Good selection, good price, very poor service. One nice lady working the front register, not one other person. I needed to find something, in hunting, literally yelled "ANYONE WORKING HERE" no response. Yelled over 5 times, looked in every "employee only" area, no humans.

I wasn't as impressed with this site as well as the others. Most of the clothing racks are pushed close together causing issues to navigate the cart. Then when looking for clothes, the racks are Over stuffed. So if you pull out one to look at, 5 come out. 2 of them of their hanger. I think the cashier needed more training as she would have an issue and then we wait for a manager. Get going again and have another issue. And again the manager would have to be called. Not impressed.

While I was shopping, which was actually a really good experience they had everything I was looking for, I had to use the restroom. The light/motion sensor in the restroom kept shutting off leaving me in utter darkness. Fortunately I was able to find my phone and had to use that. I told a couple of employees at the register and they seemed annoyed that I was disturbing them. They did not care.

Sports, camping, fun, outdoors, shoes, boots, exercise equipt, guns, hunting and accessories for all of it, all in one stop. They have a little bit of everything.Best part they do Boresighting right in the store, I've had them do it a few times on different guns & scopes and it is always right on!

Great customer service. The front counter girl was amazing with assisting me. Some customers were rude when she was assisting me, stating that they needed to check out. She would just stay calm, smile, and tell them she would be right with them.

I went in a couple days ago to buy a TM 22 rifle there was a shorter older lady that was management she was very rude and mean it was supposed to be my wedding gift I asked her a question about one of the questions to buy the gun instructed me to put the one answer which got me denied and not being able to buy a gun for 30 days and I asked if we could possibly refresh the page and redo it and she said I don't have time for that I would not recommend going to this establishment again I bought one firearm from a younger gentleman that was there a couple years ago and he was amazing but their new staff needs some training

They have a great selection here but employees don’t want to help you find anything if you ask they will make you feel like you did something wrong. Bathrooms are extremely unsanitary. I tried talking to the manager Karen about my experience with an associate, which was no help in fact only made me further disappointed in this store. I’ll make the trip sports barn from now on.

We go to Dunham's often for shoes, clothes and water sports gear. They are always well stocked and have a great variety to choose from. The staff is always pleasant and helpful too. The store is a little tightly packed, but that's ok. We'll keep going no matter what.

The bathrooms are atrocious in this store. The women's has 3 stalls. Handicap out of order, one stall was overflowing with feces and the only other stall had feces smeared all over the stall wall. They look like they haven't been cleaned in months. The sinks are dirty and broken. Just gross.The store itself is small and cluttered, too much stuff in too small of building.Their payment system is SO slow- we're talking minutes to process payment and minutes to print a receipt.

They had the kayak I drove over an hour to buy but for the life of me I couldn't get help. I went and got the cashier she walked half way back and turned around and went back to what she was doing. It was the weirdest thing I have ever seen. About another 15 min She watched me walk out. I was the only other person in the store.

Went last night cuz daughter needed shoes and I needed winter boots. We got to register, the guy apologized and said everything was already closed, shut down and he couldn't ring up our items. There was no announcements of store closing soon or the store was now closed. What he said he could do was leave the items in the cart with my name & phone number and I would have to come back tomorrow for items. What else was I to do?!?! Ok, fine.At least I didn't live very far away, still a 25 minute one way trip, yet I went back. Cashier lady today was pleasant, helpful and thoughtful. She made up for the lack last night.

The staff are very helpful and wonderful people. My only downfall for today was the minute I was getting ready to check out the store lost power around 10:00. It's now 10:33 so hopefully power is back on soon so I can go and get my stuff and go home.

Was greeted at the door and went right to the gun department and there was a gentleman standing by the handgun counter i stood there for 10min.and he said he had been there for 10 min. Before I got there, we ended up leaving there at the same time, and wasn't like they were busy, a man and his wife were the ONLY other 2 in the store, BUT, im not complaining, lol.

Bought a $80 pink hoodie for my daughter at Christmas, too small but no other pink available, they refused to refund, I'm waiting for my granddaughter to get big enough to wear it , she is 2 years old. The management is extremely rude, I'll never shadow their entry again.

Were rude and obnoxious. My husband was returning shoes. They said the were dirty. He tried one shoe on at home while sitting in a chair. He said you are kidding I never walked in them. He wiped the.bottom off on his pants and then they said okay. Were rude during the exchange.He has stated . WE WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.!!! Hope they are happy.H

I was going to buy a derringer pistol but they refused to take the cable lock out of the barrel so I couldn't even hold the gun before buying it. I was very disappointed and will buy the gun elsewhere after actually being able to hold it.

The new West Branch Dunhams is great. It's a lot bigger than most other Dunhams and fully stocked.
