This Harbor Freight Walled Lake store is the absolute best one I’ve been too. I had several coupons that allowed me to get price adjustments on items I previously purchased and the staff were so patient and understanding. Considering I walked in right before they were closing the supervisor, Dylan, and the cashier, Marilyn R were exceptionally kind and understanding. I will come back here again and again!

As with most visits, there can always be a variety with a lot of good tool options. We found what we wanted. The customer service was fantastic. The store was very clean and not at all cluttered. It is a bit of a drive for me but will return, it exceeded expectations.

Jumpstart pack I bought looked nice I got the most expensive one in stock but it was total junk long story short i had to hire a mobile mechanic because it didn't work worth the darn. But they returned it without any trouble or restock fee and with all the scammers out there i kind of expected some hassle but the gent was very kind. Full refund. Hope they upgrade to better ones.

The older checkout guy was EXTREMELY rude. I was looking for the $99 tool chest, and online said this store had it. When I went in, they still had the take one tickets out for it. When I took the ticket to him I asked if it was the one on sale. He rudly said he didn't have anymore of those. I apologized and said that online said they had it. I assumed maybe I had grabbed the wrong grab one ticket, so I asked how much the tool chest was for the ticket I had. He then got really nasty and said, "I already told you I don't have any of those." he said it with a really nasty attitude and a lovely eye roll. I'll never be back to this store

Harbor Freight is awesome! If you need tools or equipment to run a shop or garage they probably have what you need. They have the best selection of gloves too, everything from the cheap one time use nitrile gloves to heavy duty chemical handling gloves. Check their clearance section, sometimes they have really good deals on tools!

If you like tools, and things that require tools to run, and tools that clean other tools, or generators so you can see all the tools you own when the power goes out, or want to experience a less expensive version of a tool you're learning to use before you pay way more at, like, a Home Depot for a top dollar version of said tool, Harbor Freight is good for you. The employees know what they are doing, too, and the coupons are endless. For instance: Need a 600lb capacity rack for the back of your car that will hold one motorcycle? Me too! They had one. I bought it, and now I have one; it was less than $250 dollars. Take that, U-Haul!

Called there today to see if they had an electrical adapter I was looking for. The guy that answered the phone said, “hello, goodbye.” I had to quickly respond with, “Is this Harbor Freight?” He said, “yes.” I asked if he could check to see if they have the adaptor. He quickly responded with, “nope, you should try somewhere else.”Won’t be shopping here anymore.

I'm not sure why it took me so long to check out this place, maybe the name? Anyway, I'm so happy I decided to stop by and see what all the fuss was about, because the prices in this place are outstanding. Great selection of quality tools at bargain basement prices. How is it possible that I bought a 4.5" angle grinder with a flap disc under $20? It costs me more than that to sharpen my mower blades one time at Weingartz, and now I do it myself in minutes at home. There are so many tools that you will find for prices lower than Home Depot or Lowe's.

If you need tools on a budget this is a great place to shop. They have a good selection and we're friendly. Harbor Freight was nearby the job site and I need to grab a couple quick tools to get a project done. Client was happy that I could finish and that is what counts.

Bought a small tile saw. Worker said I could return it w no restock fee if clean. Went to return it next day, unopened, and Mgr cut open box. It was untouched but she said its had dust. She said she would waive it this time..but geez. Do not trust these people!!

Sandra was a great help with our purchases. We needed some heavy items and she had no problem retrieving them from the back and didn't get upset or annoyed when we had to change everything. She even helped us find coupons and load our stuff! A great experience that you don't always see everywhere.

I love this place! This is by far the best Harbor Freight location I have ever visited. First Class customer service, organized and clean. The sales staff and management are consistently friendly and helpful. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this location. Don't listen to any nay-sayer reviews, because we have all been in a checkout line behind Mr. Special who thinks he is more entitled than the rest of us, or Mr. Fraud that buys and uses $300 tile saw to cut tiles for his kitchen project then tries to return it because he is done with the job.I am a local resident, and i am so grateful to Harbor Freight for having this store in my neighborhood serving my community. Highly recommend.5 stars.

Employees are surprisingly nice and helpful. Great selection of tools for cheap. Pro tip: every month they have a new "20% off one item" coupon - which is easy to find by Googling "Harbor Freight 20%" and showing the cashier on your phone.

Don't forget to bring or look up your coupons... (paper, catalog, online (email) - search google in store or whichever method you prefer)... The deals are DEALS and you never know ehat might be on sale! If you need tools , this is not the largest store but it does offer a great selection and the prices are good. Not to mention the miscellaneous free items (with online or in ad coupon) that you can get, they always seem to come in handy!

Good place to get unusual tools or hardware. Standard tools such as sockets and wrenches are inexpensive, but not high quality. However secondary items such as gloves, connectors, hammers, pry bars and parts trays are great buys here. Always get a free item every visit, and 20% off highest priced item. Bought my manual wood splitter here 4 years ago for about $90 and still working great.
