Loved my burger. I ordered a Cajun Chicken sandwich and waffle fries with Root beer float. The food tasted great. The restaurant is by the lake side so you can grab your food and sit by the lake to enjoy your meal. Food 10/10, Views 10/10. I’ll definitely be going back. I recommend the place. For a single Sandwich meal which comes with a side and drink it costs anywhere between 10$ to 20$x

This was the worst waste of money ever.I should've just went to McDonald's.I ordered two unicorn Sundaes.They called to tell me that they don't have any of the ingredients, not even sprinkles.I had two 4-year-olds in the car so I ended up ordering a strawberry Sunday and I just said if you could add some whipped cream to make it look pretty.Long story short, the whipped cream was completely water cause they were out 🤣 and the strawberry was a sauce.My hot fudge was cold. Even after he added some more on top because he said that it was in the refrigerator.And then the price difference wasn't able to be changed until tonight and I couldn't get a receipt showing that.I felt like it was super unprofessional, and the food was terrible.I had to go to the window four times and I'm not the type of person to do that.$27 on one hot dog and three of the worst looking Sundays I've ever seen.I'll never go there again ever.

WOW! Every once in a while you find a place that makes there food with love and care. This is one of those times. I got the Cali Burger. All fresh ingredients, toasted bun, melty cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Just how I make them at home but with there secret sauce. Oh, the sauce is good. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a great burger. They have hot dogs too. I didn't try one but I'm sure they are given the same love and care as their burgers. Definitely check this place out.

🍔 🍟 🥤4.5/5 for the food -- the burgers are juicy, tasty and fresh. The waffle fries are amazing and Cajun. Would be nice if there was sauce or mayo on the burger itself though, instead of on the side.2/5 for the decor service and price. I had burger, fries and root beer for $18. I wonder what I'm paying for given that the place looks run down, is in a LCOL area, and all seating consists of outdoor benches. The presentation isn't even great.Bottom line: Good burgers and fries, but doesn't really stand out from the competition, is more expensive than competitors, and the place needs a definite renovation. Unless you're in the area, you can probably skip this one.

Came from an hour away. The food was absolutely delicious. I went with a friend and all together we bought a chicken sandwich, cheese curds, and ice cream. We both tried one another’s food and it had been the best thing we’ve had in a while. It was prepared quickly and the food was hot and fresh. The server was nice as well! Definitely coming here again and recommending to others. (also has compostable ice cream cups!)

Great burgers here, and they cook their waffle fries perfectly! Drive-in style set up, but you have to order at the window. Staff is always friendly, and they'll bring your food to you if they're not too busy.Portions are large, so it can be tough to save room for dessert. If you manage (sometimes it's worth just skipping), they have a wide choice of ice cream, shakes, and other frozen delights.Excellent place to bring family and friends on a warm summer day. Have a seat to eat and take in the beautiful view of the lake!

Great view at this place! ..In my best Samuel L Jackson Voice "Mmhm That isss a taaasty Burger!" High quality ingredients- Bun was soft and chewy, Bacon, pickles, lettuce were crisp. Burger was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right! I'll be back!

The big dip burger was good. Fries were okay. Chicken dippers weren’t bad. I liked the ranch dip. Nacho cheese dip wasn’t good. Honey mustard and the big dip dips were okay. I liked the gummy bears on the sundae.

Customer service and food was absolutely great!! My wife, child and I had ice cream and waffle fries at Big Dip Burgers and we had a great experience. First off the ice cream came out fast and was super tasty. My wife loves chocolate with cookie dough + peanut butter swirl thrown in and that was put together very well there. I was recommended the Pumpkin spice shake which I was a little hesitant at first but both workers were absolutely right…. You MUST try the pumpkin spice milkshake. Fries came out hot and crunchy! Both ladies working the main register and the ice cream side brought our food out even though they didn’t need to.Little did I know that Big Dip was treating my wife, my newborn son and I with the highest customer service on my birthday (which I didn’t even say). Give the two ladies working the evening of October 4th all the praise and a raise! Thank you!

I have driven past this place at least a hundred times, Today I wanted a burger and passed by then turned around And stop today, I ordered the big dip Burger with bacon. And let me tell you, it was one of the best burgers. I've had a long time. Fresh toasted brioche bun. Fresh tomato onion and lettuce. And a thick juicy perfectly cooked and seasoned Burger Patty. I'm mad at myself for not trying this place before but I will definitely be back next time. I have a Burger craving.

Well, I've lived in Walled Lake for years and I've walked, run, and driven past this place at least a hundred times. Finally decided to give it a shot and I was pleasantly surprised. How is such a place making such a tasty, well balanced, visually appealing burger. It's a mystery, but I give my thanks to the chef. The waffle fries were also quite good. I'll be back.

Oh, boy! My burger was huge and delicious! The waffle fries were crispy. I asked if they could make something that wasn’t on their menu and they were so nice to oblige. A chocolate banana milkshake that was so rich and chocolaty I didn’t want it to end! The bottom of my cup had chunks of fresh banana that I had to scoop out. Will I be back? Oh, yeah!

Every once in awhile you find a cool hidden dive restaurant with amazing food. This was one of those places. My wife and I went for a walk on the airline trail and diverted for some food. We ended up at Big Dip and it was delicious. The BBQ Burger was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing! It looks like it was an old drive-in restaurant that now is a walk up window with some picnic tables to eat at. There is no indoor seating or indoor restroom. Don’t worry about the appearance of the building the appearance and taste of the food overcame that. A+

We finally gave this place a try after two years of living in this area, and I’m regretting we never tired this place sooner. We each had a burger and fries. It was one of the best burgers we’ve had in a while. Everything about it was amazing, the bun was even lightly toasted for that little crunch for texture. If you like spicy foods then try the Cajun fries! They are so addicting but the heat comes slowly later on. Great food!
