This is the second time I’ve waited 15 plus minutes at the register not a soul insight. I promise if it happens again I’m stealing my items. I don’t blame the staff it’s a management issue clearly there’s not enough staff on scene. Also it’s been cash only for months seems like there’s some tax evasion going on.

All the year 2018 to 2021 in past of my memories of this store they never clear the pathways boxes feel like hoarding in there and also blocked the firesafty exit door and walk over stuffs. I wasn't very happy see this in the town. And it need better organized and clean up no spaces to stock up it too full. It was my last visit left town 2021. 😢

The manager is very unprofessional waits for the last minute to post a schedule then changes it again last minute, tell other employees your business then when confronted about it gets very rude. Also let’s certain employees come in 5 hours late with no consideration to others and consequences for their actions the store itself is filthy from the shelves being so dirty that you get dirty just shopping there, the floors never get swept or mopped and you can’t even walk through the Isles without running into product blocking them

Good store. They just need to learn how to stock at night. Almost all the aisle's are always full of carts loaded with merchandise. Definitely not wheel chair friendly. Great store with good products just need to not stock during business hours. They've been doing this since I move up here a couple years ago.

Our local Dollar General store is the worst shopping experience you will ever have. There is never enough personnel working at one time. The isles are always full of product to be put away. You have to move carts of product out of the way to get to what you need. The cashier was very rude to everyone. For a good experience at Dollar General, don't come to my local store.

I stopped here on Saturday, not having been here in about 1 year. You could hardly get thru the isles for the empty boxes, boxes to stock. Shelves were just about bare in the grocery department. The rest of the store was very messy. Not a good place to shop.

This store was very very dirty, and in disarray. There were 4 ladies working in the store but only one of them was working. She was putting things away from a truck delivery and running the cash register. The other women supposedly working were in the back room talking and laughing and sitting around. There were carts filled with inventory blocking the isles, and once again very dirty. The one lady working was very helpful to us, as we didn't know this store. Probably won't be back.

I mean for products what you expect in cheap store, maybe me a bit not stock right but that half the fun of your local Bodega... For summer time you can find everything you need without a trip to the big stores... Staff loves me and my dog.... For only coming in like couple weeks outta the year.. the staff seems to know me... But I stick out in a crowd lol

Messy and disorganized....every time I have gone in there there have been crates of stuff piled throughout the store blocking the ends of aisles making it so you have to turn around. It seems quite disorganized also. Prices are good mostly thats about all it has going for it. Been to many DG and this by far is the most cluttered ive been to.

I was just in the store. This store is a mess. Everything is piled in the isles and piled on the shelves with no rhyme or reason. It feels dirty and the floor looks as though it hasn't been cleaned since they moved in. You can feel the dirt on the floor under your shoes. This store needs a new manager and some new help.... I'm not sure which. Our small town needs a store of this type but it's a shame that it has to be such a dump. Your website is awful to use also.

I cannot make heads of tails of this store. Disorganized is the only word that I can use to describe this place. Can’t make it through the store boxes and stocking carts everywhere, the layout makes absolutely no sense and the manager has made no improvements over the last several months.

If I could give this store no stars I would it's absolutely ridiculous when I come into the store to get multiple things but can't get to anything because there is way to many carts in the way packed with stuff then when I try to move things to get to what I need to I trip over a box of toilet paper this store is super unsafe and unprofessional honestly looks like a hole in the wall surprised it is still a functioning place the people of bear lake need a dollar store but not one like this I walked right out after I tripped and didn't purchase nothing they don't show they care enough for there customers safety and needs so why spend money and support there business

The first time here. Stop in for something that I needed. The first thing I noticed is and commented to my wife, was how cluttered the store was. It had merchandise everywhere, stacked in the isles, in the corners, behind the cash register, just everywhere, and It has been there awhile, dust on a lot of things. I was thinking what a fire hazard, not safe at all. In my opinion.

Was at this store with my girlfriend today. While she was shopping I purchased a bag of pumpkin seeds and ate them while walking around the store. After about 20 minutes I purchased a few beverages and went out to wait in the car. Shortly after, my girlfriend comes to the car and tells me they called a,state trooper because they thought I didn't pay for the seeds and were standing in a group at the front door talking about it in front of other customers. They told my girlfriend, without knowing we were together, that I am not on their video making the purchase. Luckily my girlfriend heard them talking and came out to get me. Not one person asked me a thing before I left the store, and worse, they did not ask the lone cashier if the purchase was made before calling the police or accusing me in front of other customers. When I walked back inside just before the state trooper arrived, they finally did what should have been done in the first place, pull the register receipt. When they realized they made a mistake all they did was make jokes to the trooper. No apology offered until my girlfriend refused to leave until an apology was made. Although I used to go go this store frequently, I will no longer be giving them my business. The manager did a terrible job, needs to learn how to check video before making accusations and the employees were rude.

Only retail store in a 20 mile radius. Prices are ok depending on what you're looking for but this particular DG store is constantly in chaos and understaffed. The two being directly correlated. You can hardly get down isles. But staff are always friendly. Stock is often depleted of key items like Excedrin, for one example. I wonder if it's to push sales for their DG generic brands. It's handy to have in a tiny Town though especially in snow conditions.

Very helpful personel, and had exactly what we came for. When we couldn't find what we wanted at our local store, we were able to find exactly what we desired and only had to go about 10 miles.

It's a cramped, sometimes dirty store that you have to navigate like a maze because the aisles are blocked with boxs and carts. So about normal for a DG.

Shelves are empty quite a bit, stock is left in the middle of aisles so if you are physically disabled in any way youll have trouble getting through the store.

Aisles were hard to get down if you could get down it at all!! They had so many stock carts full with stock it was crazy.. And, the Lady at the register was rude..

We always find what we needed plus more. Dollar Generals product's are the same quality of name brand.
