Someone in the shop reccommended a chameleon as a first pet to an inexperienced reptile owner. Woman grabbed a chameleon and handled it forcefully. The cages have little stimulation or decoration to make it seem like a natural environment (leaves, sticks, rocks, etc.). However, staff was friendly, and a little dog sometimes wanders around the store.

Only ok. Had a small collection and staff was clearly not in the customer service mind set. No hello, no "how can i help you", no "are you looking for anything?". I just felt unwelcome and that's not how a Pet Store should feel.
