Their self checkout has so many notes on it that you have to read before you checkout which cancels the fast check out process and then there are so many rules for that check out machine its not even funny. We wouldn't be using the self checkout if we didn't want to be in and out fast no one has time to read everything and then only slcertain things they allow you to check out at the self check out but yet no signs saying what you can and can not check out there. I feel like they only want 5 things at the self check out because some things need to have an assistance for but there is hardly ever someone up from to actually help but you can hear then all chit chating in the break room. Unprofessional and lazy. The aisles are cramped and you can barley get through some of them. Yet they have a bunch of people working? You are the only dollar store close to my house but at this point much rather go to another place that is more organized. Other dollar generals don't have as many issues as this particular one. Do better.

Well disappointed again. Walk in they have table with some winter stuff at 70 percent off I find 4 things and check THEIR PRINTOUT ON TABLE, I grab other stuff also. Then checkout....ugh omg,,, so the 4 items she ringing up and not what it says on table at 70 percent off. ( Original 6bux, rang up 4?) Come on people learn basic math. So I explain and she said( so you didn't want these and grab 3 of items and walks away and puts back on table before proceeding with my checkout) Rukm? so I'm being polite and ask about her day and if she struggle working alone, she says no girl on lunch. And as I walk out other employee in store chair out front smoking with someone, PRICELESS!!! AND BY THE WAY I bought one of 70 percent off items although I got charged extra because my son desperate for beanie. Remind me why I usually shop FAMILY DOLLAR!!!!

When I walked in the door, I was well aware that it said shirt required. However, I literally had nothing in my car to put on and I was wearing pants and a bikini top. My friends insisted that I was fine so we went about shopping around. We spent a decent amount of money so we weren’t just loitering. Then, at the checkout, the lady at the register very rudely told me about the strict policy of a shirt and how she didn’t mean to be rude. I personally don’t get why she made such a big deal about it but she did and made the transaction very awkward and honestly made me super uncomfortable, especially cause I’m not even an adult. I don’t have a problem with this location, just a little upset about how the employee handled the situation.

Store is never stocked up. Boxes of product stacked in the aisles. Have to move them to get to something your looking for. Staff does nothing but sit and talk. Can't find what you need because they don't restock. They don't deserve 1 star.

Location is convenient for me. I love their digital coupons, and they have great prices. Didn't give 5 star rating because cashier didn't greet me, she did say 'have a nice day' after transaction but that was all she said to me.

Good palce goood employees. Just make sure your truck or cars locked up tight its known and it also happen to me where property was stolen but they didn't do a thing no cameras said once you leave to store your not there problem anymore now thats bot right there profiles is enough to install a surveillance system

I thought that they were to have senior hours every morning when they first open for one hour. My senior father-in-law tried to go this morning 3-31 Tuesday. The store was full of younger people and when he asked, he was told there is nothing they can do to stop them from coming in, so in fear for his health he was forced to leave. This store should adhear to their policies.

The staff are friendly but the store is a bit crowded with stuff in the aisles often. Nice though to have a store close to home so dont have to drive into Jackson to get the basics.

They were well stocked today which hasn't been the case lately. It was good to FINALLY see staff wearing masks and face shields, but they still aren't wearing them correctly.

Great place to pick up just about anything and everything you would need. Conveniently located with easy access and ample parking. Small town atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff.

My friend was discriminated against by employees at this business. Really unfortunate and disheartening. Hope Dollar General shapes up their attitude and serves the people.

This is probably one of the best Dollar General stores that I've been in...EVER!!!Unique layout making everything easy to find. Unlike any other.

Not bad but 3 isles were full of unpacked product, so you couldn't get to the product on the shelf. Other than that, good people very helpful 😘 Thank you
