Dr. Lou, and all the staff, at Grass Lake Animal Hospital were very warm and welcoming when we brought in our multiple cats for check ups. Getting an appointment was easy and there was hardly any wait time once we arrived. Ginny made sure the cats felt unafraid and secure as she did the initial checks and Dr. Lou handled them with her great expertise keeping them calm and secure. They don't overcharge and know with multiple cats, expenses can grow quickly. They go out of their way to figure out the best way, but also the most economical way, to get what is needed for our pets. The overall experience was absolutely wonderful.

My pupper and I recently relocated to the area from Utah. Her continuation of care was something that was causing me a lot of anxiety. Everyone is so friendly and kind. They seem to really care about my two cats that come yearly and want the best for them. I do wish the girls could see the same vet but I am sure that wouldn’t be something too difficult to request. They seem accommodating.

It has heen a struggle for us to find a vet that provides top quality care, but is also available, patient, and personal. We think Grass Lake A.H. is that place. Our furst experience with them was with a very sick dog that needed surgery. They helped us navigate all of the choices in the best possible way. We appreciate everyone so much. The experience was very nice and the staff is wonderful. It was our first choice to call and we didn't go wrong. My dog was very sick and in just a couple of days he was back to feeling himself thanks to the staff and their excellent doctor. They will continue to monitor his health. I can call anytime with a problem or concern and they are there to help me. I would recommend Grass Lake Animal Hospital to anyone. You can't go wrong. So grateful I made the decision to change Veterinary Care, to Grass Lake Animal Hosp. After 3 years with Crossroads in Jackson, MI I decided it was best to get a second opinion based on Crossroads Dr Whitmers opinion (not fact based). #1. Grass Lake Hosp allows you to go inside (no more Covid restrictions) which was so much better for my fur baby. #2. The care team was professional, caring and supportive. #3. Grass Lake practices with evidence based medicine and not an opinion. Thank you Grass Lake Hospital!

I’ve been taking my dog Elsie here for close to a year now and I’ve only had good experiences. It’s such a convenient location in our small town and the staff are friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. Elsie is always trying to rush in that front door!

This is an amazing place earlier this year in February my dog was experiencing seizures. I didn’t know Where to take him so I decided to go to grass Lake animal hospital when I got there they were clearly booked and busy but they still took my dog and did all the tests to try to help him get better.the staff was so nice and helpful. Unfortunately, my pup had to be put down. A few days later, I received a card in the mail from this place, telling me that they are sorry for my loss.witch touched my heart in more ways than one! I will be bringing my future furbabies to these wonderful people!

Winston's annual physicals become increasingly important and complex as he ages. But they are not more confusing, thanks to the GLAH Vets. Dr. Cottrell was so patient, explaining possible tests and their value, with sensitivity to their cost. She answered all my questions clearly and intelligently, giving me the information I needed to make the best decision for my pet.On a follow-up call to let me know test results, she explained next steps and even searched Chewy with me to find the healthiest choices for Winston.I only wish I could find an MD with her patience and helpfulness!

So happy we switched to GLAH!! Everyone is so kind and welcoming and knowledgeable! The dr actually took the time to read her chart before we got there so was familiar with our girl’s history!!! Our experiences there have all been positive! It doesn’t take a month to get an appointment either! But by the way... you can make online!! Our 15 yr min pin has had allergies for years- and the only thing previously offered was Apoquil.Which had SO many side effects. But now she is getting a once a month injection of a no side effect medication and it has worked amazingly well!!

All the staff was great! They were genuinely concerned about my cat. Dr. Laabs was professional & explained completely & precisely what the treatment plan was and why. I was very impressed!I had used my previous vet clinic for 44 years. Unfortunately, all the vets I had worked with have either retired or died so I was hesitant to try another vet. I'm so glad I found the Grass Lake clinic.

This vet is so amazing! They are very eager to help and work with your budget. It is so welcoming, the front desk staff is incredibly kind and always happy. One of my dogs is very particular about people and let me tell you he warmed up in just a couple visits. I have used other vets in the area and I will never go back. It's a bit of a drive for me, but worth it!

Took both of my dogs there for the first an the staff were so nice. One of the dog melted in the Dr arms so rather the getting the dog all stressed out by handing the dog back to me so they could go get treatment prices they ask if they could just keep hanging onto the little one. The little one got all kinds of attention from the staff for they all got to give him loves. Will be going back there for sure.

I have been taking my dogs to Grasslake Animal Hospital for many years now. We have always received exceptional care for our dogs. The vets and staff are friendly and welcoming. I feel my questions and concerns are answered at each visit. Great follow up as promised on lab results. We have had to say goodbye to 2 of our companions over the years at this hospital. During these difficult times the vets and staff have been understanding, compassionate and caring. I am no longer living local to Grasslake but I drive 3 hour round trip because their care is worth it !
