I have always wanted to stop here, and so glad we finally did. It was a great way to kill an hour with my kids. Like someone else said, it's not necessarily enough to be a destination, but if you're in the area or passing by on I-94, it's worth a visit! We spent $15 for admission and three bags of feed. A great deal to get close to some beautiful animals. The museum is a jam-packed with taxidermy and antiques and was interesting to walk through, even for our group that's not really into hunting.

I came to this place 20 years ago with my dad and had a great time. I took my kids here today for the nostalgia and it was so worth it. The museum is so neat and the deer are so beautiful 😍

This place is so amazing, if your ever around Grass Lake or Jackson area you got to check this place out. Make sure you get some treats for you and your family and watch the deer eat right out of your hand... Love it and definitely will go again.

Have been to the Whitetail museum off Cedar Knoll Road a few times and have really enjoyed looking at the old equipment and the record holders in the museum itself. As a bonus you can feed and let the deer who come for apples that can be purchased quite cheaply. This is a cheap and fun little stop that definitely packs more for your buck.

Really cool to see such monster bucks up close. They also have an white deer and a piebald. Chainsaw and antique farm equipment museum as well. Lots of really cool things to look at. Can feed the deer for a $1.00. Only $6.00 for adults and $2.00 bucks for kids.

We were camping at Portage Lake up the road and my wife found this gem online. What a great stop!! This is actually a triple whammy. The Deer museum is absolutley amazing and informative. My kids (And myself) loved engaging with the animals. The chainsaw museum is equally impressive. Some of the saws that were used in the past are terrifyingly awesome and are a sight to be seen. Lastly, the hay trolley collection... Something I was unaware of existing, Is absolutely beautiful. An old type of artwork that has since been overlooked by our modern society. The owner was pleasant and inviting. It was refreshing to see someone so dedicated to their interests and willing to invite people on their property to share. A great experience overall. The 90's VHS movies were awesomely nostalgic as well !!

Great place for the kids to get up close to deer. Many great animals including large bucks with atypical antlers and albino deer. Inexpensive. Good for a short trip.

Said was open…. called the number twice. The first time I was hung up on. Then I left a message waited 20 mins and left. Seems like tennis are more important here as there were plenty of people coming for tennis lessons. Don’t waste your time here.

Such an amazing place! You're able to feed the deer by hand, which feels like such a treat! The museum is breathtaking. There's something captivating at every turn. Craig is a delight to be around, very helpful and I wish he were my best friend. I am thankful that I stopped and I will absolutely be returning!

Well for starters I knew the owner because he told me how to find antlers . So I found few and donated them to his museum. But yes this place like a hunters dream. To have this place in your backyard it's so beautiful well taken care of the deer are nice I got to work around them Craig is a positive role model I think of him as my step dad won't steer you wrong and really helpful him and his wife .
