Bryon is amazing. Man knows his stuff frontwards and backwards. Very responsive and SUPER HELPFUL!He installed our dog fence 6 years ago. Just normal wear and tear (or being our dog maybe excessive, lol) but we’ve had to replace the receiver on the collar. New one needed some syncing up with the transmitter. Bryon took the time to walk me through the necessary steps, step by step….6 years after the installation.Highly recommend. And, nowadays, that’s rare.Service: Dog fence installation

Bryon installed our fence a little over a month ago. He was professional, on time, polite and did a great job. Our dog struggled the first few days and Bryon returned my call ASAP and gave me some great pointers, tips, etc. He came back out and did a second session with us and told us to never hesitate to call him with any questions or concerns. Bryon is very, very good at what he does. First, we hired him to fix the existing electric fence installed by the previous homeowner. Bryon was familiar with the installation, and was an expert at diagnosing and fixing the problem - and the repair cost was very reasonable. Next, we hired him to flag the property, purchase a new collar, and train our dog. Bryon spent time with me and our dog to show us both how the fence worked and how to train our dog to be aware of the fence. Overall, the total costs were very reasonable, but his professionalism and knowledge is what really impressed us. Thanks, Bryon!

My wife and I recently decided to invest in an invisible electric fence for our dog after having a scary incident where our sometimes not-so-obedient dog slipped out the backdoor and ran straight toward a busy highway. Since we knew absolutely nothing about these fences, we did some research and decided to meet with a couple of companies we found online. At the end of the day, we decided to go with Pet Stop because we were able to connect with the rep, Bryon, and he did an exceptional job and making sure we understood exactly how the products worked (you could also tell that he was obviously a doglover and cared about our dog as well). I will admit that I was definitely a bit skeptical of if this would really work on our dog since she is one that seems to have completely “selective” hearing regardless of all the training and classes that we have had with her. Don’t get me wrong, she’s the best dog ever, but if she had to choose between chasing a bird or coming when called, the bird would win every time. Bryon both installed the fence and worked with us to train Nora – he even brought his dog out to test and see how she did with distractions outside the fence. To my complete surprise, Nora was able to catch on very, very quickly – it took her less than a week. I am now one who swears by these fences and can’t believe that we waited a whole year to finally have one. Thank you, Bryon and Pet Stop for being able to provide us with a peace of mind when our dog is outside – it truly is one of the best investments that we’ve ever made.

I moved into a home with a pre existing underground system. I purchased two collars since the owners took theirs. At first I was skeptical because I previously owned a pet safe system from home depot that didn't work. I have lived in this house over a year and my dogs have not left the yard once.
