I stopped here to pick up a prescription. The pharmacy clerk and pharmacist were in their own private conversation and did not greet me for a few minutes. The older woman asked for my information and did not have an order under my name. I asked about using another last name and in a snide tone she remarked “do you have a different name”. I’m very recently divorced and it is painful to navigate these changes but yes, I told her my other name. Alas, no order. Which I know isn’t their fault but is incredibly frustrating as I desperately try need this prescription. I walked away trying to process everything and I hear her call out in a condescending tone “you have a really nice night”. How unfortunate that person who deals with people who need medicine for a living would be so petty and disrespectful. No, I wasn’t a bundle of sunshine but people have issues you may not realize and we all could use a reminder to JUST BE KIND. I wish I could give zero stars.

My PCP has sent scripts for refill and twice this pharmacy has lost them. I will be taking my business to another pharmacy. Most of the counter staff is polite, but the pharmacist was borderline rude.

I always have a great photo experience here. I do typically go mid-weekday, so maybe that's the best time to go (?) Anyhow, photo quality has always been good, and they've been quick turning my order around.

Exceptional pharmacy staff. Shane went above and beyond to help with my prescription issue. Joe is also amazing and Paxton it so polite and courteous. Great crew there in the pharmacy.

I waited in line at the pharmacy for 45 mins and there were only 2 customers in front of me. When I finally got up to the window the pharmacist shut the door in my face. Then when I came inside to see what was going on the two employees working were laughing about it. I was beyond upset. They said they closed at 6pm. It was only 6:02pm once I pulled around and made inside the store. I asked to speak with a manager and there was none on site. The employee acting as manager tried to reach out to the store manager and received no response. The pharmacist came out of the pharmacy at 6:07pm and tried saying that sometimes they stay late but today he wanted to leave early and the employees had to leave with him. He then just walked off as I was talking to him. This behavior is disgusting and I can’t believe that Walgreens would staff employees like this. I will never use this Walgreens pharmacy again. How can you trust someone supposed to be held to the medical oath when they act like that??? Never will I again.

The pharmacists and techs at this location are always quick, very helpful, and professional. You are doing a great job!Update: December 2020This pharmacy has gone downhill. The pharmacists who had been there for years left, and the service is now terrible. I have moved my business to the Kroger Pharmacy nextdoor.

The pharmacy staff is more than rude, they talk as if they are doing us favors. They almost never have prescription filled even after confirming over the phone. We ended up changing our pharmacy and couldn’t be happier about it.

I was in town from Florida, visiting family. I called a week earlier to see if my refill would be filled during our stay with relatives. I also notified my regular Walgreens in Florida that I would be traveling and they said the transfer should be no problem. I called Lake Orion Walgreens when I was 3 hours away and the pharmacy said the RX would be ready when I arrived in town. After I arrived and settled in with family, I called the pharmacy and was told that my RX wouldn't be filled for 3 more days because it's not their policy to fill that type of RX early! The day that was I was promised the RX, it took them over 3 HOURS to fill a prescription they had in their hands for 3 days! I even called in the morning and told them my family was traveling out of town that day and I was waiting on them to fill it so we could leave! THEY DID NOT CARE! THREE DAYS AND THREE HOURS TO REFILL A PRESCRIPTION IS UNCALLED FOR! I spent 3 days of my vacation with terrible muscle spasms without meds and unable to go anywhere with family. Then, when the day came that we needed to travel, Walgreens made us 3 hours late and made us miss a lunch date with family. Regrets......

I don’t really complain, I went in yesterday to pick up some photos nobody was around, eventually I was helped by a nice guy the girl who was supposed to be working didn’t say sorry nothing just talked to other guy and call him odd names for adult he didn’t respond but then made it really weird, she was like so your not gonna answer me as he is trying to do damage repair and talk to me… the guy was really nice he gets 4 stars her like 0. I rather pay few extra dollars and go to mejier or cvs

Staff has pleasant and helpful. Pharmacy staff are always busy but willing to take the time with customers. Pharmacist Dave was great on a busy Monday morning to take a minute to help me with an OTC medication question. Thanks, Walgreens!

I had difficulty at the photo kiosk Wednesday 9/4. Eva spent 20mins demonstrating the kiosk, showing me how to get the Walgreens app on my phone, helping me order a photo from my phone, and adjusting the color on it. She then told me all about using the app for pharmacy needs. I don't know if she is a manager or not, but she has amazing customer service skills.

Iv been using Walgreens pharmacy for 2 years for the same medication unfortunately today will be my last time ever using this pharmacy!! Back in December 2 days before Christmas I got my medication filled when I got home I checked my medication and found that I had only been given 30 pills when my prescription stated 60, the pharmacy was closed for the holidays! When the pharmacy reopened they had found they miss counted my norcoti and fixed the problem, so I thought well maybe just a 1 time error so yesterday I went back to the pharmacy to fill my norcoti meditation when cashing out I checked my medication to find they had miscounted my norcoti a 2nd time only giving me 30 pills when It clearly states 60!! When I confunted the tech they apologized but what really gets me is that the pharmacist John same pharmacist both times did not even take the time to come over and see what was going on!! This is absolutely ridiculous and to miscount a norcoti medication not 1 time but 2 separate times is absolute stupidity!! I’m so frustrated I’ve contacted costumer service both times and notthing has been done!!How many people have they done this too? How many mistakes does it take for someone to be held accountable??!! 😡😡

Worst pharmacist I've ever had to deal with. Promised to fill a prescription after verifying with the Dr the next day (as he refused to call the after-hours physician on staff to verify because they were "only open for 13 more minutes"), then refused to fill the following day due to his "discretion" then his "policy and procedures" even though this was a LEGAL prescription for a legitimate and extremely painful medical condition. He began raising his voice at me in front of other customers disrespecting and embarrassing me. I did not ask to be legitimately sick and in pain. Nor did I think that after visiting 6 other pharmacies that were on back order for the prescription, the one that finally did have it in stock would have a professional employee treat me or anyone else that way. I will NEVER give this Walgreens or any other Walgreens my business. Additionally, I will be contacting Walgreens corporate to advise them of what an absolutely wrong, unprofessional and absolutely humiliating experience this was. Take your prescriptions to the Kroger across the street. This pharmacy is NOT worth the aggravation.

This used to be my go to store for all of my cosmetics. In the past year, the turn over of employees has been constant. My complaint isn't them, all very kind but not as knowledgeable as the long time crew prior. They have now down sized what they carry and the prices have gone through the roof. Example, the new Play Whips facial creamAt Walgreens the cost is $39.99. You can go north onto M24 to Meijer and get the same product $10.00 cheaper. My L'Oréal blush, $11.99 $ Walgreens . $8.49 @ Meijer. Their coupons are always buy 2, get 50 cents off. At Meijer, the same product !1.00 off for 1Example, Oxy laundry detergent at Meijer, regular price approximately $6.99. $3.50 to $4.00 off 64 oz. At Walgreens, you can at times get the same coupon but the detergent is only 32 oz. . It isn't worth spending that much money to earn points then have them dictate how many you can spend on a purchase. I have got up to 5000 many times but was only allowed to spend $50.00 a single purchase. It's really ashame because it was such a great store at one time. I may run in at times just to grab something if in a hurry but that is doubtful as Kroger is just across from them and their cosmetics are cheaper and coupons are always better. The only thing Walgreens has going for them now are their employees. They are all such kind, helpful people.

My girlfriend and I were on a bike ride and made a stop at the local Walgreens to get some water. After purchasing a couple water bottles from this location we were told to either move or leave the premises by an employee that claimed to own the store within 5 minutes of sitting outside. (Out of the way of other customers) The "owner" of this store was very snappy with us and was beyond rude even after explaining that we had purchased the water bottles at her store only a couple of minutes before. Walgreen's slogan "at the corner of happy and healthy" has turned out to be very deceiving.

Great place , very nice people for the most part . Quit CVS when they told me an emergency pain and antibiotic prescription couldn't be done until the next day, even though the woman in front of me had a script filled on the spot because she forgot to call it in. BYE CVS.

Pharmacy just went thru a staff change and nothing good to say with a family of 6's needs. We were here almost once a week and now choose CVS even though farther. Way too many delays and hassles.
