites overall was a good experience i enjoyed the moveable shower head after removing wads of hair from the drain . Also its very quiet I had 5 grandkids and was worried about making noise after dark which is when u actually want bon fires and smores. Nobody said be quiet was just kinda felt. They also did a cute lil Xmas in August thing with a cute lil Santa who gave each child there a gift after riding around waving at them. There was water and power on our site definitely a good thing I guess my mixed reviews would have been better if there was an adult trip.

Everyone had a great time swimming fishing, nice play park for the younger grandchildren. Love the electric and water on every site.Can't wait to go back very friendly staff. Let's not forget the most important part extremely clean and well kept up.
