We had a blast with our rental! We'd never ridden electric bikes before but they were very easy to learn. We were able to ride the paths and trails around the area and see more than we would have been able to without the e-bikes. Would definitely recommend!

My sister-in-law and I rented ebikes here today and the staff (Heather) was so helpful in choosing the right bike for our needs! We loved the bikes and enjoyed our ride on the Michigan Air Line Trail nearby! We are considering purchasing ebikes and if we do we will definitely purchase them from Pedego Electric Bikes in Walled Lake!

Had rentals for electric bikes. Exactly what I needed. Went for a fun ride on the trails. Very great rental prices. The new guy Evans at the front desk did great. The other more experienced guy was great and very kind. Lovely people. Enjoyed my ride on the electric bikes. No issues whatsoever.

We visited at closing time(sorry) but the person there was very kind to let us in and stay to ask a myriad of questions. With so many things being sold "online only", it's nice to have a "brick and mortar" store for "real" people advice and service. We will be back soon. Thanks so much for being patient with us.

On June 2nd was up from Tennessee to visit family and take several organized and scheduled long distance rides. After the first ride on the 2nd my Raleigh bike's rear tire went flat. As I got to the hotel late most bike shops were closed. The one which was open gave me a 10 day estimate to fix my flat. The hotel desk clerk suggested calling the Pedego shop in Walked Lake which I did the following morning at 8 am. Told them of my dilemma and that I needed to be at the next ride in Rochester by 11 am. They advised to bring the bike in. The gentlemen who took care of me were fantastic. Went to the front of the line. As he did not stock my tire size he actually disassembled bike from the sales floor and removed its tube to use in my bike. He also adjusted the brakes, trued the wheels and gave the bike an inspection at no charge. They also let me plug in my wife's electric bike to charge the battery. These guys provided great service and got me back on the road in 45 minutes for a reasonable price. Nice job, you both saved the day.Tim CKnoxville, TN

Went into look at a commuter bike/mountain bike.Gave multiple sales persons the ability to tell the truth about repairs and length of time for service. Repeatedly said service takes no more than a day or so. Only issue they had was with one bike out of 90 sold.The truth is that they have a bike in service for weeks from someone I know. I went in and bikes are piled up for service. Priority seems to be in assembly not service. So time will tell.Get your service house in order. Stop telling half truths, and be realistic about your sales service experience.One salesperson said they offer loaners for warranty, one said case by case basis.Currently no spare parts for bikes in shop per manager.Good product and great name in e bike industry. This shop just needs a bit of fine tuning.

This place is the poster child for great customer service. I ordered a bike and the manufacturer kept pushing out the date due to availability issues. Gordon could have just accepted that and said "Nothing I can do about it". Instead he called other dealers around the country and found my exact bike in Chicago. He drove from Walled Lake and back (in a severe thunderstorm) to get my bike and even offered to personally deliver it to me (I live an hour away from Walled Lake). Who does that? Great bikes here and even greater service.

I wish I came in sooner to get our pedego bikes here! Gordon was so patient and kind to me and my husband when we went to check and ask about the bicycles and with all the purchasing process. The bikes were ready in less than a week. The owner and Gordon are super friendly, super patient, super nice. You can come in too to rent your bike or buy a segway or even a kart! (So fun!)I highly highly recommend this place !!!

I absolutely love this bike store!!! It has opened my eyes to how amazing electric bikes are. They have very kind employees who work there and there bike tech can fix about anything you give him. I would definitely recommend pedego walled lake to others!!

The place doesn't have parts I felt like I was bothering them just walking in the door. How can you just sell bikes but no parts what a joke. I wouldn't recommend anyone if you don't even carry extra batteries. I just wanted to upgrade my battery I don't want a new bike I got the coolest bike ever lol.

My husband and I recently bought new bikes from this store and couldn’t be any more satisfied with our purchase. Our overall experience with the store was great! We got to test the bikes before purchase. The store owners and associates were super helpful and patient. They even helped us get our bikes delivered at home.
