Additional Comment:Management on January 14, 2024 I placed an in person balloon order for January 20, 2024 to be ready for a 3:00 pick up. Shift manager and new trainee took my order at the checkout counter. On January 18, 2024 I stopped in to check on my order and staffer said she could not locate order and so I reordered the same again. It is now 3:29 on January 20, 2024 and I am sitting in the parking lot waiting for my order to be filled which they did not have. Failed.

Shame on this store for having signs at their entrance requiring mask to enter then allowing most of the people to come in without them. The cashier had her mask down around her chin, mouth and nose exposed. This cashier stated that they don’t care if people wear a mask. The signs are lies. You’ve lost a customer by saying you don’t care.
