Love Love Love, this place and their aesthetic. I used to go to their competitor dispensary up the street, however I visited line for the first probably about 6 months ago (didn’t realize it’s been that long)… great quality, great customer service, I love how fast you can rack up freebies and for a great affordable price too. Another reason I decided to stay at Lume.As far as today’s experience, it was great as always. I also thank Riley for going the extra mile and researching whether they had a favorite of mine still and the tip to call ahead for stock in case I may not see it online. The latter was super helpful for when I’d prefer to not switch up my script.

This place has been my go-to for a little over a year now. They have such a nice atmosphere and their staff is always incredible. The products are top notch and they have the best prices around. Sure, you could go to a flashy competitor, but this humble company will always make sure you get the best products for the best price. Period.Edit: I almost forgot about the loyalty program! It’s a great system that gives you opportunities to save as well as get special offers. Just shopping gets you points you can use for discounts. Cant recommend joining enough.

EPIC!! Grace was OUTSTANDING, the moment i walked up to grab my online order. I had a few questions to address & without any hesitation, she was SO happy to help me. She was able to take a look at my loyalty account to the best of her ability, did everything she could on her end and advised me she would need to grab her manager. The manager took a look and without any hesitation, applied the discount. She let me know she was going to look into my account and have it fixed, but more than likely, my account could have been duplicated. AWESOME! Bonus, my account had some incredible discounts and even with the items purchased that were on special, my order was even cheaper. WINNING! Way to go Grace and Lume! Keep smiling Grace, it sure does show how great of customer service they have here. Definitely will be back!!

Angela was AMAZING!!! She walked me through all of my questions about the new live rosin pods, gummy offerings and got me the last pack of mimosa baby jeeters!!! Thank you Angela - so knowledge and so friendly.Jalie helped us at check out and gave me some tips on how to smoke my Amp'd flower (without a pipe) and hooked me up with a free preroll since it was my first time in. So kind and helpful!Great experience and the store was beautiful 😍.

Hi so I only do once and a great while if I'm in a lot of pain. My first time here. They have such great deals!!!! My goodness. Anyways it was a great experience. Started off by placing oder online. Then the receptionist he was really friendly. As the face of business when you walk in somewhere that's important. Then the lady in the back called me right over, she was very sweet as well. So thank you both and I will return.

This place used to be a lot of fun. The workers were able to laugh, play music in the back, there was a great atmosphere. Whatever changes have been made over the last year or so, it's really killing the vibe. Everyone just seems sad and burnt out. Management really needs to start treating their people better. Nothing but complaints every time I visit now. Sad

If it wasn't for the 2 people I would never come here.

I enjoyed the cleanliness and also the assortments of different Products. I've been there quite a few times. And so if this issue was a 1 time 2 time or 3 time deal I wouldn't even care. But a lot of employees seem miserable and act miserable. I try to make myself more knowledgeable so I can ask good questions about whatever I'm interested in. But sometimes when I ask questions to some of the servers or whatever they're called. And some are very knowledgeable and some don't know the answers and I'm OK with that. But to give an attitude I don't understand it that place is a money pit the owners make millions. And I have no problem with that except the way that you treat your clients. Even if you had a miserable life I get it but You have to put your happy face on. And be a professional. And just because you like weed and the whole culture of it all doesn't mean that you're going to be right for this job and dealing with people that's the other half of the job and probably more important than anything else. And to be fair I've met some very cool workers there. I think everybody's making at least 17 bucks or 20 bucks an hour right. That is not bad for not doing super hard work. So the biggest part of the vacuum would be being kind to people and smiling to people and to make them feel that you're really interested and not rushed. But anyways I will keep coming back and I Appreciate the facility and those that are nice there but the other ones let this be a wake up call maybe we can all become a little bit more self-aware how to be kinder and to offer more compassion and consideration to those who pay your job.Thanks keep on rockin
