Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.Always greeted and asked if I need assistance when I walk in the door.Always seem to have what I need when general wear and tear items break around the house.Don't mind spending a buck or two more for great service.

Daughter bought a dewalt drill and driver set. I already have one. She bought it online. I took it to this store in lake orion. Told me they can't refund the money to me, allow, me to exchange it or get a store gift card. So I say I will just keep it. They tell me they already processed the return. I said unprocessed it. Wouldn't do that either. This is why you DONT deal with little rinky dink stores like this. Home Depot, Lowes would not have been a problem.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. I needed a vehicle key made and Home Depot said i needed to go to the dealership to pay the large fee to get a copy made. Tried ACE and a mere 50 bucks later, Ryan made my key and Gary checked it out and synched the transponder to my car! Thank you!!

Top notch customer service. I went in carrying my 11 month old and with my 3 year old by my side. The gentleman who rang me up offered to carry my items out to my car seeing that my hands were full with my girls. I didn't get his name and it's not on the receipt but it's dated 9/16/19 @ 6:49 PM. I'm hoping the store owner reads this and recognizes the employee. It's simple acts like this that earn lifelong customers.

Favorite hardware store. Nice reward program. Small in size but offers almost everything you need. Love the traeger grill line. Only downside, young kids work here who can hardly ever help with pointers on your project. They're are a couple older fellas who are helpful.

Helpful, knowledgeable, courteous. This Ace Hardware continues to get my business because I can count on them to know and advise about the products they sell. They often have the best prices in town ahead of their competition so I can save on my lawn products, for instance, and apply them on time!

I never thought I would find a Great Lakes Ace I liked. This one's great..much better than the Warren ones. I actually look forward to going to to this one rather than just having to go. I guess it depends on the area. These folks at Lake Orion are very helpful, knowledgeable and always in a good mood

I try to support local businesses. Got the latest sale ad, headed over there. To my surprise (not really) they were out of the items I was looking for. If this was a one time thing, no big deal--however, this has been happening for YEARS. The never have what's on sale, it's always sold out!! It only seems to be this Ace. Had to drive to the Ortonville Ace. I suggest start actually having inventory, or stop putting out ads.

Nice false advertising. Your sign said $5.99 on sale. At register it rings at $7.99. Way to run a crooked business ripping people off. I tried to give you business as a local company. But when you try and rip me off you loose all trust.

Really great place to go if you're looking for tools or gardening. Everyone knows what you'll need for a project or small DIY. Very helpful people. I was looking for a microwave lightbulb and they helped me find the right one and recommended the best one for me.

Not really a hardware store. Two trips in to buy staples for my staple gun. The first trip I had the empty box and they gave me the wrong ones. The second time my wife went and I even sent the staple gun. Took them 20 mins. of thinking about it and she still came back with completely the wrong staples. Horrible!

The employees are extremely helpful especially the manager that was on duty when I was there. He ran around that store helping almost every customer at the same time, with lightening speed. Highly recommend,

They normally have everything I'm looking for and the staff is pretty helpful however, their prices are higher than Home Depot and sometimes it feels like they're hovering over you when you shop.
