Needed to ship a package back to Amazon by UPS. Bear Lake Ace Hardware & Supply were the best. Carried by heavy box into the store and gave me a receipt in a few minutes. Great asset to have in the area. Thank you for great service

Went to rent the Rug Doctor. They close earlier on Saturday but let me keep it for the weekend. Employee went out of her way to help me. I was very grateful. Store is AWESOME!Went back to return shampooer. Service was very poor. They are not happy employees. Saw 3 people working and still had to wait for a bit. It felt like I was bothering them.

The customer Service if you can even call it that at this specific location is the worst the women with the bull cut is very rude my husband never loses his cool ever nor are we ever rude to anyone and she made him lose his cool today after months of rude service at this location. ... for this reason we will never go to this location again and we spend alot every weekend with ACE but wont with this location anymore well go to the next town over Thanks for all your rudeness 💜

They were out of stock of common 3" PVC elbow on this visit. Have found them lacking inventory on common hardware items before. This store is a little pricier than other hardware stores in the area. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Bear lake hardware is always nice to go to not just because it's close. They are always friendly and they listen to what you need willing to give advice if need be or will listen to what you are doing or having a problem with. If you go there you will walkout a satisfied customer.

Great, friendly store. We are staying on the lake from south Florida. They had everything I needed, pleasantly surprised for a hardware store in a small town. I could stay up here, could get use to the winters?? Great Ace Hardware Store!!

This place has everything. Including lumber. Better then the Onekama hardware and lumber. Hours that work for an independent contractor. I'm doing a job here in Onekama and the place for me is Ace.

I've been here a few times now and they have very poor customer service, especially over the phone. Very rude. I'd rather go 10 miles up the road to benzie location if we need anything from Ace.

Great to have such a friendly lumber yard in Bear Lake. I shop here often for household goods, and parts for projects. I needed to fix a leaky valve and got the advice and parts I needed. Cant recommend this lumber yard enough.

Built my house using BL Ace lumber and window/door packages. Appreciate their helpfulness. Prices are competitive - just bought TIG OSB subfloor at same price as Home Depot and $5 less than Honor Bldg Supply.

Came here to return a package for Amazon and I couldn't print my label at home or the library so I called ahead to ask if they can Print it for me if I Emailed it to them, and they were able to print it, I brought the package and they will take care of the rest! Thanks Bear Lake Ace!
